I am pretty sure this is a fake business. Don’t buy their coupon on Groupon because you will never get a hold of them. I have tried calling them on multiple occasions to ask some questions and no one answers the phone and no one will call me back. But I got a text telling me to make an appointment online. Why would I make an appointment to a business I don’t believe it real? I also work in Lansing and lived there for 30 years of my life and can’t quite seem to figure out where they are located.

Ok cause listen lol. I found Dimi on FB and don’t regret it AT ALL! Everyone is pleasant when you walk in. The ambiance is calming. Everything is clean. And Dimi knows her stuff! I’ve been getting Laser lipo and she super transparent and informative about everything that’s happening. I recommend them to any and everyone!

I had to contact Groupon to request a refund for an $89 Groupon that I purchased for Crescent Day Spa and they refused to do so. This small business owner should not allowed to advertise on Groupon or anywhere else for that matter! This day spa owner really has horrible customer service skills that are a disservice to any paying customer! I purchased this Groupon on Dec. 31, 2018, and made my first attempt to schedule an appointment on Jan. 2, 2019. After not receiving a call back I called again on Jan. 3rd. I finally received a call back on Jan 4th that I missed but returned the call within the hour and left another message. After not receiving a call back, I called again on Sunday Jan. 6th and left a detailed message regarding the number of calls and messages I've left without receiving a call back. Shortly thereafter, that day I received a text message with a link saying I should schedule my appointment online. After going online to schedule an appointment on the website there was no availability until almost mid February. I purchased this Groupon as my birthday pampering gift which is in Jan. I text this owner back regarding her lack of availability and asked for a refund, and she said I had to contact Groupon for a refund. Groupon is unwilling to refund my money even though I NEVER received the services or redeemed the Groupon. This business owner is continuing to advertise on Groupon with several different deals advertised, and she doesn't answer the phone, return phone calls or have any availability for 3 - 4 weeks out (OVER BOOKED AND UNDERSTAFFED)! Therefore, if you're reading this review DO NOT purchase a Groupon from this spa you will lose your hard earned money just like I did. I am out of $89 with nothing to show for it because this small business owner has poor customer service skills and substandard business practices!

I started coming to this day spa about a month ago and I love it!! The staff is extremely friendly and the owner Dimi is very hands on with customers. I’ve had 4 treatments of laser lipo so far and I’ve began to see results and feel better. I’ve already paid for my next 4 because I’ve noticed other customers get great results after 8, so that’s what I’m hoping for too. Can’t wait to see even better results than I already have now and try other services!!

First time at this Spa was about a month ago and it has been a good experience so far... got 2 package deals which were priced just right for my budget. I wanted to jump start my weight loss and body sculpting process and I am seeing results! The staff is Great at making you feel right at home and taking care of their clients .

Whatever you do...DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FOR THIS PLACE!!!! My husband bought a Groupon for this place on mother's day as a gift for me and ever since that following Monday i have called and called and called and I can never get an answer. I contacted Groupon to complain and see about a refund which I couldn't not get. Groupon contacted them to see what was going on. A few days later someone from the spa contacted me via email and Demi asked what time would I like to make an appointment for. I gave her a time, she then responded with we only do massages on certain days. I replied with another day that they did what my husband and I paid for through Groupon. After a few more days without a reply today i get an email from demi saying that she was out of the office and the day I wanted was booked and she would contact me on Thursday which was the day I requested. I regret that my husband bought this Groupon for this place. They are terrible I will keep calling Groupon complaining until I either get my money back or receive the service my husband and I paid for. After online chatting with a Groupon rep tonight they agreed to trade in this worthless Groupon to this useless spa for anything else we choose for equal or lesser value. I'm so satisfied with GROUPON for helping us out with a trade in! But i DON'T recommend this place at all.

I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years, and the staff at this spa is awesome. They’re always greeting clients with smiles and are accommodating when it comes to LIFE HAPPENING. I appreciate the kindness and positive vibes every time I walk in. I’m that client who asks a lot of questions, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful with addressing all of my inquiries. They also offered infused water at the end of the service which is a nice touch.

It is difficult to find because it's above some type of auto shop or something, I'm not certain. It looks like someone's apartment. I purchased a Groupon for a massage, but unfortunately, since they only take a certain number of groupons, which wasn't stated when purchased, all of their "Groupon slots" were booked every weekend up to the expiration of my Groupon (How Convenient). Can't tell you about the massage because I never received one. Waste of money! P.S. I had to go up there personally to find this out because they don't answer the phone often, apparently.

Had the couple's massage and facial. The ladies did a great job paying attention to he areas that we asked and were friendly. Dimi was great to get us squeezed into an appt slot because I waited so long to call and make the appt as the Groupon expired 3/31 and I didn't call until first week of March :( Great way to spend some time with the hubs and unwind from the week. We would return!

Good luck trying to get a hold of them! They say one thing and do another. You might speak to someone after waiting weeks for a call back but thay person doesn't relay the message to the other staff and everyones clueless!! -you have the wrong person! I wasn't there today and I wasn't even aware of the move! I've requested a refund since I'll never get what I've already paid for!

