I have been going here for a few months now. The spa is not only beautiful but the staff are kind and welcoming. Upon entering I thought it might be pretentious but that could not be further from the truth. The services are top notch, staff fabulous and caring, CLEANEST spa I have ever visited and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, she was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Normally my experiences are nice. While the experience was pleasant, the finished outcome was disappointing. In less than 3 days, the polish from my pedi flaked off. I've gone almost 30 days without this happening before and unfortunately, this time I went to someone different (as I couldn't get in with regular gal) and this is what happened. Stick with what ya know! So due to not wanting to look unkempt, I had them redone.

Came here for the hydrafacial and had an amazing experience. My face feels so fresh and clean! I am getting married next month and I already have another one scheduled before the big day! There is absolutely no down time with this facial which is so nice. Brie was so fun to talk to during my facial as she was so knowledgeable and friendly! Great spa! It's a chain with consistently great environments, so your gift cards can follow you. It's a quick drive from Cincinnati too, only wish they had a sleep room or a hotel above so you could continue to enjoy the relaxation.

First of all, it's a beautiful place. Since this was a gift, I should have read up first. The 3 ladies that worked on me were super nice and knowledgeable. I learned that I should always tell the front desk, from now on that I am allergic to lavender as it causes headaches. My toe nails look beautiful but I had to cushion a spot on my foot as I ended up with a sore that was tender for a week. That might discourage any further pedicures. I'm glad I upgraded to deep tissue massage...yes it's a workout, but worth it. So, now that my foot feels better I'm enjoying my pretty nails

I had a deep tissue massage at The Woodhouse Day Spa this afternoon. It was THE BEST massage and spa experience I've ever had! I felt calm and relaxed from the moment I entered the beautiful lobby. From the robe and slippers, to the Quiet Room with blankets and warm neck pillows, to the massage, the feeling was as though I was on vacation. I will most definitely be back and highly recommend booking a service with The Woodhouse Day Spa.

I love my visits to Woodhouse. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the spa is very clean. You can feel yourself relax as soon as you enter the building. I've experienced several services (prenatal massage, massages, pedicures, manicures, facials) and they have all been top notch. The changing rooms are clean and have secure lockers for your belongings. The changing rooms are also stocked with anything you could need (brushes, hair dryer, hair spray, etc.). I can't wait to go back again!

My massage was amazing! Allie really listened and worked on my neck, back and shoulders and the essential oils were perfect! The entire staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa was cozy and welcoming the changing rooms were luxurious, I was able to shower after my massage, which was a very nice touch too! I will definitely be going back soon!

I went in for the spa classic (upgraded to 80mn massage). Hands down the best massage, facial and pedicure I’ve ever had and I’ve had a bunch. Kelly really focused on the areas of my shoulders I asked her to and applied just the right amount of pressure. I’ve asked others to do the same and they spend a few minutes more but not much more. Christine provided a great facial with non of the dreaded sales tactics for products. The pedicure was fantastic! Can’t say enough about her and how she was able to soften up my feet. They were in terrible shape after my last pregnancy (4months prior) and I have had a pedicure every month for the past year at one of those “nail” places. She was able to do more in one trip than had been accomplished the whole year prior. I will definitely be back. The waiting rooms were very comfortable and relaxing! If I had to come up with any critiques: 1) the water they served had cinnamon in it. Not a great choice in my opinion but they happily provided bottled water 2) showers were just ok. I’m used to multiple shower heads. 3) I was there for 4 hours and wished I had known there was an option to get lunch. No one brought it up and I didn’t think to ask.

Google should have a special category for the businesses that are exceptional. This spa deserves 6 stars! I had some time at the spa with Ally today and it was fantastic! I truly forgot how it feels to not have pain and to have a mental calming where I was entirely relaxed. From check-in to check-out the customer service and spa services are the best in the area! I will be counting down the day until I can visit again!

