I have been a fan of Luxury Nails since day one. They are friendly and professional. However, they are getting loved to death and I can rarely walk-in for an appointment without at least a 30+ minute wait- lately 90+ minutes. It seems like they are big enough now to have a front desk assistant to answer phones and book appointments. The keeper of the schedule book is always busy with clients and seems frustrated when you want to book something- as she is constantly being interrupted. I will keep going but will call ahead to book from now on.

Made an appointment for 3 pedicures. Arrived and sat there....no one acknowledge that it would be a long wait...Or that they were unable to take us any longer. So after twenty minutes, we left. Definitely won't be going back.

One of the owners, Kim, cut my toe while getting a pedi and lied about it! I will spare you a picture of the blood bubble. I think she said it was a hangnail? Not relaxing, it's cheap but you get what you pay for. I didn't find it particularly hygienic either. Please do not get your brows waxed here either...oh I asked her to file my toe nails and she wouldn't?! Instead I have uneven toenail lengths and barely scraped heels. Again, the environment is not conducive to relaxation/pampering for many reasons. For instance, while my nails were drying, Kim ran up to me and asked if my husband does work around the house! I didn't answer because I was flabbergasted. She didn't even say goodbye to me or thanked me for her tip. It was a total waste of time and stressful.

I’ve never had to wait for walk-in appts. Everyone is always incredibly nice and my mani/pedis are flawless. I happen upon this place by chance, because they were open on Sundays and their hours are great. But now, this is the only place I go and I even converted a few friends. And on top of everything else, it’s reasonably priced.

I DO NOT recommend this salon. While I was greeted promptly, and the salon was clean, the pedicure was harsh & unprofessional. The attendant was way too aggressive, and when it hurt I noticed my cuticle was bleeding. I asked her please don’t make them bleed. She saw what she was doing, and smiled. The next morning while inspecting my feet, I see where 3 of my cuticles have bled. I’ve had plenty of pedicures to know that this is not right. My feet are healthy, w healthy nails & cuticles. Sure the soles are a little dry, it’s mid winter. She showed me the exfoliating tool, wrinkling her face, while she used it. Trimming cuticles, while standard salon practice is questionable at best. Her method was actually a health threat. Avoid this nail salon!
