I came here this past weekend with my mom to get a few new products and recommendations for her skin. Karina was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products she showed us, and she doesn't know just what the product does, but the INGREDIENTS and helped us understand what to look for when shopping for something suitable for us. We could tell that she was giving us genuine recommendations and not just trying to get us to buy every product she showed us. I've had experience in other stores where associates blindly gives recommendations without asking much. Karina asked what we were looking for, what kind of skin we have, etc. to get the best possible product for us. She was also very aware of everyone that walked in and out of the store and was attentive to each customer. Overall, we had a great shopping experience because of the wonderful customer service and knowledge that the associate had to give us actual recommendations for what we were looking for.

I meant to post this the day of but got so carried away and it hadn't crossed my mind until today. I had THE WORST makeup job here at blue Mercury. To make it worse, it was for my prom. They had so called "professionals" in that weekend so I thought I'd give them a try it would be something different from MAC. To make this very long story short , by the time the lady was finished , my makeup was free because she could tell how unsatisfied I was. It was a makeup job that I could've done myself basically. My "smokey eye" was something you would put on a clown. My eyebrows were hideous I had to go home and fix it before I went to go take pictures. Please please please don't go to this shop you'll regret it !!!!!
