Completely unreasonable. Was 3 minute late outside my appointment "window" because I was caught in traffic from a wreck. They cancelled my appointment and had no sympathy. As much as they charge for a basic haircut, the poor customer service is stunning.

I always walk out loving my hair 100% and it is SO MUCH more healthy since I’ve been using the products my stylist recommended. My husband bought me the Sweet Escape package for our anniversary and I enjoyed every single minute! I truly had a "spa pedicure" for the very first time today. Ashley was an absolutely gifted nail technician, I nearly fell asleep during the pedicure! My esthetician today truly listened to me during my skin consultation. She customized the facial products to my skin care concerns, I know this because I am a licensed esthetician as well. Her technique was excellent and she had a very calming and pleasant demeanor. My massage therapist was phenomenal. Such power from such a petite lady! My very last experience, and my lasting impression of my first ever trip to Scarborough's, was my blowout with the most dynamic stylist I've ever met. That girl is a keeper, and my hair looks amazing!!! Thank everyone that provided me a spa service today. You have no idea how much I needed the break from reality. I will definitely be back! Customer service was great, got Julie for my consultation she was so nice,gave me all the best ideals and solutions for my hair color even though I couldn’t make an appointment for next week because I’m going to Florida in the next 2 weeks. Spent over 4 hours there for highlights and at the end my HOLD head look all the same dirt color. They told me they will fix it on a later date. I had alot of things plan to do and i was so shame EVERY where I went. I went to Houston to meet my family for my little niece context she was in for lil miss Texas and nothing good was said about my head. The was next very next day I went out there. I just VERY UNHAPPY with the out come. This is something I save my money for once a year to do for myself for my birthday cause year long all I do is for others. They charge me more and this the frist time I have this result. I REALLY PRAY THEY CAN FIX IT.

I don’t recommend African Americans to allow anyone besides an African American to do your hair here because they don’t know what they are doing. The worst part is they won’t admit they can’t do it. I wasted my money here I had to go home and redo my own hair just so that it would look decent even my mom said I did a better job then the lady that attempted to do my hair. But the atmosphere and people are very nice. I’m not sure if I will ever return due to my experience

This location is impressive, clean, professional staff, welcoming, relaxing, and accommodating. My stylist was very sweet and did an outstanding job on my highlights. Unfortunately I didn't leave with the stacked A-line bob i asked for but I also understand that not everybody has perfected that cut. She did put a lot of effort into my cut but knew before I got out of the chair that we just weren't on the same page. I told her it looked good and still tipped her because she did honestly try. I haven't returned but probably will should my style change in the future.

I've been going here for almost two years now on schedule for an ombre dye and eyebrows. My standards are pretty exacting as I have longer hair hair and it literally holds color almost forever lol. Do a mess up in my hair tends to be a year long fix. But my wonderful stylist has never faltered once even when they had a jr stylist touch up my hair. It wasn't done right to the quality I had come to expect and they were quick to get me back in to correct the issue right away. They are a little on the higher end for cost but you get what you pay for. And here you pay for quality in my experience which in the long run costs me far less money from not having to find someone new to fix the disaster a cheaper individual may make of my hair.

absolutely love this location the staff is so very friendly and accommodating! If you haven’t yet take a look at the menu they offer things in services that I didn’t even realize. The pre-service area is very relaxing and accommodating! They also had a wonderful meeting room prior to a service which makes a perfect business relaxation location as well. 5 Star treatment and kudos to the amazing staff starting at the front area in anybody that takes your phone calls !!!!

I needed an up do hairstyle and makeup for our son's wedding on May 4th. Since we live out of town, and after reading the reviews I decided on Scarborough's. I called weeks in advance to schedule and from that moment on, (the receptionists even stayed in touch with me as I waited for the big day) I was impressed by the professionalism of EVERYONE. Kaitlyn was my makeup artist and Cyndi was my hairstylist. They both did a beautiful beautiful job! I received many compliments at the wedding! It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Scarborough's! As an added plus, it was conveniently located near our hotel and many hotels. Thank you Scarborough's!

She went there for maternity massage but due to our own misunderstanding she was unable to partake because she was not in her second or third trimester, but they were very forgiving, and we're still able to give her the blowout treatment for her hair, and she says they were the nicest people and would love to go back next time we are in town

They take every request and every feedback very seriously and do not have a problem making sure their customers get exactly they want. Their staff is very courteous and professional. The ambiance is very calm and welcoming and I love how the stylists greet me by name and answer my questions with expertise. The salon and spa areas are always clean and I just LOVE the refreshing taste of their lemon water! Do not get your hair cut here. Absolutely horrible, uneven, shapeless haircut. Wanted a trim after growing out a pixie cut to a bob, my hair was so bad that I had to go somewhere else and cut it back into the pixie I finally grew out. Do not get your hair cut here unless you want to get all your self confidence taken away and want to have to go pay someone else to fix what they screwed up. Other hairstylist was appalled at what they did to my hair

For because it was a gift so whomever sold my husband the certificate should have informed him there would be a WAIT! The wait was sort of worth it because my manicurist was wonderful! My daughter and I recieved gift certificates to Scarbroughs. We were greeted at the front desk and swiftly taken to the ladies lounge to wait for our therapists for our 90 minute massage and 30 minute refresher facial. The ladies lounge provided infused water and small bakery treats. All treatment rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were warm and clean. The massage therapist, Jennifer was on pointe and knowledgeable, ready to work out the kinks, lol. If I had one negative, is there was no aroma in the headrest, if you want "aromatherapy" that's a $20.00 upgrade that I feel should be standard especially in a spa of this quality. And I DO believe the aroma makes a HUGE difference. Falyn did our facial, she was so gentle, I literally felt like she was brushing my face with feathers. Seriously one of the best facials I have ever had. We are already planning our next trip!

I was pleasantly surprised when they accommodated me with facial and massage appointment same day! I've never been to Scarborough before today. When I walked in, the atmosphere was very nice and front staff was professionally dressed and very friendly. I was escorted to ladies locker room to get comfortable before my facial. Nice lounge area with calming music playing. Both my services started promptly on time. Christin was my aesthetician for the facial. She was vey nice and gentle as well. Karen was my massage therapist, and she was also great. Both are very talented! My face feels so soft and my neck and shoulders have zero tension. I had a great experience today, and highly recommend the services at Scarborough salon and day spa.
