Went in for a second time about a month ago. Masseuse made me wait 15-20 minutes (I was on time for my booked appt) and then she answered the phone during my massage-- really. I won't be coming back. Previous review: I went here a few months ago and had a GREAT service. I had purchased a groupon and got a deep tissue massage. It was an amazing massage and I know I will go back, as a one hour service is very reasonable at $50. Most spas charge $80 for deep tissue or more.

This was the worst massage I've ever had. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude, my massage therapist did a horrible job and wanted to massage my face after I told her not to, she didn't even focus on the areas I asked her to and demanded a tip after the massage. I WOULD NOT ever recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY, there are better massage places that treat their customers with respect.

I enjoyed the one-hour massage here today. It was a good service. I drove the truck for six hours. I enjoyed a Thai-Chinese massage combined with hot stone push. I was well conditioned and I felt great. Soon I will come again

The owner is very rude and the service is terrible. I am very upset about the way I was treated yesterday and I will not stop complaining on every site I can get my hands on until I get my money back! There was a communication breakdown due to the owners bad English skills and my two daughters ended up getting 20 minute massages when I paid for 1 hour massages! Then, the owner refused to do anything to help the situation. I am going to post complaints to every service revue site I can find until she makes this right.

First of all, I don't know what the reviewer complaining about bruises experienced, but I had the exact opposite experience. In general, it was very nice! My one complaint is they didn't have heated tables and I was kind of cold. I get cold easily, so this part is important to me. Still, everyone was very polite. Everything was clean and well taken care of. My massage was among the lighter in pressure I've experienced. In fact, my friend had a massage from someone else at the same time and she said her experience was the same. Not sure how many massage therapists they have, but at least two were very good and relaxing and neither of us left in pain or with any bruises whatsoever.
