I've been seeing Kimberly for tattoo removal. She is great and never sugar coats anything, which I appreciate, because this isn't a pleasant experience, and shouldn't be set up as such. I think she's also more knowledgeable and truthful than other places. I've recommended them to a couple friends. I'm not one to use other spa-type services, but I know they have a lot to offer and every interaction I have with other staff members is great.

I generally see Faith (who is most awesome!) but everyone else is equally nice and skilled. I would not go to any other med spa for anything. I give them my highest recommendation!

There was no warmth or any kind of a welcoming feeling from the two front desk staff when I came in for the first time. My consultation was the same and the answers to my questions were very short and uncomforting. They treated me like an annoyance. I Spoke w the mngr Faith and she insinuates that it wasn't that way because SHE had never heard a complaint. That's not the right way to professionally handle a concern. When I found a new place to go, which the Owner is amazing, they said they had heard similar complaints on that staff. Faith had no interest in easing my concerns and only placed blame on me so....good luck w that!

I would give RSVP 10 stars if I could. I have come to RSVP for injections for years. I recently got my lips done from Faith, and I get so many compliments on how natural they look. All the nurses are very thorough, professional, and will not over sell you on product/services you do not need. I would not go to any other injectors in Kansas City.

I went in for a tattoo removal session.. it being my first one I was a bit nervous.. i had an appointment with layla. she put me at ease and helped me understand exactly what the procedure was going to be and how it all worked. the machine they use it topof the line and better than any other out there in the u.s! don't waste your time looking into other places call and make your Apt Today!!!!!!

Awesome and professional!! I have been going for about 2 years and I never feel pressured to have more treatments. Faith is cautious and Conservative with her treatments and is always interested in doing only what makes you look more refreshed but not completely altered....like I got a full nights' rest. She follows up after each visit to make sure I am satisfied with my treatment. I'm not trying to be 20 again, I just want to look like I am aging well. I can't say enough good things about the Faith and the salon staff!! Give them a try....you won't be disappointed!

Got a Hydrafacial here today and it was a very unpleasant experience. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. The Aesthetician was super sweet but got the salicylic acid solution in both my eyes which burned like hell (and is still burning 6 hours later). She was really nice and apologetic and I knew she was new so I didn’t make a big deal about it, but because of this I did ask for my service to be discounted when I checked out. They went and got the owner for approval and she proceeded to rudely ask me why I needed a discount if the service was already on special for $99 which is originally $110. After going back and forth with me about what happened in the service and questioning me about why I needed a discount she told the 2 front desk ladies to “just comp her service” and threw her hands up and walked away. She’s clearly unstable and may have some mental health issues. Anywho, the ladies at the front desk were really nice and seemed embarrassed by this woman’s behavior. They thanked me for my feedback and offered me another facial with a more experienced Aesthetician but after dealing with that (w)itch of an owner there is no way I would go back there. The Aesthetician and front desk staff were more professional than she was which says a lot, and with ownership like that the business is doomed to fail.

Would give zero stars if I could. I booked a consult for my first lip filler. Asked for a full syringe the first time to avoid having to come back and be numbed again and go through the discomfort twice. The nurse doing the filler was very unprofessional, decided to only do half and told me to come back the next week. I decided I could do that, came back after seeing very minimal results for a $500 price point. The nurse hit a vessel in my lip, went back and forth about dissolving all of the filler and saying they would have to restart. She finally decided it would be fine, I then went out to the front with an enormous blood blister, to find another unprofessional nurse laugh and say find yourself some dark lipstick. The nurse stated he would call me before the end of her day there, never received a call. Got a text at 8:30 that night. Needless to say after missing work due to the massive swelling and horrible bruise, I wouldn’t recommend this office ever!

The atmosphere of the spa was very nice . I went in for Laser Tattoo Removal of a tattoo that I have on my neck. While talking with the technician she was very professional and enthusiastic. After telling me that the sessions would be 15 minutes to be thorough, I agreed to do it that day. The process ended after what seemed like 5 minutes, and I walked away expecting a little bit more results than what I saw. However I only went once and am starting the process again.

Been seen here for around 5-6 sessions of tattoo removal and I can't say I'm thrilled with the results so far. Before I moved here, I had been to another med spa for tattoo removal and noticed a significant difference in just that one session so I assumed my experience with RSVP would be the same. To me, it seems the technician was always in a hurry to get through the procedure. I did on occasion have to encourage the technician to be more thorough because after the first couple sessions, I just wasnt seeing the results. In the end, that didn't really seem to make a difference. I finally cut my losses with RSVP after I recieved at $75.00 missed appointment fee. I did speak to the manager about this but it seems to be standard policy. Im fine with this but life happens and a warning system wouldnt be hard to incorporate. I understand Overland Park is expensive but you dont need to nickle and dime loyal customers that have already made an investment with your practice.

I honestly love this place! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy by any means! Even the provider will tell you to use a sample first, see if it works for you... then proceeded to giving me a FEW samples! I CAN'T tell you how refreshing that WAS, bc I'm the girl who will buy anything if you say it works and 90% of the time it doesn't and then I'm out a few hundred dollars and no closer to looking and feeling the way I want. So I took said sample and it worked amazing, so I will be purchasing ASAP! Aside from that if you have ANY kind of procedure done they ensure you understand how it works and dont try to push you into a more expensive procedure that accomplishes the same end. I PERSONALLY feel like they are sincere and that is so hard to find these days! I gave them a shot at my business based on a "good deal" and they earned my business going forward as a lifelong client based on the work they did and the unbelievable customer service they provided! I will be back in to see them very soon!

I have been going to RSVP for over 4 years, little by little I have had more procedures done, as I’ve gotten braver! My last procedure was Nova Threads, and I could not be more happy with my results! Look at my pictures , especially around my eyes, mouth and neck! Instant face lift!!! I have a lot of sun damage on my left side of my face to due to years of driving for my job, and it looks so much better!!! While the procedure was a little painful, it was not unbearable and I will do it again in 12-18 months! RSVP has been able to make me look years younger with my face not looking frozen or overdone, which was a concern of mine. Another one of my favorite procedures was doing IPL on my hands, since I drive all day, they had lots of age spots, partly because I’m 63 and partly from sun damage. My hands are now spot free and as I drive all day, I look at them constantly and am pleased! I’ve had services preformed from all their providers and they all do an outstanding job!!!

Now, as a mother of two children ages 7 and 9, I don’t feel comfortable or confident showing off my tattoo to friends and co-workers. I have never been to a Med Spa that asks you upfront if you would like to tip. It is one thing for a customer to ask and pay but the RSVP approach is basically a push by the management to make the customer pay a tip. The hydrafacial was good but im not coming back. I also did a with Jeri and never did she mention that the cost of the mask was not included in the treatment. She applied the mask, left it on for less than a minute and when i went to pay, I was charged $50 extra for the mask. It was such a sneaky practice. Also, I would not schedule anything with Jeri at the end of the day, she always seems to be in a hurry to leave at the end of the day.
