I LOVE, the treatment you recive when you first come in, the consultation session was great, it gives the opportunity to see if you even like the stylist that was paired for you. When you go in for your cut you are treated like royalty. It is a better than great experience, and I actually Love my new cut and style!!!!!! Monique did my hair and she is fantastic at her job!!!!

First, I just want to say that Spa Concepts is such a beautiful beautiful spa and the girls up there are amazing! Secondly, the service once you walk in the door is exceptional. From friendly greeting, to fruit enfused water, to a relaxing lounge area, to ambience, it really did exceed my expectations. I had a brazillian wax done before at another spa, but after coming to Spa Concepts, I wont ever be going anywhere else. I highly reccomend this spa to anyone considering doing a brazillian wax or to anyone who and is looking for a nice little getaway. Shout out to Cassidy- who did my Brazillian wax!! She was so much fun to talk to and she made the whole waxing process, quick, easy and, well..as pleasant as waxing can get. Lol Thank you Cassidy!

I gave this place a shot because I love how my sister's hair is so beautiful. I went in with an idea on cut and color and Amber Cryer DID NOT DISAPPOINT. She is so AMAZING. I can't rave about her enough. I went in with severely damaged hair and she did her magic now my hair is healthy. She knows her stuff !!!! Highly recommend her and I will come back!!!

I’ve been visiting Lori LaRoux for several months of my pregnancy. At almost 38 weeks, my body was exhausted. She performed a reflexology massage on me, which felt great. I was relaxed and at ease. Less than 24 hours later my water broke naturally and I had my sweet baby the following day. I give credit to Lori for preparing my body for labor and will definitely continue my massages postpartum!

I got my hair done here on Sunday. Full head of highlights. After 4 hours, I left with my hair half blonde with some blue and silver coloring. I was told that my hair was overtoned and would wash out the next time I washed it. It has been 2 days and it’s more silver than I could even imagine. I could not even go in and get it fixed because I left for vacation. Not only did I cry my eyes out because I’m 23 looking like a grandma, I’m stuck on my vacation with silver hair and no solution but to go spend another couple hundred to get it fixed.

I bought a Mother’s Day gift and you get a sample of lotion. The young girl said you have to spend $75.00 the sign did not say that. I call the manager when I got home. She said you get a free sample if you buy a Mother’s Day gift which I did. When I told her I did, she changed the story. Ms. Kim you need workers who do not think they are the owner. She is a young child bring her home life into your business. The manager tried to take up for her. I told her by and hung up. I know how to put my money in my pocket

My friend and I had a wonderful and relaxing mani/pedi with a Jenny and Anna. The paraffin add on is definitely worth it. Also has the opportunity to meet Manager Michael, who presented us with a coupon to be used at the next visit. Beautiful facility and a great experience. Will definitely return.
