I am brand new with Allure de Vie. The front desk is friendly. The deep tissue massage felt wonderful. The facial was nicely relaxed. I ended with an express pedi which was an awesome finale. I highly recommend this salon and spa. I will definitely return soon.

I've been to Allure a few times and each time has been an amazing experience! It all started with me purchasing a Groupon for a hair cut and color a while ago. I loved it, but the person that makes me go back is Maggie! She is absolutely amazing, the best masseuse ever! I've had massages at different places in Chicago and elsewhere. Maggie just does a wonderful job! The massage room and the salon itself has a very soothing feel, clean and neat, gives me that warming atmosphere other salons lack. I'm definitely going to go back, especially since I prepaid for a few more massages. Right now they offer 2 1-hr massages for $115. Trust me, it's well worth it! Overall, great experience so far, looking forward to many more!

This was my first visit to Allure. Parking was easy to find right behind the entrance to the building. The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. I had an appointment for a massage. A reminder message would be nice (i get busy and forget these thing even when on my IPhone). I waited only 5 minutes before I had a massage with Maggie. She was courteous, professional and did a great job. I will recommend to a friend.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT GO HERE! I purchased a groupon for this salon based on previous reviews. After MONTHS of trying to make an apt I FINALLY was able to go in. When I showed the groupon I was informed it was in "fine print" that there would be an additional $25 charge-what was the point of buying the groupon if they are going to tack on hidden fees?!?! I apologized & said I was not aware-if there was something we could work out. The owner then informed me that she "didn't like my attitude and was refusing me service" AFTER taking my groupon. There goes $40! This is seriously a scam & the worst business woman I have ever run into

My first time visiting Allure De Vie Salon & Spa for a facial and I have to say it was probably the best facial I've ever had. I got the 50 minute Botanical European facial and it was absolutely wonderful. The lady (I forget her name but I think it was Rodica) was so gentle. It was also so very relaxing. From the time I walked in to the time I left, my experience was above my expectations. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, candle-lit with soothing music. I can't say enough good things. I will definitely be back for another facial and probably other services.

IT IS TOTALLY SCAM..DO NOT GO FOR LASER TREATMENT HERE..I had started my full arm before 9 to 10 months ago and had 9 SITTINGS for that..but totally not worth it.the lady who does laser literally skip some patches while doing laser on my arm.i told her over and over can you do it here you miss some space.but she literally avoid that.i went there because I bought groupon in a bunch of packages.after done my 9 sittings it's still growing same before they grows. Not even 20% reduction hair.thats why I totally suggest you not to go for HAIR REMOVAL LASER TREATMENT...

The deep tissue massage by their male massage therapist (cannot remember his name!) will keep me coming back. He is simply amazing -- very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. It makes a big difference on my bad back. The salon itself has some room for improvement in terms of organization, hence the 4 stars, but the deep tissue massage will not disappoint.

I went in for a couples massage and it was absolutely wonderful! The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, then we were taken to a room for some champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries, which was then followed by the sauna. This was the best couples massage I've ever experienced

I'm pregnant and I really like how supportive and educated they are with providing me a relaxing atmosphere. The only area that needs improvement is the call center. I wish someone was always available to pick up the phone when I try calling to make an appointment. It is difficult to make an appointment.

Pleasant massage room. Rushed in by staff, even though I eagerly, so not able to enjoy any of the comforts...not given a private dressing room, no relaxation or warm-ups time, just right to massage room. Masseuse was pleasant and competent. Had a bottle of water waiting after, and right out the door. They portray a relaxing day spa, relaxing experience with private dressing room and teas. Not the case. Expensive at 128.00 per 50 min, advertised as an hour, but ten-minute subtracted for changing, and if you don't need it, doesn't matter. Actual time hands on, so to speak, was timed to be 48.

