I love Coachlight and their amenities! I love going to Robyn for my hydrafacials. She is very knowledgeable and helps take away my stress regarding my skin. I also just went to Colette for a massage on my day off and let me tell you, that was life changing. Colette is sweet, does a great job getting knots out of my back and I was extremely relaxed during the whole thing. The amenities are a nice extra touch for your appointment and very clean. I love the eucalyptus steam room.

I did the MiraDRY treatment one time 3yrs ago because I was advised it was a permanent solution instead of the botox. 6months I went back for my botox treatment ( that I was receiving way too many units) ask how my MiraDry was going & I mentioned it was just ok. She commented back with " well it's not for everybody" keep in mind MiraDRY starts at $1995 for just the 1st application & another $750 if you sweat heavily with a lot of wetness with I don't. They also charge $13.50 per unit for botox & was over Botoxing my face or being over charged!! Will never go back

Poor service, misinform, overcharge, mlmluck of professionalism. I had halo treatment last Dec.18 2018. They charged me to a face cream I never have it, Rebecca jones said there is a complementary facial after few week but she only put warm towel and cream. The manager that promised me to help me, never deal with the issue, she even ask me and Rebecca to discuss my account somewhere else because she is on the “phone “. They charge a small spray bottle for $9 without asking. Every time I called to follow up the extra charges they posted to my account, they just keep transferring to a voice mail. Manager was rude.

I, too, am not okay with giving my credit card information over the phone for a consultation. I was scheduling a consultation to possibly receive botox and was told I can only schedule an appointment if I give my credit card to her and keep it on file. Absolutely not. At this point, I don't even know if I'm going to do business with you; I'm not going to give you my credit card to secure a free appointment.

I won a gift card so I tried this new spa. Prices are on the high end so I was grateful for the gift card. I was disappointed that I had to wait 15 minutes before I was even greeted as they were very busy when I came in for my appointment. I was also disappointed that the rain shower wasn't working as part of the amenities package. Hard to do the sauna or steam room when there wasn't anywhere to cool off. The facial itself was top notch. Very relaxing! The only thing I would change about that was to add a noise machine to drown out the talking in the hallway and the cars outside. They really have thought of everything to make your experience a great one from comfy robes to everything you would need for a shower afterwards. I would definitely like to go back but it won't be a regular thing for me due to the high prices. More of an annual trip for something special.

Love the massages I receive and the sauna/steam room are an added bonus! I highly recommend the Nirvana Stress Relief Massage! Prices might seem high, but all the extras make this place better than any other place in Des Moines.

This is by far one of the best Spa's i've been to in a while. I felt great for at least three to four days after the session, which - for me, is rare. Usually my relaxed state wears of after the first day. Maybe it was the detox saunas. Its a bit pricey, but hey its America, Nice things dont come cheap I guess.now I just have to figure out how to make more money so I can do this minimum 3 times a month.

The spa is amazing. Make sure and take time to enjoy the amenities. It feels like you are on vacation at a fancy place but you are right here in Des Moines. My only complaint is the check in and check out should be more private. Some people don’t want everyone knowing what they are having done.
