I was very upset and annoyed that the receitionest couldn't just ask me to remove my firearm. She just freaked out and Called the Police. Maine Is an Open Carry state!! The fact that I was lied to about "my therapist running late" just so I would stay untill the police show up. Come on Guys. Grow up and be Adults and Ask a person to do what you need. The atmosphere was very akward and A very sad orra about it. Very sad place!! A bunch of liars that can't just say what they mean without saying it mean.

I wouldn't be able to tell you about there services. However I did call in April to set up a appointments for 8 people on September 1st for a Bachelorette party and was told I don't need appointments. To call them the end of August to find out they can't take us September 1st because they are booked.

double booked my apointment and didnt even have the decency to call and tell me they waited till I showed up to rudly tell me I couldn't have my appointment and that they where booked for weeks

My husband purchased me a massage for Valentine's Day. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment. I didn't know there was paperwork to do until I got there. I quickly finished it and continued to wait for my appointment. 15 minutes after my appointment time the massage therapist comes out and gets me. Then I go to the room and get ready so we are about 20 to 25 Minutes past my appointment time by now. My husband paid for a deep tissue massage and there was zero pressure during the massage even after I discussed it with the lady before we even started. It literally felt like someone was just rubbing there hands over my body without even pressing at all. We paid for an hour massage and what felt like no time the massage therapist says to me "we got started late" and my massage was over. I get up and look at the clock and there were still 7 minutes before my actual time was suppose to end. So besides the lady starting 20ish Minutes late and then ending 7 minutes early. I had about a 30 minute massage that my husband paid for an hour for. As well as deep tissue cost more then a regular massage. I feel very put off with this company because I have had several massages and never have experienced this time of service before.

I spoiled myself with a full body massage with Elaine and then followed it up with a facial with Lindsay. I cannot express how much I enjoyed each appointment. I left feeling absolutely relaxed and my body and face loved the end results. Elaine provided a full body massage like I've never had before, she truly is a seasoned professional and knew exactly what areas my body needed tension released. I also was very impressed with the recent renovations and full make over of the whole facility. I highly recommend checking this place out if you want to take a time out for yourself!!

I was not impressed. I had a gift card from someone who was very excited to have me get my first experience with a professional masseuse. It was anything but. The amount of time on my gift card was far more than the time I was given. The person who I beleive to be the owner did my massage talked about herself and her personal life the whole time (not at all peaceful). My massage was suppose to be deep tissue, she barely scratched the service, after me telling her she can go harder, it was anything but deep tissue. I'll never go back to this location, I walked out feeling robbed of what could have been an amazing experience.

Massage was good, experience wasn't. I made my appointment, used my GPS to find business. GPS took me to the front of the buidling. I walked in, read the directory. Saw A Body In Knead was located at suite 6. I went down to suit 6, knocked on the door. There was no answer and the door was locked. I was 15 mintues early at this time. I waited patiently thinking they were with other customer, as the door said "shhh massage in process". I knocked again at 1:00PM(the time of my appointment now). No answer still. I googled their number to find out what was going. When I googled their business, I saw a photo online saying their new sign outside. I didn't remember seeing that sign when I walked in. I went outside, walked around to the back of the building and around the corner, then there was the sign and a door for A Body In Knead. I walked in and told the lady at the front desk I was here early knocking on the back door and where the confusion came from. She said she did the same thing on her first day, you think on the business directory or on the suite 6 inside door there would be a sign that says "use outside back of the building entrance". So at this point it was already 15 after, I still had to fill out my paper work, which was another 5 mintues. The time I was brought back to the room it is after 120pm. The lady at the desk said, you are here for an hour and a half massage, I said no, 1 hour message and the foot exfoliation. She said yes that's right. During my massage or anyones massage, you dont look at the clock. At the end of my massage she said you are done. After she leaves the room I look at the clock behind me and see its 234pm. After I leave the room, The massage therapist says to me I messed up, I thought you had an hour and a half massage not an hour, I didn't read the notes and see the foot exfoliation, and we won't be able to do that today. I understand stuff like that happens, so I said it was ok. I went to the desk to pay and the lady at the desk says its $100.00. I ask her why, I didnt get the foot exfoliation, and my massage should have only been 75$ for the hour. She said since I had an hour and a half massage it will be 100$. I paid, instead of debating. I'm not happy with not having what my appointment was scheduled for, after I corrected the lady that checked me in. I was over charged because of their mistake and didn't receive the services I wanted. As well the lady at the front desk said I had an hour and a half massage, due to poor customer information, I waited inside the building at their door for over 15 mintues. My massage was just an hour, not an hour and a half. Like I said the massage was good, I'm just not happy with the customer care, of being charged the full amount for not the right amount of time given or the right services.

Crystal cut my hair and it was exactly what I wanted. She did perfect subtle highlights that are growing out well. Amy gave a wonderful deep tissue massage and relaxed knotted muscles I didn't know were tight. I felt great when I left. Very nice and affordable!

This place is great! You can't beat a 50 minute massage for $45. And it's good too! Danielle is by far my favorite, but I've had great experiences with everybody. This is a great place to buy gift cards for friends or family. They also sell essential oils and local goat milk soap which I am addicted to.
