The people here are professional and kind. No up selling, even when I inquired about other services. Every visit I've made here has been a positive experience. I think I've finally found my home spa. I have only been here for botox appointments, but am sure that other services are in my future. I compared treatment costs at other places prior to my first appointment and found they are very reasonably priced. The facility is very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend!

After 2 visits here, I’ve decided to just take my future business elsewhere. 2nd experience being here was weird. I was rushed a bit, seemed like the lady doing my procedure was in a hurry to get back to texting on her phone. On top of that, the procedure was not fully explained to me at all before starting of the treatment. Back in the waiting room, paying for the procedure and i kept receiving stares as if i didn’t belong there... from staff members, and other patients/ etc. Then afterwards, no follow up what so ever, it’s like i was never there. The procedure I had costs almost 1k, and no follow up call, email or etc. I’m disappointed and will not return.

Staff is TOP NOTCH!! From the front desk to the ladies that give the treatments...EVERYONE HIGHLY professional and great at what they do!! Additionally, they really make you feel "cared for & spoiled" which is what a spa is all about! I have seen Danielle & Paige for years and they are both PHENOMENAL!!
