I went to Laura, so I can not attest to how well anyone else does, and my experience only involved hair. I saw her for a dye job, and what I got was not even close to what I had asked to get. I politely (it would be different had I been rude or inappropriate) explained that my hair did not look anything like I had wanted it to. She seemed to take personal offense, and kept trying to defend why it "had" to look that way. I told her that the only thing that mattered to me was what was, and that was the fact that my hair did not look the way I wanted it to. She kept rushing me to decide "what I wanted to do" because the salon had overbooked her and another client was waiting (strike 2 in my book). Um, what I wanted was for my hair to look like I had asked to begin with! She was defiant and defensive at every turn, put the blame on me, and complained about the cost of the dye she would have to use to fix the problem. She did ultimately agree to fix it, but after the terrible work she had already done and the fact that I was being guilted about the financial burden on the salon to fix the problem THEY created, I decided not to return. Went to Salon Lucca and they did a beautiful job fixing my hair. Needless to say, I would never return to this place.
