The staff is so wonderful and went beyond for me to get the perfect facial treatment. Upon calling them, I did not know which facial I needed for my skin. The receptionist suggests to come in for a skin consultation however, I had told her I didn't have much time to get one. She was nice enough to hear me out on my situation and refer the best facial for me at that moment. I got the signature facial which left my skin so smooth. I will defiantly come in another day to get a consultation of my face and try another facial.

They don’t waste your time (and money) recommending products you don’t need or that won’t work. Not only do they not try to upsell treatments that aren't right for you...but they won't let you get treatments or try to rush into things that are not safe and result driven. I’ve only had two sessions done so far, and she still answers my questions any time I have them. Just recently had my second session and I was having “debit card issues” and the banks were closed due to the holiday. I called up and told the receptionist my issue and what my options were to ensure they received payment at time of service. After she spoke with the office manager, I was able to get into my session and give them an acceptable form of payment. Theses ladies are first class all stars and I look forward to using them for future visits other than tattoo removal.
