Terrible unprofessional staff. We had a gift card that they would not honor because we had used a gift card for a service in the past. However they did not tell us this would be an issue until after our massages and we were checking out. Quite a huge surprise to think your service is covered yet in fact they tell you that you owe $90. Of course no manager was there that could help us. Will never spend a cent here ever again and will make sure anyone I know doesn't either. Don't give your money to this dishonest establishment. Not to mention the massage was "ok". I'd give it a 4 out of 10. Weak pressure, inconsiderate, etc.

This was my first time to enjoy a spa day package and it was amazing throughout each service. The pedicure was wonderfully done with my pedicurist, Patty making sure I was relaxed every minute of the service. My facial was great! The esthetician, Sarah asked me about my skin and any problems I have and decided on my treatment, so it was very personalized. Finally my massage ended a very relaxing day with an awesome massage by Jazzy. Overall it was a great experience from the time I walked in and was greeted by staff to the time it was over. I was very sad when the time was up.

I bought the Spa Classics package that included a facial, pedi and swedish massage. The facial with Erica was amazing. She really educated me on my skin type but kept it very relaxing. Highly recommend the facial with Erica. My pedicure was a joke. Bridget kept cleaning her teeth with her tongue making noises that were less than desirable. She was not gentle at all, plus she had a sharp fingernail that dug into my skin a few times. Not her fault but the massage feature in the chair was broke, disappointing! She seemed like I was not worth her time too. I do not recommend Bridget at all. Chandler is a WONDERFUL massage therapist. I asked her to focus on my back, neck and shoulders and she listened! She has a gift of touch. She found my tense areas and worked them. Definitely will ask for her if I return. Overall though, the place is amazing, smelled wonderful too.

The place itself is nice, but the employees aren't. I walked in and 2 employees just stared at me instead of greeting me after I said hello. The drink I ordered was never brought to me. The massage therapist was okay, but could have been better. In my opinion, the services were not worth the price.

The Woodhouse is very elegant and relaxing. Even though my session started a little late Taylor was great!! I will be going back very soon!!

My first experience there was amazing. The masseuse was great and addressed my concerns. I recently went for a duet massage and it was not quite as great. The atmosphere was calming and serene as usual but my masseuse (different one this time) caused me quite a bit of pain. Granted, I have had a lot of tension. At one point she pressed her elbow into my back and held it with what had to be with at least half of her weight leaning into it. I told her it hurt and had to grab her hand to get her to stop. It has been sore since. I don't mind giving the place another try. My partner's masseuse was great and I really do love the atmosphere.

Nice place and nice staff. I had a prenatal massage which was relaxing but I had tension in my back and shoulders that I mentioned that were not addressed. I checked off moderate massage on my new client form but I felt as though I was getting light pressure at most and really just being rubbed with oils. I then got a facial, again very sweet girl and it was very relaxing but I was specifically asked about extractions and I had a few problem spots that needed addressing and I felt as though that part was skipped completely. There was never a light turned on to even look for my blackheads and comedones. I hate to write a mediocre review because everyone was so nice but it definitely was not worth the $250 I spent before having my baby next week.

Everyone was very nice and the facility was impressive. My masseuse was very nice and sweet, but the massage was not what I expected it to be or what I asked for. I requested a firmer Swedish massage and received a very light skin massage. Very disappointing.

I received a call 1.5 hours before my scheduled appointment to cancel my 80 minute stone massage due to a therapist shortage. When I answered the call they asked to reschedule for the following day (Monday) without an apology or even some sort of discounted package due to the inconvenience. Horrible customer service. This was going to be my first experience with the Woodhouse Spa.

I loved my experience at the Woodhouse Day Spa. It was extremely relaxing and they have great customer service. I got a Swedish massage from Taylor, who was also great. I had just worked lots of days in a row (nurse) then did a 36hr road trip in 3 days so my back was acting up. It was tight, sore and I was having muscle spasms. After my 50min massage with Taylor all my problems have resolved. I will definitely be going back!

Worst experience getting a pedicure! We were there for a bachelorette party and pedis! The staff was friendly but it was very expensive and it looked like a child did my feet. They didnt get all the dry skin off around my toenails and she didnt cut them ahirt like I asked. And she had polish all over my toes! Seriously I could have done a better job!

I used a gift certificate for a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. Used on two different occasions, the facial and massage were great, but the manicure and pedicure were awful. I would not recommend anyone go here for nail treatment. I went home and had to redo my toenail polish and my fingernails look terrible. I did not want to walk back in to have my nails fixed, as my big toe was already redone once, and I just wanted to get out of there. It’s sad that such a nice place would have unqualified people hired to do this.

The location is beautiful and the inside is very spa-like and relaxing. My husband had a gift card for a massage, so I decided to splurge on myself and go with him. We got massages in separate rooms and I was disappointed with the service. To begin with, when the masseuse introduced herself, she was very standoffish and didn't say much. The massage was definitely not deep tissue and barely felt relaxing because of the soft touch. Because of the masseuse's demeanor I didn't feel comfortable asking her to increase the pressure and she never bothered asking me if the pressure was good. The experience was ok, but very bad value because 80$ +tip is a lot of money to me.

The front desk attendant told me to be there 15 mins early to fill out paper work which I was I didn't receive paper work she asked if I been there before I informed her that I had not she asked me to change and then have a seat in the relaxation room would I like anything to drink I asked for water. when I got in the relaxation room a neck warmer and paper work was sitting on a chair which I assumed was mine ,. The massage was horrible I asked her to use more pressure which she did for about 5 to 10 mins , I had a 50 min massage which lasted maybe 20 I had a facial when she applied the steam it was not on my face but up my nose when I got home I had to finish the facial myself she didn't do a good job this place is a waste of money and time
