It was a fluke that we ended up here verse the other hot tub place a couple doors down. But even though it started as a fluke we have become such fans of the blue lagoon pool and spa. Not just the place of buisness but its owner Jeff. We are proud to call him friend! Great people, great place would reccomend to anyone and everyone

Simply put, Jeff and the Blue Lagoon staff has the best customer service in the area. I have had some interaction with all the pool suppliers in the area and Blue Lagoon is by far the best. I would recommend them to anyone. I did not purchase my pool through Blue Lagoon but they still support me like I did, I cannot say enough good things about this company.

This place is great! We’ve had a lot of issues with our hot tub and every time Jeff has tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone so a technician doesn’t need to be sent out. When a technician is required, they are courteous, competent and honestly explain all options, rather than just trying to talk you into the most expensive option. This is the ONLY place I’ll be getting hot tub assistance from in the future.

I have owned a pool for over 5 years and shopped at all of the pool supply stores in Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. Blue Lagoon is the best place in the area by far when you need to purchase a pool and pool supplies. Best staff and help around!
