My first visit was amazing truly. I had my consult with Courtney. What a lovely person. All i can say is I was a mess in how i felt about my saggy skin. By the end of my consult with her i had new hope for Senior saggy skin. She really loves what she does and is so patient with multiple questions and concerns. We came up with an affordable plan that fits me. The girls Kellie and Jessica at the front desk are fun and personable too. We laughed , chatted and had fun. Come on in and check them out.

This was the worst experience of my life. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and do not give them your business. Things escalated so quickly and before I knew it, was dying to free myself of this pain - both physical and financial. I do NOT support any part of this practice, from the products to the laser services to especially the people. Whitney just straight out LIED to my face. She doesn't tell anyone that she signs you up for a credit card. It was HORRIBLE to get out of that ordeal.

Three years ago I finally walked in to do something about the hair on my lip. Best thing I could have done. I can't believe I battled unwanted hair on my own for 20 years. Treatments are quick and easy. After upper lip I did underarms and now just finishing eyebrows! I am a repeat customer who has never had a problem and this is the place in Indy for hair removal!!

I have only had 2 treatments so far for laser hair removal of my underarms and full brazilian however I am totally loving the results. In sensitive areas the burning feeling of the laser can be really uncomfortable however it does not last at all. Even after just the first treatment I noticed a considerable decrease in hair growth. I regret not getting this done sooner.

Ridiculously overpriced and will scam you for large amounts of money for procedures that don't work, and then try to get you to pay even more to try the procedure again. My experience with ideal image was worst experience of my life. Run!!

My initial impression was good upon entering. The receptionist was nice and made me feel comfortable, and the office is appealing. I was inquiring about Cool Sculpting to price compare with my dermatology office (Forefront Dermatology). Prior to going in, I knew that I would not buy anything but kept an open mind about future services. Eventually Jessica the store manager came out. She seemed "fake nice" and was definitely sarcastic about the shorts clients wear for observation. No biggie. I was sitting in a room waiting to be inspected and it somewhat took a long time for it to have appeared like a slow day for them. Fine. The nurse comes in and obviously is not interested in customer experience. She quickly and painfully grabs my abdominal area, love handles, and thighs while spouting off numbers to Jessica and quickly leaves. It was really weird how Jessica - who to the best of my knowledge is not a medical professional - was in the room while the nurse did my assessment. The nurse could have written those numbers down herself and passed them off to Jessica. In the end, it was time for me to sit through the sales pitch which took a while to gather. After looking at how expensive it was, I politely declined and said that I would check in later if the pricing was for me. Jessica was very pushy in this area which I somewhat understand because she was trying to make a sale. However, she was somewhat insulting towards the dermatologist office that I mentioned which also does Cool Sculpting. In the end, I could see that she just wanted me out of there as she did not price me for one of the areas I had requested until I mentioned it at her closing speech. On my way out, I heard Jessica whispering about me to the receptionist which made everything really awkward. At that point, there were people in the waiting room too. The biggest lesson that I learned out of this was to stick with what I know. I was pleasantly surprised that my dermatologist office does Cool Sculpting for cheaper too!

I absolutely love going to Ideal Image off Keystone! I just finished treatment on my underarms, and am very happy with my results! I got to spin their wheel and saved on injectables, but I decided to do Cool Sculpting instead! I was treated a few months ago and just had my 'follow up' where they showed me my side by side progress! I was initially concerned, because I look at myself in the mirror every day, so the results weren't as drastic as I had expected, but when I saw the before and after side by side pictures, I was very happy! Along with eating healthy, I can definitely tell a difference; as can my hubby! My experience at ideal image was lovely. The space was modern, large, and very clean. All of the staff I interacted with were professional and polite, and I was able to arrange my laser hair removal package and have my first treatment that day. Their financing options were also very flexible, which is always appreciated. Compared to my other laser experiences, it has by far been my favorite.

Not worth it. I think I had very pushy Whitney with the fake accent. I kept saying I couldn't afford that but she kept saying oh your payments won't be that much. Didn't't realized until I signed it as she is pushing paper through its a credit card. Which is a headache. I have to fight a technicality they want to change 500 on a 800 bill, because payment was made at 9 o'clock not 8 o'clock. The first 5 treatments work but other four weren't needed. And you can't use it for something else. They want you to buy it if you want something different.

I highly encourage you to do more research on this place - and this company - before going in here for an appointment. This was one of the worst experiences with a "business" that I have ever had. It is a running scam, and as a business school graduate, I honestly believe it will go bankrupt/fail/get a class action lawsuit over the next few years. Too many people are being taken advantage of, promised inaccurate and false results, charged more than they were led to believe, and mentally/emotionally pushed beyond comfort to make a purchase. Not to mention, most the time the results either don't happen, or are temporary. The hair loss is not permanent - if you even have any hair loss, it will grow back, per the hundreds of consumer complaints. I went in personally and had to see and experience this for myself - it is a running scam, and the workers here are anything but kind or professional. You couldn't pay me $100 to even walk on their sidewalk. Beware, and do your research before going in - you'll find out what really happens here. I don't know who posted the positive feedback below....family, friends, or false accounts....but it certainly isn't accurate.

I had lip filler done previously here and was very unhappy with how the nurse treated me. She was not personable, and didn't talk me through the procedure as it was performed even knowing it was my first time ever having filler. I almost passed out twice during the procedure from being sat straight up and she didn't educate me on how to breathe while she put in the filler. She ended up bruising me in my lower lip twice as soon as she inserted the needle, my lip had immense pain and it bruised Instantly. Needless to say, I was not wanting to ever return. I had 1 ml of Juverderm remaining though so I didn't want it to go to waste. Luckily I had THE best nurse for my second filler. She knew about my bad experience, talked me through the entire thing, educated me on how I should breathe to avoid hyperventilating, was friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted. She redeemed my thoughts on ideal image. Sally was absolutely amazing! And I will definitely be back. Don't write off an entire business over one bad person. Just do your research and let the company know if you did have a bad time. If your going for filler definitely go ask for Sally! She will give you the best treatment and you'll leave with exactly the lips you wanted! I love mine!

I have been getting treatments for a few years now. Started out with my chin , then added my upper lip , now I'm doing my under arms and bikini ! I love and have not had an issue. I wish it worked on blonde hair though. I have only had 3 treatments in the underarms and bikini and I have noticed about a 50 % hair loss difference already and it's way thinner!!! Everything was good until I started making the payments. I asked Shae if I would have to pay interest on the loan I would take out, but she said no. That is the reason why I went ahead and did it. Well as soon as I got my second bill it had interest on the bill. I called wondering why since she told me I would not pay interest. Long story short she lied to me. I had to apply for two loans. The first one denied me, but had the no interest with it. The second let me take the loan, but what she did not tell me was that the loan had interest on it. She said that she did not lie over the phone, but she knew that I didn't mind taking out a loan to help my credit but that I did not want to pay interest. I feel like if you knew that the loan that I could take had interest on it why not share that with me. You did lie if I asked you and you said NO. If you do anything with them make sure you have the amount to pay it up front or good credit to take out good loans. Clearly they just want the money, but after thr procedure if you do what they tell you, you should receive great results. I just do not like getting lied to.
