I would give negative rating if possible, the stylists are very rushed to get you in and out of their chair. it’s very impersonal. My hair color turned out looking sloppy i have to get it redone now but the blowout was good if that counts for anything. I would never come here again for how expensive and how unsatisfactory the actual end results were. And most definitely wouldn’t recommend to go here unless you like half job on your hair that costs more than 2x an average salon

I usually get a reminder call the day before my appointment. I did not yesterday, but today was called and asked to give a credit card to pay for my service. I gave a $25 tip to remind myself not to rely on others for a reminder call.

I love this place. They have beverage service with fruit water. Their head massages that come with haircuts are great. Cool assortment of assessories to look at while waiting. Massage services are excellent. The steam shower is an additional treat when getting a massage. I love their quiet waiting and relaxation spaces downstairs. Very cozy and peacefull. Possible the best spa I have been to in the world.

I went to Taylor on the Studio B side of the salon! I just got a trim but Taylor took time to tell me what she was doing and was also very detailed with her work even though I was the last client of the day. She never rushed and also talked out all my options. I would trust her with my life/hair anyway.

The worst!! I had scheduled an appointment two months ago for hair color and cut, when I went there they put me down for consultation. Their attitude towards this was so casual and simply said “we are sorry, there was miscommunication ” and moved on to another customer. I am to leave on a vacation in two days, it’s a Saturday , no availability anywhere!! They obviously weren’t sorry and did not care.. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone..

Clean environment. Clean utensils. Amazing scalp massage. Great customer service. An employee can always have an off day but Bijin is a great place. I went to Raymond the first time because a friend said it was cheap since he was an apprentice; I stayed because he's a talented stylist. Three years later I can walk in tell Raymond to do something different and he picks the perfect cut, something I could never imagine. Bijin must teach their stylists to listen to each guest individually and not push them out of their comfort zone because that's exactly what Raymond does. #neverabadexperience

Amazing customer service! I get my haircut there from Chloe! She is the best!. It's expensive but worth every penny. I also love their facial products. Today I purchased there signature fragrance body lotion and roll on fragrance absolutely awesome smell. It smells like a spa. It's made for bijin by indigo wild(zum products) specially for bijin, so it's locally made which I like. Go to bijin!!!!

I'm so disappointed with this place, after purchasing a $265.00 gift card for our boss and he was treated with such disrespect due to traffic construction.. They made him pay for facial, masssage and pedicure.. Buyers BE Ware not a good place to purchase massage!! plenty of better massage businesses that take care of there clients!!

Worse experience ever! I called for a perm and the person who i was talking to gave me a consultation appointment which I didnt want. I came at 6:45PM and they close at 8PM. I ask if they can cut the side and back of my hair which will probably take 20 mins because my hair is short like a male. The girl who i was talking to couldnt do it for me because she dont have time. If they are great, she should have cut my hair for me. I end up leaving because there was no one to cut my hair for me. I have a wedding to attend in 2 days and I couldnt get a service from them. Btw there was still one hour left until close! I left at 7PM.

Not a place to go had to cancel once an they wanted to charge me half of my service then she told me don’t worry about it then another lady called me the next day an she said they were going to charge me half for not making appointments then she said we won’t charge u half lol . Then today running late cause of detour long story short they charged my whole gift card for 265 an another 139 from me 404 dollars for manicure pedicure an facial. To me all the mangers an owners care about is the all mighty dollar. I will say this the two lady’s that did my service they were awesome

As usual it was a wonderful experience. Autumn hit all the right spots with just the appropriate pressure, and I would highly recommend her services to other clients. Grace did my hair washing and head massage, which I enjoyed very much. I always feel like I need these service providers to throw me over their shoulder and tote me over to the chair, it's so relaxing! And, I think we need to keep Connie around! :) She always is fun to talk to and gives me just the right cut for whatever event or trip or whatever I have coming up, and we catch up on all the movies, new restaurants, etc. Just a note to my favorite greeter and care taker of beverages, Cindy! I wasn't previously aware of her terrible car accident, and am so glad that she's up and around. I think it will probably be awhile before she's fully healed, but thank goodness she will be back!!
