Very professional and courteous service from the moment I walked in and throughout the whole massage therapy. I have a stressful and physical job and I always felt soreness and tiredness in my body but after a couple of sessions,the soreness is gone and my body feels rejuvenated .I am definitely going to be their regular customer AND I hope they are in business for a long long time .

This was the worst service I have ever received! I purchased a Groupon and clearly stated “I have a Groupon and would like to make an appointment” after the session they refused to take the Groupon stating they did not hear me say it was a Groupon and that they needed the voucher code ahead of time. They would have known it was a Groupon again at walk in if they hadn’t ushered me into a room immediately after arriving without any questions on what exactly I was wanting. They kept asking if I wanted more time I said no I only paid for an hour. That should have been another indication of the Groupon. The message itself was mediocre. check out was humiliating when they continued to refuse the Groupon they should have honored it! I ended up having to to pay 30% tip for a mediocre message and then they finally took the Groupon after a long time of harassing me about the Groupon. If you want a good message And honorable service then try Toa reflexology they are really good messages! Do not waste your money and time at Message FE

I have had the hardest time finding a massage therapist that I like in Missouri. But today I have finally found my new massage therapist and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I've been looking for someone that can-do deep tissue and actual detailed work to figure out the cause of my pain. I am a massage therapist myself so I feel like I have a pretty good idea of what my body needs and the style of massage that I like. Up until this point I have yet to find someone that knows how to do any of that. I was absolutely Blown Away with Ming. He really knows his stuff. He made sure to ask me what it was that I needed help with before just inviting me to get on the table and walk out the door. I'm surprised at how many massage therapists want to just do their routine without asking why I came in. I felt like I was thoroughly able to go through the checklist of things that brought me in. I can tell that he incorporates many modalities into his massage and that he is customizing it based on what I need. This spa is also very welcoming, clean, and relaxing. I will definitely be back. I have several therapists I go to at this location and they are all awesome! Also, the front desk is always great with my crazy schedule. Highly recommend.

I was in town for a few days and looking for the best massage in Kansas City and I definitely found that! Not being from the area I was a little nervous but everything was great! I'm a hairstylist and that comes with a lot of body aches and pains and Amy went above and beyond my expectations to get rid of those and still allow it to be a relaxing experience! I would highly recommend her to anyone!!! I will definitely have a standing appointment with her every time I'm in Kansas City!!

I got a half hour massage from this place last night. Let me say, I have had numerous massages, both traditional and Asian, and this one was mediocre. The massage itself was okay, but at one point a second lady came in and starting talking to my therapist for quite a few minutes she then proceeded to put her hands on me as well so I had two people massaging me at the same time. The first massage therapist left, then came back later. Lots of pressure during my massage to go for a longer period of time. They wanted me to go the full hour. Slightly overpriced for what you get. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because the receptionist was very nice and professional.

Ming was able to fit me in very last minute which I was so grateful for as I had just come out of a ten day seated meditation and my body felt sore. More than that he was able to offer compassion and care through his work when I was also feeling a lot of personal life stress. The massage was very relaxing. You could hear the cars outside but I didn't care at all because I was so relaxed. Highly recommend and if I am ever back in Massage FE, I will definitely be back! Thanks Ming!

This was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life. I came in looking for a relaxation massage, but was instead given a very painful deep tissue massage. I asked over and over again for the masseuse to use less pressure and he just kind of laughed and continued to use far too much pressure. I actually cried when I left having felt abused for the last 80 minutes (even though I only paid for 60!). It is now later in the evening and I’m having trouble sleeping due to the bruising and soreness in my back from the massage. Never in my life have I felt worse after a massage than I did before. I will never go back to this place, and I recommend you save yourself the time and discomfort and find a more professional establishment for a massage.

From the minute I walked in the door to when I walked out - everything was incredible! The atmosphere was very calming and the staff was amazing. First time to this location. Last minute booking and late night massage was very much appreciated. The gentleman who provided the massage was super polite and professional. As for the quality, I basically was in a trance for an hour. Much needed. Will be back very soon.

In all fairness the review I gave of 1 star is not right. I did not receive any service provided at Massage FE. I dropped in on a way to visit a close friend who lives up the road. I mentioned checking the place out and possibly getting a Gift Card for my friend. From that point on the gentleman behind the counter would not discuss any part of the business or services and became very high pressure to purchase the gift card. He at one point told me that there was nothing to talk about and that I needed to buy the gift card. I'm not sure it was a cultural difference in my perception because I haven't that I can recall experienced this anywhere else. The pressure to buy the gift card was so high that I left shaking my head and almost confused by what had just happened. There were no other cars in the parking lot so they were not experiencing a rush.. it was an odd feeling after I left and I couldn't help but wander why the gentleman wouldn't answer any questions and was super defensive. I can assure you this review is real and is not "FAKE" as suggested by the owner. I can provide supporting data showing that I was there. Not that it's necessary but it's also the first time I've ever been told my review was fake.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They take their guests serious and treat them with respect. I have tried other massage places in town but this one was way better! They helped out with pain I had in my back and helped with a lot of tension in my neck as well. They keep the place clean and it was a good atmosphere. I will make this place a regular place to help with my pain. This place and their staff are worth the time and money.
