I came here for the first time about a year ago for my first wax ever and loved Richetta and the experience. The location can be a little difficult to find if you’re not familiar with the downtown area. She provided a really calming and relaxing atmosphere and explained what she was doing every step of the way and provided nice after care tips as well. Definitely recommend DeVyne if you’re looking for a new esthetician. I’ve gone back several times since.

Amazing service. Richetta is an absolute angel for taking me on short notice and honoring the groupon promotion. Followed up the wax with soothing oils and talked me through the whole thing as I’m usually pretty jumpy. Definitely a hidden skincare gem in Kansas City!
