My expectations were surpassed at Bhavana; a truly wholistic approach to wellness, beauty and self-care the world has been waiting for and Freeport is lucky to have! I highly recommend the natural and locally sourced skin care line Abura (my skin is more radiant than I could have imagined!) And the Theta Healing session I received helped clear and lighten my emotional wellbeing. Thank you Bhavana! I can't wait to try everything on the menu!

Im visting from NY, and have to say... this place has surpassed all of my expectations. The natural/ organic decor is divine, the services can't be toped and the staff makes you feel so warm and taken care of. Freeport is lucky! I'll be back just for this place alone!

Great experience in this beautiful, quiet, and clean spa. Had a nice quiet time in a sauna before my massage with Lucca. Came with a back pain and 90 min. massage with Lucca not only relaxed my body and mind, but also decreased the pain in my back, and made it 80% better by the next day. Thank you Lucca!! This is my new to go Spa when I’m visiting Portland, ME. A short drive to Freeport for a nice Spa and some shopping I highly recommended :)

Daughter and I had a fabulous time this weekend! I highly suggest the Ayurvedic treatments here. I have been to India many times and have extensive experience and practice in Ayurveda and I have to say, the 2 treatments I received here were the best I have had. Beautiful beautiful space, very knowledgable staff A++. I will be back.

Calm, relaxing, holistic atmosphere and kind staff. Was visiting the area and my hands and feet were in desperate need of some pampering. Got a great mani and pedi, and got to choose from a selection of herbal teas to sip while I was babied. Highly recommended.

What a surprise! We were just traveling though and stumbled upon this gem!! From the moment we walked though the door we were greeted with herbal tea, smells of essential oils, warm and inviting staff and a cozy beautiful lounge. If that wasn't enough, we both had the most incredible massages of our lives. We both left feeling like new people. I was having lots of neck and shoulder pain for weeks before, I left with no pain and feeling like a new person. This place is far beyond a spa. Its truly a healing center. Both my wife and I will be planning our vacations around our future visits.
