I just love everyone there as they are ALWAYS welcoming, polite, caring and very helpful. I really like my Massage Therapist that I have now (Brandon). It amazes me how they can feel & find the needed spots that need worked out. To me 1 hour is just not long enough for a full massage. I myself enjoy a 90 min massage at every visit. My only complaint in all the years I have been a client is that I have gotten use to my therapist and then out of the blue they are gone. I've had numerous therapists and I hope that Brandon is there to stay. Thank you Massage Envy.

You do not want this as a regular solution and DO NOT get the membership - if your serious and looking for 1x weekly or more, they can barely get you in 1x and the risk of waiting 2-3 weeks for that appointment and then it getting cancelled SAME day is high. They cannot service their clients. They give the impression that they are “fully booked” but that’s because they only have 1-3 therapists working at a time and then they deny everyone who pays into the membership availability to use it...unless you want to schedule 3 weeks out. I’ve even had appointment cancel because therapists “leave” or call in sick. I have requested to speak to the owners 3 times, and never have had them contact me. Corporate office shrugs their shoulders on resolutions since these are all franchises and individually owned. I believe whole heartily in the necessity of self-care and wellness; their services and therapists are fabulous. The facility is pristine. However, they are severely understaffed and unable to service the demand of the customers. This is especially a problem when you pay the monthly membership fee. You can try to get an appointment and often the options are 2+ weeks out. Several times I called to make appointments and they’ve needed to call back or I got their VM, both were never returned. When you DO schedule and even book a few appts. out, they sometimes call you requesting to move them, which defeats the point of a reservation. There might be 8-10 rooms completely not in use when you are there and their therapists get very little down time between clients; limiting their self-care and not doubt creating stress for them. They do a disservice to the wellness and self-care industry by not staffing and adequately servicing their clients when they should be helping people Improve their mindsets and lifestyles that are centered on wellbeing.

So Girlfriend and her mother was suppose to go her mom cancelled I was the replacement was apprehensive at first never had anything like this done before wasn't sure on a stranger rubbing on me but to be honest it was really nice they was very professional did everything to make me as comfortable as possible, i did the hour long message it was excellent the therapist was Frances she was awesome very friendly the whole place was very kept and clean would recommend to anyone I'm going back soon

Kyle gives a lousy massage to be such a strong guy. I complained, asked Jeanette , the manager to help, she was just as lousy as Kyle. They’ve lost two customers and could care less. You can’t complain to corporate cuz they don’t answer the phone, and the ops manager jennifer is useless. Such a bad experience that I want everyone to know how in professional this place is

This store is a joke. As others, I would leave 0 stars if capable. It started when they charged a card that was never authorized. They claim they can make accounts without the knowledge of their customers saving card information at their discretion. When I was told their "manager" would be in contact with me in a certain time frame, not shockingly, that was also a lie. I would highly recommend anyone look into a different place. It's a shame as I was searching for a place to be a member and simply was trying to call to change my appointment. However, they have no problem creating excuses as to why it's acceptable to not answer their phones. I called 8 times within a 24 hour period and them not answering is somehow my fault. The massages were a 6 out of 10 when I did have one compared to an actual spa. Would not recommend.

Worst customer service literally I've ever experienced. I've been a member for over 6 years at this location and they continue to cancel massages regularly on me. I live 30 minutes away and more than once have I driven there only to be informed they double booked me. I will not be going back to this establishment. Don't even get me started on all the drama there. Not to mention they chase away their best massage therapists with obvious piss poor management. They literally do not care about their loyal customers.

Would not recommend this company. Between lots of lies and ill practices with clients personal information, they deserve 0 stars. I put my information on file as a client, yet somehow they managed to use a card not authorized to charge a fee when they never contacted the correct person, yet notified me, after multiple attempts to contact them. They have stated that it is fine for them to not answer the phone whenever clients call due to under staffing issues, yet when you do not answer their phone calls they are able to charge any card how they deem fit. Seems like they are confused on their own policies and what's acceptable. Please, save yourself a headache and use any other massage place.

Hit or miss I really don’t know what’s going on here . Since they’ve got rid of the old manager and some of the original esthetician’s this place just sucks . My last facial was a dry facial no water or steam involved. I was told it was because the steamer was down but I felt more like she just didn’t want to do one . I was rushed they called me multiple times trying to get me to cancel my appointment . When I showed up I could feel the attitudes I was there for a 90 min but she acted as if she was just ready to leave and pushed it to a 60 min . The facial was rushed and dry very unprofessional. I honestly just want a refund. If I can’t find a better place with this company I’m just going to cancel my membership. I was trying to get a hold of some PCA eye cream back in May it took over 5 trip some complaining and about 3 month later they didn’t even call me to inform me it was in . I randomly stopped by and there it was . After mind you I left my number and was told someone would contact me the next day in regards. Never happened.

I canceled my membership last month but still got charged this month. Their employees failed to let the customers know you have a certain time frame to cancel membership and to get your money back. Also I gave them my number and email address they have yet to call me or email me anything in this matter. When I set up this membership I used my number and email address. I will never use them nor refer any of my friends to them. Their terrible and not even the best in this city.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This establishment is a rip off and completely unprofessional. I would not sign anything with this company at any location. I went in for a facial and they did not tell me until I got there that the machine was broken. The woman tried to convince me to get a regular facial. In which I told her no because I saved two sessions for this facial, I want the micro facial. I rescheduled for the following weekend. I went in the next week and received a 20 minute facial. It was horrible the worst facial I've ever had. The woman then Had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to reschedule in four weeks. I spoke with the manager about my complaint which she said corporate would be giving me a call about it. I Never heard from corporate. On top of that when I looked at my bank account they charged me my $65 fee, and another $60 for the facial I'm assuming. That being said I spent $190 on a 20 minute facial that was only supposed to be $130. Which is a fraudulent $60 that I never authorized. I have been to many five star spas and had amazing facials for the same price. The only reason I signed up with them was because of the man who gave me a massage the very first time. He was great but, he left after my first session, after I already signed up . I am not someone who writes reviews. As a matter of fact I have never written a review about an establishment. This being my first one because of how this company operates and is fraudulent. Many more complaints with this establishment. I don't advise anyone ever go here or any of there other locations!!

Amanda ‘worked’ on me. She was pleasant and nice to speak with but I basically got an hour long lotion session. I said i like firm pressure at the start, and asked for more pressure at least 4 or 5 times. at no point was any decent amount of pressure used. Ive had better massages from a tennis ball. Also they automatically pour water into disposable containers without asking, which is extremely wasteful. The 6” recycle symbol tattoo on my leg didnt give you a clue I wouldn’t be ok with that?
