I originally I had my ears gaged/modified/stretched out. I went to have them surgically closed because I was ready to wear dainty earrings again and look more feminine. So my right ear turned out "ok" but my left ear was not even satisfactory. It was horrible! The ear was deformd! I would say it was botched for sure. I had to go back and the doctor whom offered to fix it right then and there for no additional charge. It still looks very wrong to me and honestly I think Rmed Spa should have offered a refund for the way it turned out. I have to walk around with a deformed ear and explain to people why it looks that way. I put my trust in their hands. It was a mistake.

This 2 star review is solely regarding their laser hair removal. Overall Rajeunir Medical Spa is a pleasant place with very nice people that work there. FOR ANYONE THAT DOES NOT WANT TO READ THE DETAILS of this story, the summary is that it was OVERPRICED, DID NOT WORK AT ALL and they are not totally honest. And for those that like the details: Unfortunately my bad experience began at the very beginning. The spa requires you to come for a consultation before quoting you any prices. I have young kids and had to work around many schedules to come in. All they did was tell me I was their ideal candidate (light skin-dark hair) and quote me a price without even looking at the hair I wanted removed. They quoted me a price which I later learned was very high for this service. At the start of my treatments I was told there was no difference between the different lasers so it made no difference which they used on me. They started me with a laser which barely did the job and at number 6 out of 8 treatments they switched me to a different laser which started making a more significant difference. At the start they make it seem that 8 sessions will be enough to remove the unwanted hair, however, during my treatments I was told it can take up to 20 SESSIONS to remove it. When it was all said and done (yes the treatments are very painful) my HAIR WAS STILL THERE AND REDUCED BY MAYBE 30%. I highly discourage anyone from using their laser hair removal service. **One year later** I'm basically back to square one. Everything has grown back the way it was and I'm out a few thousand dollars

I've been a member of Rajeunir Med Spa for two years. I've always been satisfied with the services and with the employees who work there. I've reached a point in my life (over 50) where I need help and advice for caring for my skin and to help slow down the aging process on my face. All of the tips and advice are helpful, the services work, and I also enjoy my visits with the different staff members. At first I was intimidated by the staff and how well everyone looked but after a few visits I became more comfortable and looked forward to my visits. I recommend this office and their services.

Have submitted two signed forms requesting cancellation of my membership over the past year without any action. I still have money coming out of my account every month. I have lived out of state for 2 years. I lost a lot of points, but I knew there really wasn't a choice. I haven't heard from management, other than a phone call when I called them ages ago saying I just needed to put my request into writing and send it in. Crickets. Very sad that my hard-earned money doesn't mean anything. I really didn't want to have to get others involved.

Rejeunir and its staff has changed my life. Not ever having this type of service done before I was very scared and thinking it was going to be very expensive. It was far from that. I was so comfortable and felt completely comfortable with the program that was suggested. And it was very affordable. My whole skin routine has changed. For the first time ever I love my skin. I do not tan anymore and i do not need to. My skin looks great. I have just begun in my new adventure with Rejeunair and I will continue to try other services they offer. This is definitely the most rewarding experience I have ever had. All the staff has become my family. I love this feeling. Thank you Rejeunair!

Do not ever sign up for the monthly membership! I visited ONE time and NEVER used my points! After almost 2 years of them continuing to debit my account even after I cancelled my membership, I finally stopped the debit at the bank. Now every month I still get a bill saying I owe them money!! My account has been cancelled for months...and I haven't been in one of your facilities for over 2 years!! Actually you owe me money! Someone there needs to fix this problem!

The young women who work here are highly professional and friendly. They create a non-judgement, fun and refreshing atmosphere in addition to the fact that the services they provide help you feel and look younger and revitalized. Do NOT GO here everything they tell you is a flat out lie to get your money. The point system they have you buy and tell you won’t expire . They do expire if you don’t renew . They advised me that even if I don’t renew I could still use my purchased points or transfer them. When I called to use them hey advised me they cancel when I cancel .

I just started doing skin resurfacing and did my first chemical peel and I am so happy... I am almost 40 and had not ever done any special treatments for my skin. I am already seeing a difference in my acne scarring and the grain of my skin! Stephanie is super friendly there! Going to continue treatments! Go try them....

I can't imagine how wonderful it will look after all 10 treatments! I go in for another IPL treatment next week and I can't wait to see more dark spots disappear from my face! I was given a gift card to the overland park location, at first they didn't know how to handle the gift card with my service. I then later made an appointment and spoke to the manager thru a consultation without knowing who she was. The appointment went ok, however they couldn't find my gift card info in their system. I've been put off several times regarding the redemption of the card, they didn't even blink at my answers or respond to my calls. (Even when asked to return my calls to the manager and regional manager) -To not: my gift card was first presented to me with no expiration date or additional info attached. I don't want to do business with this branch or the company, if they keep treating me this way. Beware!

I am extremely happy with my experience at Rmed Spa. But rather than hear me gush about how I feel about it, let me present the facts in a timely manner for those of you who don't enjoy reading. The things I assume you are most concerned about are: Cost- When I went in for my free consult, the price was exactly what I expected (from reading other reviews online). However, when I learned that I would need 6 treatments, the finanaces worried me. BUT their memebership plan makes their services so afforadable (even for me, a college student). Time- Rmed Spa handles an impressive number of clients all throughout the year. Even so, they were able to get me an appointment a week after my free consultation. (I was anxoius to get the process underway.) Customer service- Oh my word, probably the best part of the whole experience. The receptionist knew me by name by my third visit, was always friendly and offered me a chilled bottle of water every visit. The esthetician I was with was so friendly, always smiling and inquiring as to how I was doing since the last visit. She had such a wealth of knowledge. I asked her many questions and not once did she fail to give me an answer or seem irritated that I was so curious about her work. Process- While not exaclty a pleasant feeling (IPL facial) the esthetician made conversation to keep my mind off of the discomfort and was constantly checking my pain level (she'd ask on a scale of 1-5...) to make sure I wasn't too uncomfortable. Results- I am so happy with my results. The specialist I sat down with gave me a very realistic expectation for when I was done, and they are better than I was anticipating. I am so thankful for Rmed Spa and their amazing staff. I hope you give them a chance to provide a wonderful experience for you, with fantastic results!

By far the best med spa in KC. Totally accommodating to my crazy hectic schedule, these girls are so patient and understanding. If you're considering different procedures I recommend choosing one of the membership options this med spa offers as it saves you lots of money. DO NOT GO!!! I’ve had a horrible experience, they said that my tattoo removal will only take 3 appointments.. 6 appointment later it’s still not removed, I was rescheduled several times and everytime I arrived to my appointment they would have to reschedule me, I was told that I can cancel my membership if I sent in a form with my signature on it and email it to them, which I have 2 times and they still didn’t cancel the membership, I also have a brain injury which creates memory lose and they are taking advantage of it and taking all my money and post pointing my visit. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, they will take every cent you have. They lie and they can “make you feel comfortable” but don’t believe it because you will get trapped and feel very uncomfortable!
