I absolutely love floating here! I have a touch of claustrophobia but I've always wanted to try sensory deprivation tanks for stress relief and to feel what it's like to totally unplug for just a little while. I went here because they are the only place in Louisville to have the Ocean Rooms which is a tank the width and length of a king size bed and at least 7 ft. tall. It's an amazingly relaxing experience. It's reasonably priced and the owners are lovely to deal with.

It was very relaxing experience. Love the 90 minute float. Spa is clean, very accommodating, has everything you need after your float. Will be floating again!!. It was my first float and I loved it. I went with all lights off for complete sensory deprivation it was amazing. Would like to try the massage and float next.

Blissful Relaxation is amazing! From the moment you walk in the door you feel at ease. The decorations and music playing allow you to leave all your worries and stress outside. The float rooms are so large and comfortable. When inside the room it is so dark that you cannot tell if your eyes are open or shut. While floating it is easy to relax so much that you fall asleep. My masseur Ty gave the absolute best message I've ever had! I was so relaxed I was snoring. The infrared Sauna was the cherry on top to my evening of relaxation. The heat made my whole body stay relaxed while I listened to my music through the bluetooth in the sauna. Blissful Relaxation is the best spot to go for amazing relaxation. I cannot wait to spend another evening there.

I loved the size of the float tubs. I’ve been to other places with the float pods and this is so much better and less claustrophobic. The facility is relaxing, accommodating, and very clean. I also really appreciate what they’ve done for the ECMO team at NCH. ❤️

Absolutely love the decor and commitment to relaxation. My first floating experience was incredible and has definitely made me want to be frequent floater. This place has an incredible vibe and friendly staff. Unfortunately, i'm not a local so I may never visit again unless i'm in Kentucky again. But when that day comes count on taking my money. Very nice facilities, love the large float tanks! They have thought of everything for you to have an amazing, relaxing experience, even down to providing a "grooming room" for fixing your hair afterwards (complete with hair dryer, straighteners, curling irons and hair products.) Floating is a must try for everyone, it's so nice to be able to completely unplug from the world and be left alone with your thoughts.

This place is AWESOME!!! The owners are such good people and make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the doors! I’ve been telling everyone I know to go and check it out. By far the best float center around. Continually adding more and more for their customers. 5 stars across the board! Join the float-tribe and check it out for yourself! You won’t regret it.

I’d messaged with the facility about setting up my first float. I was advised of a special for unlimited usage for 30 days, which I wanted to try. I’d discussed that I would be out of town for a week and wanted to try it once I returned, which was agreed upon. After this conversation on Facebook messenger, I’d messaged multiple times, yet received no response, other than a link to their website to book an appointment online. On the day of my visit, yesterday, I emailed both the facility via their website and on Facebook messenger and again didn’t hear back. I had asked again about using the unlimited membership and coming by for a first visit. When I arrived to Blissful yesterday, after driving from Southern Indiana, I entered the facility and talked to the female owner. I mentioned that I wanted to try a float for the first time, as we discussed, and then likely would purchase the unlimited 30 day membership, instead of just one visit. She quickly told me that the offer was no longer available. I mentioned that I had discussed it with someone and had just seen it on their website. She told me, argumentatively, that the special I mentioned wasn’t on their website and had never been, and that she thought it had ended Sunday. She clicked on their page to show me that it just showed the sauna specials, to prove her point that it wasn’t showing on their site. All the while, she is texting on her phone while I’m trying to talk to her, at my first visit to the store as a new customer. I told her that I had seen it listed on the store page and, since I was told, via Facebook messenger correspondence, that the special would continue until online bookings began to fill up and became an issue, I had messaged twice today and tried to come in after work to sign up. When I arrived, it was appx. 6:30 pm. She told me that no one had seen my messages to respond because they just opened at 5 pm. Despite my drive time, discussions and follow up messages to confirm the deal, she would not honor the unlimited membership and only offered me their basic $70 per float rate. As I was leaving without getting a float at all, she said that the unlimited monthly deal may be offered again in the future. At this point, with all of the time and energy I put in trying to work with them to get the pricing special they offered, I don't really feel like I want to continue wasting my time following up with them to see if the deal is issued again in the future. I was very excited to start an ongoing monthly membership with this new business, yet that turned into a maddening experience once I reached the store and interacted directly with one of the owners. I left without ever floating and had a very bad experience. It doesn’t seem like the right way to do business.