We went to do a "60 minute" Couples massage and for the most part our experience was great. The place is clean, and it looks very inviting. However, ONLY one side of our bodies were massaged. Weird right? We get massages often so we were very disappointed to only get one side of our bodies done. Plus, the usage of the oil was "slim". Our bodies were dry as we just took showers before our massage. On the forms they asked for you to circle focus areas, we circled the front and backs of our bodies. We only got the back worked on. Maybe it was because we added an aromatherapy mist which had us face down. But the mist only last for a short period of time, if guessing maybe ten minutes not the whole massage. Nevertheless, I would recommend them but definitely ask them to explain the process so you won't be disappointed. Overall the parts that were massaged felt great.

I've gotten a lot of massages and honestly I was a little disappointed... I got the Groupon for facial and massage and the massage seemed amateur at best... Started out on my legs, did my arms then barely touched my back and neck even thoith that's what I circled to focus on. The "facial" if you could call it that was basically a few different masks I could do at home, even though they had the proper extraction lights. Overall it's the little touches that lacked - beds that had towels on them instead of just sheets which makes me wonder how often theyre changed, thin natressema, no chairs to put down my clothing on in the massage area and I had to take off my shoes to walk around the spa. Overall, I'd recommend somewhere else.

My daughter bought a 2hr massage for her dad for Fathers Day!! From the results of a very unpleasant massage he suffered 2nd degree burns on his back from the stones. He mentioned that the Massage therapist left the room a good 4 times during the procedure. We do plan on seeking legal action due to malpractice.

Found out about them on Groupon. It seemed like a good deal, which I’m sure it is! I tried calling for 3 weeks during their business hours, no answer. I left 4 voicemails asking for a call back. Never got anything back. I finally decide to go in person to make an appointment and turns out they are closed! Someone there tells me I need to call and make an appointment. I tell her I have been and THEN she says oh yeah it’s because we are remodeling so we won’t return your call until we open again... um ok but why not just put that on the answering machine so people know? Or how about pausing Groupon sales until you open? These people have no shame making others believe they’re able to get a service, nope not for a while longer!

The massage gets 5 stars but the location is a little off putting. It's in an industrial/garage building. I felt like I was walking into a body shop. If you don't mind the atmosphere of your massage,than the massage was great.

The staff at crescent day spa were very professional, and informative ! Even though when I first pulled up it was hard to locate once I was inside I was surprised & delighted . It was warm and smelled great . The massage was great and the staff was amazing!! Its close by my house and I'll be a life long member from now on!! Thanks guys

THIS PLACE SUCKS! DO NOT BUY THEIR GROUPON. They will NOT answer your phone calls. They will NOT call you back and you will NOT receive services. My experience with them has been nothing short of HORRENDOUS! I bought a Groupon in April and followed the instructions and made my appointment online. They did not have availability until June. When I made my appointment they said I will get a confirmation email. April came and went, May came and went, and I never received a confirmation email. I tried calling because I wanted to make sure it went through and you CANNOT leave a message when they are closed; their voicemail is full. They will NOT answer when you call during business hours. IF and when you are able to leave a message they will NOT call you back. June finally came and my appointment date was around the corner and I didn’t know if I even had an appointment as my confirmation never went through. I KEPT trying to reach them but NOTHING. It wasn’t until I wrote a negative review online that they finally reached out immediately BEGGING me to take it down and if I did they would help me. I had no problem doing this as I truly wanted to try the location out. I let them know I had a Groupon and they asked for the VOUCHER NUMBER to BOOK the appointment. I gave it to them and she set me up by appointment on a day they are typically closed. I showed up on the day of my new found appointment 10 minutes early and the doors were LOCKED. I tried, as anyone would, to ring the doorbell and knock, after 10 minutes I went around to the front door and knocked again. It finally was the time of my appointment. I figured no one could hear me so I knocked louder and nobody came after another 10 minutes. Finally, I rang and rang and rang the doorbell and nothing. I knocked and pounded and banged on the door and windows. NOBODY came to either the back door or the front door in a span of 30 MINUTES! My first experience of not getting a confirmation, and not getting an answer or a phone call combined with no one being at the facility at the time of my appointment really was just BAFFLING. I reached out to Groupon to refund my money as I NEVER RECEIVED SERVICES and they did an investigation to check if my voucher was used and Crescent Day Spa told them that I USED MY GROUPON with them! They REDEEMED my Groupon when I NEVER RECEIVED SERVICES! They tried to STEAL MY MONEY!!!! When I called the person I had contacted who had set me up with my second appointment she had said she had it marked that someone came to that appointment. I told her I don’t see how as the doors were locked and I was standing at the entrance for 30 minutes at the time of my appointment! After weeks and weeks arguing back and forth with Groupon, I finally got my money refunded, but the trouble was not worth it! Please do not spend your HARD EARNED MONEY on trying to relax at this place it will leave you with nothing but TROUBLES. Update: Surprise, surprise they have horrible customer service response when people try to warn potential customers. Answer your voicemail Crescent Day Spa and stop harassing people leaving reviews

My sister had a private appt., recieved confirmation, she showed up, and they never answered the door!! Come to find out, they gave her private appt. away and still charged her!!! Horrible customer service! I honestly thought this place was fake because they NEVER answer their phone and their voicemail is always full! My husband called multiple times on different days at different times to make an appointment and there was never an answer! He tried to surprise me with a massage voucher he bought with Groupon and had to spoil the surprise because no one ever answered. I myself called multiple times an no answer! Such a waste of money finally contacted Groupon for a full refund. Don’t waste your time, energy or patience on this so called “spa”. You don't get a lot of actual massage in during the session, but we both felt that we learned a lot to practice with at home!The American is also a great spot to finish the evening and is right downstairs.
