Moved to Prospect, KY from Richmond, KY in September 2015, and was in search of a great aesthetics clinic. After all, I had been a patient of Wells' Plastic Surgery Center for nearly a decade and whoever I found had some big shoes to fill. I selected CaloSpa and made an appointment with Tina. I have been going to CaloSpa for all of my aesthetics treatments for over one year now, and I will not be seeking services elsewhere! Tina is wonderful and she is a very talented injector. I have been more than pleased with all of the services I have been provided at CaloSpa. I highly recommend Tina for any aesthetics injections you might be interested in.

I had a very bad experience with injections here and had to go somewhere else to have them corrected. Dr insisted on putting way too much in my face, it ended up very uneven (and the wrong type of filler for the area I learned later on) and I look awful, oh and the pain and huge waste of money having to get it fixed. I recommend going elsewhere for fillers.

I've had a couple non-surgical procedures done and i am pleased with both! I first had the mira-dry completed for my hyperhidrosis and was extremely satisfied. I'm a woman and this procedure brought back my social life after 40+ years. I was so satisfied that i went back for the coolsculpting for my abdomen area. I must admit, i was a little skeptical at first because i didn't see the results that i thought i would see. HOWEVER, i remained patient! For me, the results came later than what i read on the reviews. Not that i didn't see any results during that time frame, but my expectations were extremely high for a non surgical procedure. In saying that, not a lot of weight/lbs was lost BUT enough fat was removed from the result of having the procedure that it gave me that nice hourglass shape. In saying that, i still have my work to do to get where i want to be. This procedure was a NICE kick start and i am very grateful. I thought, i could spend the money on a personal trainer and put in all the work, or i could spend the money on coolsculpting and put in half the work. Either way, your going to spend both the money and put in some work. This way, i was able to cut my work by more than half and it was worth it! Brooke... was the BOMB! Love her! If you are have a couple troubled areas and want a little help, this is the answer!

The staff are very rude. They think your major problems are minor. Dr. Mays is very impatient and doesn't try to meet you half way. The nurse injectors do not know what they are doing. If you are going there for injections then I do not recommend. They messed me up and refuse to fix it. I had to go somewhere else to fix my problem that they caused.

I recently had MiraDry treatment for underarm perspiration and odor at CaloSpa. This procedure was amazing!! With minimal swelling and discomfort and no downtime my underarms are odor and perspiration free!!!! No deodorant since my procedure! I recommend this treatment to anyone who suffers from underarm perspiration and odor!

The best in the business!! I would never have surgery or injectible treatments anywhere else. I have had Coolsculpting with Brooke and was actually able to wear shorts this summer without being self conscious!! Yay! It is always hard to remove your clothes and show someone something that makes you self conscious but the staff has always put me at ease and let me know they want to help me! The atmosphere here is very calming and enjoyable. I always look forward to coming to Calospa!

Highly Recommended! I just finished my second session for laser tattoo removal with Meredith. Meredith has been fantastic to work with these past two sessions. She is very professional and skilled, and it is evident that she has been thoroughly trained. She is also very personable and does a great job at explaining how the process works. The procedure is still painful but she works quickly and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. I had previously had three laser tattoo removal sessions from another local business and the differences are night and day. If you are considering having a tattoo removed go to CaloSpa! I can not speak highly enough of Meredith, the entire staff, and my overall experience. Top notch!

I didn't consider anyone else when I was considering a breast augmentation. After having children and breastfeeding I was looking to get back the fullness I had before. Dr. Calobrace and his staff are both professional and friendly. I felt confident in my decision to have surgery and the size I wanted to be. I can't thank the Calospa team enough!!!My life has changed due to the MiraDry procedure.I have always been someone who sweats a lot. I always wore dark clothing and felt very self conscious when in public, especially in stressful situations or in hot weather. I got the procedure just over a month ago and I couldn't be happier. The procedure is not as scary as I thought from reading other people's reviews. A lot of discomfort and swelling for the first 72 hours as they explained and now I am totally healed after a month.I noticed a significant reduction in sweating from my arm pits. It totally changed my life! If anyone is struggling with the same issue I encourage you to contact the Calobrace and Miziguchi plastic surgery center.They are the best!!!

Edited: After the original post (see below) at my next botox appointment (I had bought several units at their end of year sale and they cannot be transferred to another facility or given in vial form to take home) the front desk attendant informed me that Dr. Mays was very sorry for my poor experience the last visit and then handed me a gift bag with several different trial and full size skin products along with a travel cosmetic bag. The gesture was very kind and appreciated so the rating was edited from 1 to 4 stars. I arrived 10 minutes early, waited 30 minutes for botox by Dr. Mays, notified the front desk i had waited 30 minutes and needed to leave. I was told they'd email him to let him know. Not a single apology. My exterior doesn't scream "tons of money" for which it sems staff were eager to help. After i finish the units i purchased there I'll be going else where.

I have received several Hydrafacials with Katy Jo and most recently did a Soft Peel treatment. Katy Jo does a great job of working with my skin type to make sure I am getting the best treatment and even calls in to check with me afterwards. It is definitely worth the money. Additionally, the Louisville office is beautiful and and relaxing.

I don't suggest this place unless you're into little to no consultation with the doctor prior to a procedure. Very unhappy with my results... if it's face related, I recommend you contact Dr. Chatham in New Albany.

I had miradry treatment on 10/13/16 by Dr. Mays. WOW! I am so happy I did! I haven't had to wear deodorant since! I run every morning and have always struggled with sweating and slight Oder in the arm area. The treatment was practically pain free, I only felt I slight sting during the numbing process. The whole treatment took 1 hour 20min. I did and do still have some swelling but should be gone in 1-3 weeks time. Calospa is an amazingly beautiful place and everyone is the best in their field! I'm so excited to never have to worry about deodorant or Oder again! I would recommend this treatment to anyone who deals with sweat or Oder under the arms. I'm very satisfied! -Amy G

I had breast implants done here I love them. Other doctors in the area told me i wouldnt look right since i had a mild case of tublar breast , a large gap in between my breast and hardly any breast tissue. Dr. Bradley was sure of himself and his work. I went from an A cup to a DD cup. Put in 770cc silicon high profile. I will say they dont warn you about what's possible of the after math recovery like you may not feel your nipple for months or sharp shooting pain or how loud your implants can be at first but when i had questions they were there to answer them. This office does seem like they hope you do some of your own research too, doctor will listen to what your looking for and tell you exactly if its it's reasonable and what he can do to get you there. Very professional. Surgery went well for me, financial side went easy to! Everyone loves my implants and says they look amazing

Had abdominoplasty with lipo of flanks and fat transfer to buttocks. 1 week post op but I already love what I’m seeing. I have considered this for more than 10 years and finally had it done. Dr Calobrace and his staff have been incredibly caring and understanding through the entire process. He listened to what my goals were and were not. I can’t wait to see the final results!

I have had a great experience with my whole surgical process of breast augmentation. The staff and Dr. Mays have been nothing but great! My only complaint was with the scheduling of my surgery. They say to be flexible and I understand, but my time was changed 3 times before they actually told me the final time. Makes it hard for working people and moms! I would still highly recommend them though!!!

I dont always write reviews however my recent experience at Calospa is review worthy. I can't say enough about my amazing results with cool sculpting and the professionalism provided by my provider Brooke Stevenson. If you are concerned with a stubborn pocket of fat this is probably the treatment for you and if your looking for a provider that is top notch Brooke at Calospa is the one to see.
