My pinky got infected I reached out to the owner she would not refund my money she did offer to re due my nails but that’s the last thing I want from a nail salon that’s disgusting & dirty . Never again

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE - RIP OFF Had a 9:00 AM apt - I showed up at 9:00 and business was closed. Someone showed up at 9:15 - they had no idea I had an apt. I had a manicure. Person doing it did not speak or understand a word of English. I had hands under the dryer for 15 minutes. I paid - and gave a $5.00 tip. I went out to the car and barely brushed my fingers on handle - 2 nails dented - polish was not even close to dry. Threw coat in back seat and entire thumbnail smeared off. No problem - I went back in. I explained I was speaking at a conference and had no time left. Just needed a refund and I would be back another time. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND my money. I had this same problem the last time I had a manicure here. Even the next day it was not dry. AVOID THIS PLACE. The owners bullying response to this post speaks for itself.

I really hate to post bad reviews. This place deserves it. I can chalk it up to one thing. Bad training. This is my second try at this place. Worse than my first experience. Not only did the girl feel incredibly uncomfortable and not confident with using cuticle nippers, but they were very dull. She told me, "it's too dry". Of course it is, when you are trying to nip things a third time around, well after the time of soaking, and improper use of cuticle remover. It is not her fault, it is whoever trained her, they trained her improperly. The other women were all over the place. One women got up from her chair halfway through service, because the women servicing her, had went onto two other clients. This was really difficult to be witnessing. Very poor customer service. Meanwhile, the women who was still trying to fix my cuticles broke skin. This is a classic case of "Manicures and Pedicures are not supposed to hurt!" The moment a nail tech draws blood, you should not pay, and you should leave. This can be very dangerous and lead to infection, upon many other nasty things. There were two young girls next to me under the age of ten, so I did not get as upset as I wanted too. I paid the girl, and tipped her, because again, it is not her fault, she was not trained properly. Don't waste your time and money, make the trip into Portland and go to Nine Stones or Anna Phillips.

I had an awful time here, scheduled a mani pedi for my co worker and I. When I got there no one spoke to us for about 5 minutes. Then they sat us down to the pedi chair, the woman I had didn't introduce her self to me. She started to scrub my feet, and it felt okay. The massage was awful. Then I was sat down at the nail station where they do manis. The lady I had, started to talk on the phone and she was fighting with someone. Also after she hung up the phone she started eating food. I was so mad. she put cuticle remover on my cuticles and left all the dead skin there, now I know that's not right. She rushed the whole time. I will never go there again. No worth the money I paid.

Best Place Ever!!! They are really friendly and end results are amazing!! There prices are amazing too. I got the delux manicure for $25. It includes everything in a regular manicure but you get an arm and hand message plus shellac/gel color of your choice at no extra cost!! My nails look brilliant!!! They look like a picture straight from a magazine!! Highly recommend getting your nails done here!!!

In response to my earlier review about the shellac not staying on. The owner has been great about it and did my nails again for me and gave me a gift certificate for a free shellac and pedicure. Prompt emailing about my original dissatisfaction.
