I was having a hard time booking an appointment at my regular Massage Envy in Zionsville. So I started calling around to all the Massage Envy in Indianapolis and I was able to squeeze in a 30-minute massage with Ariel and it was amazing. Needless to say I've had my second visit with Ariel and I feel amazing and the feel and the vibe of this particular Massage Envy is better than many of them that I have been to across the country. You can tell that they're a family and that they love their customers. Thank you for the great experience!

The massages are ok for the price, but know it's by no means a true spa. It's noisy and the lights are bright. I chose to buy a membership since I travel so much, but it's frustrating to have to re-register at each location. Also, many locations are not only difficult to get appointments with only a few days' notice, but some you have to leave a message and hhoe they call back. I've had them call me on several occasions to cancel my appointment because the therapist was out sick which was disappointing. They didn't even offer a 30 minute upgrade for the inconvenience the next time I scheduled, but they'll sure charge you if you cancel.

Member: NO LONGER I am greatly disappointed in Massage Envy as a whole. I have so many issues with them it's almost stupid. 1) If you want to go to a new location, you have to re-register over and over and over. If you attempt to transfer to a no location. Good luck. Their process is basically non-existent. I attempted to do this over 3 years and it never once worked. 2) If you are behind on 1 single payment (changed a credit card and haven't given them an updated one) you can't use ANY of your pre-paid credits. 3) I had over 20 credits and went to cancel. Luckily, I was able to give them out as gifts but you have to PAY for them to be transferred. 4) I filled out the cancellation form and worked with the manager to rectify my cancelled account. Looked into my account and 2 months later THEY WERE STILL CHARGING ME. I called and they magically had no record of my cancellation. Never sign up for a membership because you will never get out of the black hole.

BEWARE! These con artists will still charge you after you cancel. Make sure you cancel more than 30 days before your next charge. No compromise here. I would suggest going to a local , non chain.

The hour massage my wife was scheduled for lasted about twenty minutes. Cancelled membership and paid my penalty and was still charged for the next scheduled session. When I cancelled my membership they said everything was taken care of, but I still got billed for not making it to the appointment.

Went in for my appointment today Aug 18th (a Sunday) and come in to find out the receptionist scheduled my appointment for the following Sunday. That is clearly not what I asked for. And of course there were no openings for me. So I just cancelled. Went through all this traffic to not have my appointment scheduled correctly. This company is a mess..more bad experiences then good. Can’t wait until this memberships is over. NEVER AGAIN MASSAGE ENVY!!! I hate this company!!!

Always an outstanding experience here! The desk staff is always friendly and outgoing. I have a favorite massage therapist, but if he's not available, any of the other therapists have been a-ok.

I have been coming here over a year and they are amazing! If you don't like one therapist you need to tell them what you are looking for so they can make a recommendation. I have several therapists I go to at this location and they are all awesome! Also, the front desk is always great with my crazy schedule. I don't think it feels like a chain at all. Highly recommend.