I had a gift certificate to this place. It was ok, like a step up from the asian nail salons but not even close to Spa Space downtown. I think the staff just hasn't been well trained in customer service - from the phone call to book apt to the greeting at the door, they weren't rude but just weren't welcoming. They made me feel bad for being early, and sat me in an odd spot in the middle of the salon where all the employees were talking and moving around. It felt like I was in the way. I had a mani-pedi with champagne and strawberries. The chair wasn't really working right, but the pedi was fine. They don't have a great selection of nail polish. And for my mani, she sprayed some aerosol on them, which I've never had another place do. And the polish started chipping within a few days. I wouldn't go back.

A fabulous experience! My sister and I had a spa package to celebrate my birthday. We each had a massage, facial and pedicure. Not only that, but while having our toes done, we were handed a glass of bubbly and chocolate covered strawberries- how fun is that! What a way to round off an incredible time. While each service was very relaxing, the conversation, fun, and service makes this someplace we will return to.

Do not give them your credit card information, they will charge you for no reason. I bought their full body laser hair removal package on Jully 11th, 2019 ($1200). But then I called them to cancel my plan and refund me (before even having one appointment with them). They said they will refund me but becuase they do not have refund in their system it will take 30 to 40 days till I get my money back. I didn't hear from them after 40 days and I disputed the transaction through my credit card company. I finally got my money back on October 10th!!!! Then on October 22nd they charged me again for $1200!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why??????

My entire experience with Allure De Vie was phenomenal! I walked in and was impressed with the décor, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were seen immediately and when we went back to the changing rooms, I couldn't believe how gorgeous the whole place looked. I loved everything from the décor and the little knick knacks they had available to their clients. The facial I received was so refreshing and calming. The massage I had was absolutely the best one I've ever had and I left feeling stress free. The pedicures we received were very satisfactory, and we loved the chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. The entire experience was just absolutely incredible. I'm very saddened that I live in Buffalo, NY and can only visit this establishment once a year. These ladies are amazing!!!

I was looking for a much needed spa day and I am so incredibly happy I chose Allure De Vie. I've tried many different spas and never felt so relaxed during and after. The service is top notch. I got the 30 minute massage, 30 minute facial and a manicure/pedicure. The ambiance is calming, the staff is welcoming, and you really feel like you're on a retreat and can forget your other worries and stresses at the door. I would recommend this to anyone and I plan on recommending this to all of my friends. I will definitely be back again.

I had a great experience at this salon for laser hair removal. I do not understand the bad reviews for this establishment. They were friendly, compassionate, and willing to work with me. I got my treatment done with Rodika and she was the sweetest lady ever. She kept checking in with me throughout the treatment. And at one point she even said to me “we are working as a team so let me know if anything is painful or uncomfortable.” She was thorough, worked efficiently, and detail oriented. On top of that the machine they used was top of the line and when I did research on it I found out it was the most painless and effective laser on the market. I will continue to finish up my sessions here as today was my first session. Just felt like I needed to share this so the truth is out there for anyone considering getting treatment here. A friend of mine and I went after getting a Groupon spa package for two. They went out of their way to accommodate us in their schedule. The space is calming and beautiful. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. They gave us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The services were impeccably rendered and the facial was mind melting (in a good way!). My only caution is that they book up quickly so plan on booking way ahead.

I used a Groupon to get a 58 dollar highlight, haircut, and oil treatment for my hair. I thought the service was excellent, and they were very professional. The hairstylist (she has red hair) took a ton of time to make sure that my hair was cut correctly and nicely. I would definitely go back there again.

*The stylist i had my experience with does not work here anymore I got my hair done here before prom . I wanted lighter blonde hair (with highlights) to match my hair extensions. the stylist went and bleached my hair twice. I didn't know much about hair so I didn't know what she was doing. my hair looked horrible & fried. I had to go to another salon the day before prom and have my hair redyed brown and chopped off. i live down the street and wouldn't go here ever again.

First time I went here and I would definitely return! I went with a friend for a massage/facial/pedi package. I LOVED my massage; Brian is amazing! The facial was good, but the lady I had wasn't the most personable person, but it was overall relaxing/refreshing. The pedicure was great - we got champagne and strawberries too!

