Cassiel's is my favorite spa. It has a calm and classy atmosphere. The staff is friendly. The services are excellent. I particularly enjoy the pedicures, always a relaxing treat. I have tried other spas in the area and found the atmosphere was lacking. I don't go to a spa just for a service, I go for an experience. Cassiel's delivers that.

I have been a customer for years! In high school I went to four proms and I got my hair done at Cassiel's for all four of them! Cassiel's is also where I get my eyebrows, hair cuts and nails done. The staff is always friendly and very helpful when I ask for beauty advice. They have flexible hours and are very accommodating. I love Cassiel's and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Thinking of getting a couples massage here? You might want to reconsider. The first time my wife and I came here for a couples massage, we both had a good experience. The women who worked on us were pleasant, accommodating and we both left feeling much better than when we'd arrived. The second time was the complete opposite. We booked an hour couples massage. My now pregnant wife and I, were met by one of the same girls as from before. When we got into the room it was the usual questions about any sore spots, aches, or pains but the only problem was, there was only one masseuse. The girl explained that she would start on me and then move on to my wife. I interpreted this as she would work back and forth between us. We were reluctantly ok with this and figured, "we're already here so..." What she actually did was work on me for a full hour while my pregnant wife lay on the next massage table over. We were blown away by this but didn't want to take it out on the masseuse. Like fools we stayed there for the full two hours it took for the one girl to work on both of us and left. We later contacted management and still haven't heard a thing back to this day. That was a month ago. Which I would say makes a pretty loud and clear statement that they don't care. If you do go here for a couples massage make sure you'll have two masseuses. Totally ridiculous that you would even have to ask. Like I said, reconsider. I think you're money will be better spent elsewhere.

Went in for a massage. The masseuse is great so I've been a few times. Last time I went we were evacuated half way through my massage for a potential gas leak. Talk about stress trying to get dressed and out quickly and had to spend 30 minutes standing in the parking lot because they wouldnt let us start our cars. On top of all that,..they wanted me to pay for the massage. Really? Never going back. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I purchased a 1-hour deep tissue massage here for a friend. She gets roughly 6-8 massages per year, and said her massage at Cassiel's was hands-down one of the best deep tissue massages she's ever had. Her masseuse Trinity was friendly, had strooooong hands, and really worked hard on the specific areas of tension. Compared to other facilities, Cassiel's was less expensive than most per hour.

Went to Cassiel's Day Spa to get their Spa Mani and Pedi. It was a last minute appointment but they got me right in. I was able to relax and do a little reading (a luxurious thing for a mom with two small children). They have a convenient location with easy parking. The place is really clean, the staff was nice, and the atmosphere was relaxing and friendly. I had a great time and plan to go again soon.

It was my first and last time in this salon. I went for simpl shillac manicure with ombre...and got a horrible expirience. Master Erica was rushing and all time was checking time. She didnt trim my citucle proparly, and the result of this "kind of obre" was horrible...will never come back again.

I absolutely love the staff and the atmosphere. Very friendly staff, treated like family from the minute we arrived. I felt so relaxed by the time we left. We went right before Thanksgiving. I wanted to look nice for our family dinner. I got a pedicure and a shellac manicure. I like to do the shellac for my finger nails because it usually last two weeks or longer. Well this one did not last a day. By late that afternoon one nail had absolutely no polish on it. By day two three nails were naked. Before Thanksgiving even arrived I was down to one hand having absolutely no polish. Now we are two weeks since my manicure I have polish on one hand. I would not recommend this salon for the simple reason I did not get what I paid for.

I recommend this spa that offers many services. I was pleased with massages I received here. I was just there the other day and got very experienced and knowledgeable advice on makeup and shampoo. I used to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed at Cassiel's and it was awesome. Unfortunately, right now they don't have anyone who does it. I can't wait until they hire someone for it. I am going to be trying out the new spray tanning they offer. Lots to offer! Worth checking out.

First impression of Cassiels from the outside it seems small and one might think less service to be provided. In fact the building is well laid out and has a full range of services in a quiet calming atmosphere! Very nice, friendly staff who are going to take great care to see that your visit is a pleasant experience! Looking forward to returning soon!

I have had great experiences at Cassiel's Day Spa. The ladies who work there are very professional and nice. From the moment you walk into the spa you feel welcomed. Your greeted by a smiling receptionist, offered a drink(water, tea...)there is a relaxing white noise playing and you can even use the leg massager while you wait. My hair has never looked better! I love the new style and the color looks fantastic and covers all my gray! I have had waxing and also a facial. I would recommend this spa to anyone who needs some pampering.

I absolutely LOVE Cassiel's. Nikki is my hairdresser and she is awesome! She comes up with the greatest hair styles for my very fine, thin hair. She is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have had mani/pedi's there as well and they were awesome. I sent my daughter and her friends there for massages for her birthday and they raved about it. I highly recommend them!!!
