Anniversary get away to Shreveport. Made an appointment to do a couples massage. The Husband enjoyed the deep tissue massage Jessica gave him! I can see he's more relaxed. Travis found mussels that I didn't knew they was sore! Very nice, clean and calm atmosphere. Really enjoyed it!

I got a massage here from Iyonna. She was awesome and paid close attention to the key areas where I needed that “extra something” that makes you want to go and get the massage in the first place. She was very polite and friendly. The facility was very nice and the ambiance was soothing to the eye and ear. I would definitely recommend destiny day spa to anyone wanting to get a therapeutic massage as it has helped me so much.

When I made my appt. They didn't ask if I wanted a male or a female masseuse. So when I arrived I asked for a female. All of the females were "booked" and I could not get a female or exchange my massage for a facial. Bottom line this place has horrible Customer service. I do not recommend it.

Best birthday surprise ever from my husband. He had no idea what to get or do. He called an talked to the front desk girl destinee who, was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything and helped him pick the best package for me, it was a balanced body package that had every service in it. Now i just hope he calls back for mothers day and does it again, hint hint.. ☺ you have to experience this spa for yourself . it was hands down the best services and the friendliest staff who cared and made me feel like it was all about me. BEST SPA IN TOWN-!!!!!!

I had been calling local spas trying to book a same day appointment for a Brazilian wax and Destiny was the only spa that was able to fit me in. I had the pleasure of being booked with an amazing esthetician. London made my first waxing experience as quick, painless, and as comfortable as possible. She was super sweet! Very professional and informative. You can tell that she enjoys her work and knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend her services.

$55 was quite a lot to pay to get your nails and toenails painted. I went in for a manicure and pedicure, it took 1h and 30 mins, the water was burning hot, and it was quite difficult for the girl to file my nails/toenails due to her own extra long nails. The shape of my nails was terrible, and because she didn't soak my hands, my cuticles weren't cut/cleaned up. I've had a fair share of manicures and pedicures to know what to expect. I will continue going to salons with people with Asian background doing my nails. I wasn't expecting luxury, even though they claim to be a spa not a salon, but even salons offer you water. They were really sweet at this place but not experienced enough. Two stars are for cute paint colors and sweet staff.

I "requested" and paid for the Aroma Senses spa package and a spa facial, but what I got was NOT what the package included. I did question them about it before the treatments and after and they gave me all they intended to give me. I do NOT recommend this spa. (1) my packaged included Eucalyptus Steam room but the spa does not even have a steam room. I asked both Therapists I had about it and they didn't know what I was talking about. I told reception about it at end and she said that I was supposed to get a dry sauna with eucalyptus scent on a pad. I didn't order dry sauna, I wanted moisture. (2) My packaged included a Body Polish and what I got was a Salt Scrub. I asked the receptionist and the Therapist about it before the treatments and was told that they were basically the same thing. At their spa a Body Polish is a 60 minute aroma therapy treatment that ends with wraps. I got a Salt Scrub for 30 minutes and no wraps. These treatments are not the same thing and only I received half of the value of what I paid for. (3) I was not offered robe or a locker until after first treatment. I had to carry my clothes and wet umbrella from the massage room to the locker room after my massage. (4) I felt rushed the ENTIRE time like I was always been hurried to the next thing without a chance to really relax. I never once got to sit in their upstairs relaxation lounge area, even when I got out of whirlpool early to relax there I was whisked to my next treatment. (5) weirdest order of package ever - they did a salt scrub (and my packaged was for a body polish, not a salt scrub) after a massage and whirlpool. I commented on it on the way to the first treatment and was told it was so all of my wet treatments were together. I said I had never had a body polish at the end and wouldn't we want to first exfloiate teh skin and then apply moisture lotions/oils to stay on my skin during the massage. Their answer was no... that they wanted to have the "body polish" last to wash off the lotions. I left the spa with dry feeling skin. (6) Even though they have it, I was not offered a tea or snacks. When I went to look at the tea selection is sitting out, I was questioned by the therapist about what I was doing like I was doing something wrong. (7) I had to walk barefoot (or put my outside shoes back on) to locker room as was not offered sandals. I grabbed a pair once got to the locker room. Why did my 3.5 hours at the spa not start in the locker room? (8) The facial did not include any extractions, no paint-brushed on masques which feel so good, no steam vents - only hot towels, no special eye treatments as far as I could tell. Of the 55 minutes of the facial, 25 minutes were massaging my face with lotion. I was getting annoyed. I would not recommend. (9) I am not sure that I actually got a scalp massage which was part of my package. If I did, it was 5 minutes long at the end of my massage. It was what should be expected as a scalp massage that is part of a Swedish massage. However, my package included this as one the parts. (10) Even though they are also a salon, their locker room does not even have a hair comb. I didn't bring one on purpose because they said they had all of the toiletries. I had to leave with wet hair that was tangled and messy. (11) When I checked out, the receptionist asked me how it was. I replied in in a dull tone of "it was just ok". She replied back that is great. I questioned about what I should have gotten and was told that I got what they had. I was not offered anything to try to appease me.. nothing at all. (12) After leaving, I had to immediately go shower off using my own products at home as I felt like I had a coating on my face of lotion and my body was really dry. The experience was very disappointing and I would NOT recommend the Destiny Day Spa. It was NOT at all worth the $240 that I paid. All of their money is spent on decorations, not quality treatments or even what you ordered.

