I had a good experience here. The best pedicure around. Ashley did a great job on my pedicure. The only concern is that I had to lay on newspaper while I had my legs waxed because they were "out of table paper."

If I could give no stars I would at this point. This is the second and final time I go to them for waxing. The first time I went the woman cleaned up my brows but took way to much off the ends. I had to wait a couple of months for them to grow back. I decided to give it another try and I gave the woman specific instrutions on how to do it. and she took my naturally thick brows, to tiny thin brows. The middle area is so uneven and offset. This is rediculous, the women are all trained and I think my 9 year old cousin could of done better. They lost my service!

I don’t recommend coming her for eyebrows They messed my eyebrows up so bad!!!! And on my right side eye brow is bold about an inch!!!! Horrible please and the works have bad cussing mouths and unprofessional!!!!!!!!

Very rude customer service! Called ahead and the told me they didn't take appointments for eyebrows but I could come in and they'd take care of me. Drove 30 minutes for them to rudely say they're to booked up and could not see me. Could've saved gas because they could have told me that over the phone!

Good for nails, mani and pedicure. Haircut or blow dry never! I tell to the stylist person just 1 inch and clean up the layers and she cut 4 inches without any leyers. Other day I'm back for shampoo and blow-dry and other person attend me just dry my hair like I doit at home, any profesional finish. But they hired now a new girl her name is Emma and she do amazing job cutting and ironing. She is amazing.

I enjoy the cleanliness of the spa pus the fabulous customer service here. Among the best, if not the best, of the local Leavenworth options for a waxing, a hair cut/styling or a manicure and/or pedicure. Prices are comparable to the other local salons. Ask for Ashley - she's the best!!!

Got my nails done last Friday, and it’s only Tuesday and they are already popping off and I can feel my hair getting stuck in them when I wash my hair. Acrylic nails should last longer than 5 days.

WORST manicure with powder dip ever! I was in there for four hours on a friday afternoon left for my vacation on sat am.....my manicure and nails started falling off on monday! ....it was so embarrassing having my nails fall off while at dinner!! Even though I was in there for 4 hours they still charged me full price!!! I explained I was very unhappy with my nails and they had another tech “fix” my nails, they were chunky, raised, and crooked looked awful! There wasn’t anything that was going to make them look better! I felt like the techs had no idea what they were doing! My two daughters were there as well their nail polish also came off after showering that night! Total waste of money! Turned what was supposed to be a mommy daughter date into a long drawn out process! Miserable will never go back!

Nice Pedi and Gel Polish, but $30 for a pedicure felt overpriced and there was nothing special (no hot stones or special scrubs) that justified the price for the pedi. Usually pay $20-25 for a pedi. Paid $20 just for gel polish (not a manicure just the polish) and I usually pay 10-15 so again felt overpriced. The lady who did my nails was great and very professional. Nails looks really good, but not as great as some salons I’ve been too. If the price was less, it would justify the look of my pedi and gel polish. Over all, not bad.

unless you like barely having eyebrows don’t come here . after a whole year of trying to grow my eyebrows out ( which is hard for me because they rarely do ) i finally decided they were the size and shape i wanted . i had a few hairs that were extra and wanted a light clean up on my eyebrows for prom . after the lady was done she held up the mirror and i saw how much hair was taken out and how thinned out they were. incredibly upset by the result i payed ,tipped , and left . on the way home i had cried for not only did i waste a year on nothing but i left with UNEVEN eyebrows , patches of hair missing all over the end, arch and brow bone and the hair that i did want removed , which were extra ones that needed to be cleaned up , still remained . i now have to fill in my eyebrows in attempt to get them to look the slightest bit of even every morning which is an inconvenience . 3 days later and i’m still inexplicably upset with this awful job they call waxing . worst experience i’ve ever had .
