I had a great experience here! I did the essentials package with the signature facial & spa mani/pedi. As soon as I walked in, I enjoyed the peaceful & elegant ambiance. Tyna was my nail technician & wonderful; she took her time, was thorough, gentle & a great conversationalist! I overheard that I was Michelle's last facial for the day but she still took her time & my skin feels great after! She gave me some great advice for how to take care of my skin even though the spa products weren't in my budget she directed me how to find what I can afford. The ambiance is relaxing and lovely. Everything was courteous, gentle & well done. I also love that Betty is a local, African American business owner who's been around for decades. Tyna & I talked about how sadly many local, black owned businesses have been put out so I'm glad to support one that's still going!

Although my results were beautiful, I won’t be going back. There was a cold, sterile vibe from the start and I felt uncomfortable, not to mention, I ended up feeling really bad about myself and awkward during my service thanks to Ms. Bettye’s comments. I wanted to leave the spa already excited to come back, but I left the spa excited that I won’t ever have to go again.

My friend and I went to go get facials today and Bettye helped both of us. She was an amazing person and she was very knowledgeable about her profession. She gave us both great tips to keep our skin looking flawless and healthy. When she was doing the facial, she explained everything she was doing. Her spa was very clean, organized, elegant and it had a very relaxing vibe. Also, her receptionist was very helpful and polite. Would recommend!