My experience at Blissful Relaxation Float Center has been outstanding. The owners are SO nice, the facility is top-notch, and they have thought of all the little amenities to make your visit easy and comfortable. Pricing is very reasonable. I had always wanted to try float therapy, but wasn't crazy about the "chain" options we had locally. Now we have an independent option in Blissful Relaxation! The king size room approach was much more appealing to me than the pod approach. I was a bit nervous before my first float, but the staff gives you a great intro before you start. The private shower and float room is wonderful. All you have to do is show up, they have everything else you need -- towels, robe, earplugs (if you want them -- I don't use them) and toiletries. I was worried that 90 minutes seemed like an awfully long time, but it FLIES by for me -- I even fall asleep each time I float. The epsom salts work wonders on tired/sore muscles, and the relaxation is so complete. I can completely clear my head. Totally addicted to floating! It is a truly wonderful experience, and Blissful Relaxation is a treasure to have in the neighborhood! Cannot recommend highly enough.

I tried this place out about a month ago, and I've gone several times since. The staff is amazing, the rooms are big and everything is so clean and well thought out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a refresher for their life physically and mentally!

My favorite float! The large, float rooms are more comfortable than small pods and much easier to get in and out of. The sunny little lounge with tea from Louisville Tea Company is the perfect transition back to the real world. Run by a lovely, welcoming family.

I’ve been to Blissful a few times and every time I leave 10x happier. Float therapy had always been something that intrigued me, but was nervous to try. At Blissful their float rooms are huge so you never get that feeling of being in a tight space which makes the experience even more relaxing! The infrared sauna has also become my favorite service immediately following a float. I see a tremendous difference in my overall mood, my anxiety improves, I sleep better, definitely something I recommend! Today I had a 90-minute massage with Charita, and she was amazing! I have not had very many massages but I would absolutely schedule with her again. Charita was very sweet and I immediately felt comfortable with her, she paid a lot of attention to problem areas (being a fitness instructor who works too much I have a lot of those) and relieved so much tension in my shoulders and neck. Im so glad I chose to book with her, and will definitely continue to be a Blissful customer!

From the moment you walk into the door the relaxing experience begins. I was a little nervous the first time I went to float, but the staff is so unbelievably informative and walk you through every single little detail. I was so enthralled that I took my mom, aunt and cousin to share this unique and therapeutic experience with them. My mom loved it so much she purchased a membership! My Aunt has chronic back pain and she said after her float she was pain free for the first time since she could remember. She also slept straight through the night, which is an extreme rarity for her. Thanks to all at Blissful Relaxation!

I tried floating for the first time at Blissfull Relaxation and LOVED it. The facility is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. I can spend an entire relaxing afternoon between float/sauna/ and massage. Highly recommend as it is a wonderful place to unwind.

I walked in and was greeted by Max who then gave me a tour of the facility and explained how floating worked. Each room is private and has an individual shower and tank. The tanks are huge so if you are claustrophobic you won’t even notice it. These aren’t your typical small floating rooms. Once you shower, you go in the tank and music plays for about 5 minutes. After that the music and lights turn off. If you want to keep the lights on you can by just hitting the button. However, if you want the most out of the experience, having the lights off is more relaxing. The 90 minutes really flys by when you’re in there. Once the 90 minutes is over, the music comes on and the lights turn on. After that you get out and shower and then go to a room where you can sit down and get some water or tea. The owners are great, and they are very passionate about the business. Great experience
