I see Serenity Spa in my travels and decided to give it a try for body waxing services. From beginning to end a most professional experience. The atmosphere is tranquil, clean and calming. The exterior as well as interior are very attractive and inviting. Eva walks you through the product she uses and next steps. She made what is or can be an uncomfortable experience at times as humanly comfortable as possible. Very welcoming staff as well.

A dermatology nurse for 10 plus years and the dermaplaing facial better than anything I ever had. So relaxing I almost fell asleep and atmosphere warm and welcoming. Will be telling all my co workers and friends. Treat yourself ....you will be hooked. Thank you serenity spa!!!

Service is alright. The massage is ok too it feels good at time but also hurts as if they know a certain spot hurts so they just rub that spot for a while. Also when tipping them if you don’t tip them what they want they complain and ask if you can tip more when I just spent $150 dollars and they still wanted like a $15 dollar tip each come one do your job and don’t complain about the tip I’m sure the tip isn’t the only money your getting for that day.

I happen to notice the spa on Philadelphia Pike and decided to walk in. The Ambiance and decorations are perfect when I first walked in, I was greeted by the staff and Eva made it her business to introduce herself and to give me a personal tour of her facility. I walked in with curiosity and walked out purchasing my mom a gift card to a hot stone session. Love this place!!! I have been a member for under a year. Had my first massage with Denise (aka the owner) today for a couples massage. Was absolutely the best massage I’ve had in 25 years. I've visited Serenity Spa twice in the last couple weeks for chronic hip pain. I had been to the doctor and tried pain reliever and muscle relaxers but it was a bandaid on a big problem. I was skeptical about Quantum touch healing and curious how it could help with physical pain. I was pleasantly surprised when I started feeling relief after my first session with Denise. She's extremely knowledgable about the body and the benefits of massage and healing energy. Even if you are not experiencing pain, the massage alone was awesome. I think my mom is hooked! She went with me for a massage for the first timeand will definitely be going back!

This is, no doubt, one of the best experiences I have ever had. The massage was so good that I actually fell asleep towards the end of it. IT FELT SO GOOD. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Atmosphere was perfect. Quiet inside with white noise and hints of bird chirping and brooks babbling. The staff was kind and never pushed you into doing anything you didn't want. Their techniques during the massage are so relaxing. They also remained quiet so you could lose yourself in your own thoughts. As well, even though I only had one person working on me, it felt like I had 2 sets of hands working my back. Absolutely amazing. The price is more than reasonable. $60 for a full hour massage at this skill level?! More than worth it. As well, they have plenty of other services. I bet those are just as good. Another huge factor that raises them above any other massage place is that they do not rush you. They make sure there are 30 minutes in between each session so that you have time to get there and time to leave. You never cross over into someone else's massage time. Again, I cannot stress enough how good this entire experience was. I will be going back in the near future for sure.

My mother, sister and I visited Serenity Spa for for massages, i also got a facial and my mother a pedicure. Stephanie was absolutely amazing. She did extractions and I was not blotchy or break out afterwards!! She also did my mothers pedicure who juust had her knee replaced and was quite difficult to say the least. Stephanie did everything to make her more comfortable with a SMILE. The massage I had by Cassandra was the BEST i had ever had and if I didnt live in Mass I would have her regularly massage me. I am a dental hygienist and knew EXACTLY where and how to massage me. I was extremely impressed at the level of professionalism, comfort and good energy these girls gave. They NEVER made us feel rushed even though I know we ran passed our time and I really appreciated that. We will be going back for another massage, facial and im hoping another fun service!! :-)

This is the 3rd day into my lash extensions and they are still ITCHY and uncomfortable and too close to the lid so they itch my eyelid as well. I really wanted to like this place as they were very nice and worked great but during the procedure my eyes waterd (still do 3days later) and the end of the procedure hurt too. I wont be going back. I also had a facial and eyebrow wax. Those were wonderful! I do look great!

Went to get a pedicure while pregnant. Worse pedi ever! The bowl was dirty, towels were dirty and the girl doing my pedi had what appeared to be track marks up and down her arm. She was very friendly and welcoming. Then I got the 20 minute neck and shoulder massage and it was amazing! I've had two other professional massages elsewhere before but this one was on a whole other level. The experience was very relaxing and felt wonderful. On Friday I had a facial with Eva that was simply amazing! She used a tool that helped my pores to open and soak in her new line of CBD skin care. I literally could feel the softness of my skin improve during the actual facial. It felt SO smooth and still does. I just love going into this spa because the environment is soothing to my soul. I was surprised to find this great gem in Manchester. The decor is just lovely, and everyone was very friendly. Cassandra worked magic on me. I had tons of knots and she really knew how to work 'em out. I was also impressed with beforehand, how much consideration she put into giving me the best massage for what my needs were. She explained how she would manage the time, which areas she would focus on, etc, so I knew what to expect during the massage. After my massage I was complete jello; I haven't felt so good in a LONG time. Amanda did my pedicure and she was wonderful. She helped my pick a great (bronzy- brownish) color that was different from my usual pink/lavender go-to. I wish I had bought a bottle of it to take home, because I just love the color. I look forward to going back to Serenity Spa soon!

