I had a wonderful visit to the Cowshed spa last weekend...everyone was warm friendly and very accommodating. The facial treatment and the pedicure were wonderful. My only complaint is that they did not have robes big enough for larger clients. I shared my concern with the staff and she promised to let management know. They apologized for the inconvenience and gave me some great products to apologize for the oversite....I thought that was pretty classy. I will go back and tell my friends.

Showed up for manicure and pedicure, only to be told they cannot remove no-chip polish and that we should’ve read through the email/text that mentioned that. So skipped the manicure and just had the pedicure. A really nice pedicure paired with aromatherapy scalp massage. My toes came out very uniform and beautiful. Then, paying at the end, my friend (whose a member of soho house) tried to use her 50% for youth27 and we were told it only applies for the member, regardless of if she wanted to treat me to the pedicure herself. $60 for a pedicure you can get anywhere, not really that worth it.

I've enjoyed many a manicure and pedicure at Cowshed Spa! The nail techs are all top notch and do a fantastic job in providing a relaxing experience, not to mention my nails always look great after a visit there. After working at a top tier resort spa for many years, I am very particular about the quality of service and I don't compromise when it comes to cleanliness and sanitation. It's clear that management put a lot of thought into the service protocols to ensure the comfort and safety of their guests. I won't go anywhere else for nail services in Chicago!

This place is WONDERFUL. My girlfriend and I came here on our last night in Chicago and our only regret was that we didn’t go earlier in the week so we could book another treatment. Wow. Fabulous in every way. So relaxing. We had pedicures. They served us each a pot of tea in a gorgeous teapot with matching cups and saucers. The products’ smells made me relax and unwind. I usually don’t buy products, but my gf and I both left with a bag of products. I wish I would’ve booked a facial and massage too. Please open a Cowshed in Minneapolis.

The spa staff is the epitome of above-and-beyond customer service. The estheticians are all extremely knowledgeable and professional, and they don't limit product recommendations to what they sell at the spa, which tells me they care more about finding the best products for me and less about retailing product. Also, recently a friend and I had facial appointments, and one of our estheticians was sick, so only one of us could get a facial (they'd tried to contact me ahead of time). To make amends, they set me and my friend up with two glasses of champagne, a free lunch at Allis in Soho House, and a gift card to cover the full amount of my facial so I could reschedule. Above and beyond! I didn't get my facial that day but left still happy with my experience--that's how you keep customers for life.

I could make this easily a page or two long. That's how amazing my experience with this company was. I don't understand how Soho could hide/put an Eden (cowshed) in such a corner. This place make you feel, help you Look, and let's you know you are amazing. I went in for a haircut and Mr. Wallace gave me dialect, intellect and a mindset!, with a transformation Amazing Amazing Amazing. In this Eden, the only forbidden fruit is not becoming the best you and letting yourself be pampered in the moment. Great staff (full 360). Definitely will return possibly once a month look forward to seeing you soon Mr. Wallace.