(I don’t have a gmail account, this is my husband Josh’s) - Massages, staff, and atmosphere were great. However, WARNING: if you are going to get a manicure or pedicure and have shellac/gel on your nails, they will charge you $25 extra to take it off, on top of the high prices for the services to start. “It takes longer” to complete your service with gel removal, however, my service was done in the same amount of time as the two others I was with, who did not have shellac/gel on their nails.

I called to book an appointment for my team a few weeks before Christmas and scheduled for Sunday, the 13th of January. Three of us were scheduled for The Spa Classics which included a massage, facial, and pedicure. As of Thursday, I realized that even after giving a credit card, that I had never received a confirmation email so I called them to confirm. They said there was no reservation, but they could see where one has been started. They scrambled and got it put together. I repeated multiple times that this was a surprise for my team. So today, the day of the appointments, my team members start messaging me that some of their appointments had been cancelled due to weather. Mind you, this was supposed to be a surprise, so they didn't know what appointments were even being cancelled, and I was not notified what-so-ever. I called to see what was going on, and was greeted with a very unfriendly manager, who rudely told me "THEY CAN'T CONTROL THE WEATHER". Obviously, that is not the issue. I wasn't upset some of the appointments had been cancelled, but rather that they had ruined the surprise for my team. When I inquired about the package discount that we should have gotten, she told me that it wouldn't be discounted because they weren't performing the services THAT THEY CANCELLED on us. So we would have to pay more for the services we booked because they couldn't get their team together. The call ended with her hanging up on me. My friends and family all get me gift cards here for birthday's and Christmas because they know how much I used to love this place, but this experience will ensure I will not be back.

This place was perfect. I got the Two's Company package for my wife and I for our anniversary. This includes a couples massage, facials, and ends with a pedicure. The whole experience was very relaxing and for the pedicure and while waiting before the pedicure we got to enjoy complimentary mimosas. They did a great job all around.

We just had the most incredible experience at the wood house day spa! It is our 5 year anniversary, and the staff here was so attentive and kind to use. The massages were the best we've ever had, complete with wonderful smelling essential oils. Afterwards we arrived to a private seating area only to find two slices of cheesecake, two glasses of wine and a "happy anniversary" greeting waiting for us. The wood house day spa made this day so special for us, we will never forget it!

My friend and I had a swedish massage last weekend and it was fantastic. The customer service along with the massage. We were given 2 slices of cheesecake for my birthday (that we didn't ask for) along with mimosas and wine. It's pricey but definitely a nice treat.

I recommend this Spa to everyone that I encounter that is looking for a very unique Spa experience. And as a guy going to a spa I may not be a regular thing so you want to make sure that it is appropriate and doesn't make you feel awkward. The Woodhouse absolutely ensures that it is not an awkward experience. I absolutely appreciate all of the estheticians and therapists and how they make you feel at home. When I showered after my therapy session all of my cleaning and grooming products I use at home where they're in the private bathroom and changing area. This experience is worth every penny!

If I get a manicure and pedicure, I tend to go to the typical salon/spa, but this is about the same price and more luxurious and relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed my agave nector manicure and lavender and seaweed scrub pedicure. I was offered a warm robe and neck wrap when I arrived. The relaxation/quiet room is amazing! I thought I would hear the interstate from inside, but didn't hear it at all! I would highly recommend this place! After this first manicure and pedicure with Woodhouse, I am now going to become a regular!

Woodhouse has the Spa Thing down to a Science. Customer Service is second to none. They thought of everything when they designed this place. From the sights, sounds and scents everything has been meticulously planned and woven into every Spa experience that you will not be disappointed. My wife has been numerous times and I have also accompanied her on a couple of visits. The experience is always wonderful. I think I remember my wife having one poor experience, not so much with the people, but the end result of one of her nail experiences and this was after she left. Woodhouse went out of their way to find her the next best appointment that worked for her schedule, resolved the issue and refunded her money. That is what originally sold me on their commitment to excellence. They are committed to not letting any customer have a bad experience. This is my first and only review I've ever posted for a business, so for what its worth, and if you haven't figured it out, I love this place because my wife really loves this place and because they do good work. Keep it up Woodhouse NKY.