First, I got the eyelash extensions and theyre absolutely beautiful!! There is just one girl who does them and she was professionally trained in Las Vegas. Some reviews complained about being upsold. Yes, they suggest you get silk vs Mink extensions because they're softer, but I like the look of mink. No pressure sales. It took under 2 hrs and they're perfect. Regarding red eyes, yes you will have red eyes, its from the glue and if you don't want red eyes for a day or two, I suggest not getting lashes. I have a small bald spot on my right eye, so yes, she had to glue a few to my skin, which is no big deal. Its difficult to sleep the first night because you have foreign materials on your eyes, which takes time to get used to. Red eyes and a little gunk it not an infection . Aven is very good at her craft and doesnt care if you used a groupon or not! Additionally, the owners are wonderful. Second, Tony Flores, if you feel you got what you paid for and were happy with the 150.00 in service you received, you know 15.00 is below the MINIMUM tip on 150.00 in the service industry, right? 150.00 x15%= 22.50, which is the minimum tip of 15%. These types of services are the same as going to a restaurant and if all is great, 15% for good service, up to whatever you think your service was worth, ABOVE 15%! At best, the salon pays a percentage of services done by each employees, but they get no hourly wages. In the future, be a better tipper and get better future service. I read your useless review page on FB and you could hurt business by your petty or lack of proper etiquette.

Highly recommend this Spa! The experience is delightful from the moment you enter. Staff is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Britany is the BEST! She genuinely cares about your skin's needs and will work with you to provide the best treatments possible. I recently tried the micro-needling facial (not at all scary like the name may imply), and it did wonders for my skin, including some large facial scars from a fairly recent accident. The treatment experience was exceptional, and Britany did an excellent job of explaining each step of the process and follow up steps. Put your face in her hands and feel like a million bucks!

I purchase a spa package to Serenity as a birthday gift for my wife. She visited the business on August 1, 2015, expecting a relaxing day and the pampering that comes with a top-notch spa. I must say that I am supremely disappointed with the results and the quality of service that she received. We had not seen our reminder email prior to my wife's visit and instead consulted the Serenity website for driving directions. On the day of her appointment, the website still listed the previous Anchorage location as the correct address. My wife had to rush from the old location to their new facility in Middletown, which set a very poor tone for a relaxing day. Even upon arrival, she found no signage on the building and had difficulty locating the entrance/facility. My wife mentioned that one of the staff put up a make-shift sign on the back door as she was arriving that morning. I also understand that there was an open and overflowing dumpster immediately in front of the entrance of the facility, which was yet another in many disappointments of my wife's experience with Serenity. After filling out paperwork, my wife was shown to a room for her facial and asked to change in that area. The floor of the room was unswept. After changing, the technician for the facial brought my wife a robe and asked her to hand over her clothing and valuables so that SHE (the technician) could lock them up. This was quite awkward for my wife, who would have greatly preferred to lock up her wallet and other possessions herself instead of handing them over to a stranger. The facial itself was good. Other services suffered greatly, however. The massage room was also uncleaned and the head rest had an unpleasant odor. The room was too cold and the massage was not up to the standards she has experienced at many other local spas. The pedicure lacked a proper foot bath and instead required the staff to use a watering can (like you would use to water plants in your garden) to fill up the bath. This bath quickly became cold and was not refilled or otherwise addressed. My wife also mentioned that the manicure station was directly in front of the main entrance; this may have been acceptable if not for the fact that she was ushered immediately from the massage area to her manicure, still naked under her robe. She says she was very uncomfortable sitting in that location in that state. The manicure itself was subpar, as the technician failed to use the correct top coat and had to re-do the entire manicure (again, all the while my wife is nude save for the robe in front of all the other patrons). I will acknowledge that I demand high quality for the services I purchase and especially those that come with a price tag such as this. The prices Serenity Spa quotes are certainly on the same level of a Z Salon, Joseph's, or Venetian, but the experience was not remotely up to that level. Reviews I had read of Serenity also set a certain standard and expectation of quality; the combination of the new location (disorganized and NOT remotely spa-like) and the services rendered failed my wife and resulted in quite a disappointing birthday gift.

Eva is absolutely amazing, I get my Brazilian wax done with her and she makes it as quick and painless as possible but still does a completely thorough job. She make sure you’re super comfortable so there’s no awkwardness. The facility is beautiful tastefully decorated and a great location. Would recommend her to absolutely everyone.

I am pregnant and instead of simply providing a service for the money i was told all the precautions i should take, and learned info i had never known before. And although i couldnt get my massage because of risks to the baby so early in the pregnancy, i was still taken care of and treated like family. I deliver mail for a living and had got caught in a down pour, while being pampered, the safe way, they took care of my wet clothing, i felt like i was with my family the way they treated me. Definitely a place i reccomend going to and i will be returning soon.

Just about the BEST day ever!!! My daughter sent me. I have been extremely stressed and worked my self sick. Lisa started me off with an 85 min massage, followed by a facial, then lunch, a body wrap and a sugar scrub for my feet.... wow! After all of that I’m back at work and able to be productive. I’ve been to many massage places, but Serenity makes it personal to each individual- I’m not a number there, I’m a person and they are my team. They got me well and back on track.