Environment was not relaxing in the least, you would do better to skip it. Came here earlier today and was not greeted with any sort of beverage or refreshment as is the norm at most spas. marked on the sheet where I was experiencing pain and tightness, but when the masseuse entered (very boisterously) she did not question me at all about areas that might need special attention. Throughout the entire massage she would drag her rolly chair across the floor to change where she was working creating a less than relaxing environment, would dig in the cabinets for more lotion or supplies also very loudly, and any time she moved around it was with the least consideration possible for my relaxation. Walls are paper thin and I could hear the man next door flirting with his masseuse. At the end I checked the time and she had shorted me 10 min. If you are seeking a relaxing environment, skip this place

Today I was pampered with a 50 minute massage, 30 minute (I believe) whirlpool tub and sauna, plus a mani/pedi. All great customer service and did a wonderful job and for the price of $140 you can't beat it. I was treated with wine, water, snacks, and great conversation. I can't wait to go back!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had for a massage.Destiny that runs the front was super exceptional she was able to fit my Mother, Sister in law and me in for massages and we are from out of town. Donna has absolutely the perfect touch. She has a wonderful personality, along with a perfect firm but yet attentive touch at the same time her hot stone massage is truly bliss. The facial I recieved certainly kept up the bliss after the massage. Caneisha has a wonderful personality with a wonderful touch as well. My facial was very informative and relaxing. This perfect combination definitely left me floating on cloud nine. If I am ever back in the area will for sure be back. I was not disappointed. Went in at 5:30 with my husband to get his haircut. I asked if they took walkins and was told yes. So I told her my husband needed a haircut. She said "Oh I'm sorry, I don't have anyone to do it". She made no attempt to try to squeeze him in or reschedule. Must be nice to have so much business that you can turn it away!

What an amazing experience! Destinee at the front desk was so accommodating to our group. She called in an extra specialist to accommodate us all together. The spa is peaceful and relaxing. Caneisha did my facial, I had never had a facial before. She explained everything thoroughly and made my face feel so soft and smooth. Cassandra was amazing!!! She did a special pre-natal massage since I’m 16 weeks pregnant. She worked so many places I didn’t even realize I was carrying tension. They do special packages if you want more than 1 treatment. I would definitely recommend coming when you’re in town!

This place wasnt as much of a spa place as usual ones I have been to. One of the receptionist was rude and acted like I shouldn't be there. The products used smelled and looked cheap and there were only like 2 things used. I was late being taken back . Most people in the building weren't very nice. The only reason I am giving this a 2 star is because my message therapist was a little friendly and the other receptionist was friendly

My name is Latasha,I received the breathe easy package on yesterday 11/26/17. The environment was inviting and my massage therapist was awesome, but the sad part is when it was time for my facial the gentlemen was on his phone majority of the time. I could hear it vibrating and him pushing buttons. I was so disturbed. First off, cell phones have cameras and the entire time I could not turn my brain off. Plus I paid for this time to not get his undivided attention at all. I wasn't offered any water or anything after my service. When I brought my concerns to the front desk she seemed as if she didn't care. There was no apology or empathy anywhere. All I got was an ok I understand. No eye contact or anything. No, what can we do to rectify the situation or anything. I left the spa stressed when I came to destress. When you are in this business you must take care of and treat people the way you would want to be treated. I was disappointed, yet I paid and tipped both of them.

I visited the facility today and wasn't pleased. When I booked my service I booked for 25 minutes for $40.00, after my massage upon checking out I was informed my bill was 70.00. Destiny the lady at the front desk said that I was booked for the swedish massage which was $70.00. I told her there was no way I would book that. Instead of arguing with Destiny I paid the $70.00. Yes, I left unhappy. One of the managers called inquiring why I left unhappy. I explained to her she did offer to give me a extra 25 minutes to satisfy me. I declined the offer because I knew I would never be going back and wouldn't recommend their business. So if you choose to use the business be sure to inquire about what services that your booked for.

I was double charged, they informed me one charge might fall off in about 3 days but Alexis insisted she looked at my ticket and I wasn't double charged, however my bank disagrees. I would like a supervisor to contact me and remedy the situation. Massage was ok, nothing special, asked for and paid for a deep tissue and received a Swedish massage.