The salon was very clean and cute, my services were well organized/coordinated and not only were the services performed well everyone was professional and friendly! All of these things made for a very relaxed time, which is what I needed. The setting was great....dark, clean, candle lit, perks like a firplace heater, water, champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, it was warm, nice music was playing. I really loved my time here. My boyfriend and I went for a couples spa day via Groupon, which included a massage, champagne, chocolate-drizzled strawberries, a steam room session, and a shower. It was his first time ever having a massage, and my second time (but not there), and honestly it was the best massage I've had. I worked with Louisa, but didn't catch the other masseur's name, but we had a female and male masseur/masseuse, respectively. Louisa was attentive and made sure I was comfortable, especially since I have severe shoulder blade pain (chronic) and too much dense pressure hurts. After the massages, we were given our strawberries with some time to share before hitting the steam room. The steam room was a new experience for me, and I can't say it was my favorite, but that's probably because I don't love humidity. My boyfriend liked it, though! I will be back - probably to check out the salon services too!

I have tried a few places before i ended up at Allure de Vie, after a friend of mine told me that she is almost hair free after only 5 sessions. I did my home work and i found out that they are using the best laser hair removal machine, i believe is called Soprano by Alma. I am on my 3rd session of a full body and i am very happy with the results, totally no pain and very :))

My boyfriend got a massage today and love it! Every time I've gotten a massage or facial, I've loved it! The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating was because I wasn't very happy with the pedicure. I got a pedicure about a month ago with my mom and the woman that gave it was completely backed up with clients and did a very poor job on my mani/pedi. I've usually had good experiences with them, but I believe the nail section is short staffed so that could be part of it. I just think that you shouldn't book a lot of people at once if you only have one person working because it just seemed like she was rushing to get people done, and in turn did a messy job.. However, the same thing happened today with the same girl. She didn't do a horrible job, but it was just kinda messy...and I was the only client there so I don't know what was wrong. She blamed it on my choice of nail polish though, same thing happened last time. She was very nice, and I of course tipped her, but I just wasn't really happy with it. Besides he nails I've always had a wonderful experience!

Loved the service! Everyone is so professional, courteous and friendly. They have a way about them that makes everything comfortable, relaxing and super enjoyable. First time having the full spa and pamper experience here but definitely will not be my last! Alex at the front desk is professional and courteous and does a good job reminding you of your appointment by calling to confirm! Alexandra does a fabulous job on pedicures and is very cordial and friendly. Rodica is a master at facials and definitely does a fantastic job- your face feels refreshed to the T afterwards! Maggie was my all time favorite with massages, definitely will be back because of all three employees but mostly because of Maggie. She is such a kind hearted person and is a true professional at her job! Please go try out Allure Spa, I promise you will not regret it.

I WAS DENIED SERVICE from this salon because of a previous yelp review that I wrote! I had a gift certificate with 3 services prepaid for, and I had 1 remaining. When I called to make an appointment for the manicure remaining, I WAS DENIED due to my yelp review from a prior experience. The receptionist placed me on hold, and when she came back on the line she told me to go somewhere else for a manicure!! They obviously go through and make notes by the names of customers who gave poor reviews. I was so thrown back by this. Yelp is meant for your reviews of an establishment, hopefully for the business to grow from. I did not realize I would feel degraded because I gave an honest review. The receptionist is the one who told me not to come back and denied me the service, not even the manager. The owner must tell them to do this. I was told in 24 hours a manager would call me back, which happened maybe 30 hours after. The receptionist was quite rude, but the only nice thing I have to say is the manager, I believe her name may have been Alex, was very nice. They would rather refund my money than have me come in again (in case I give another bad review from what they said). They are worried about their reviews because they are a private business is pretty much what was told to me, and they wouldn't want me to write another bad review. So denying me using my gift certificate would help that cause? I told the manager this could have been handled much different, maybe if I wasn't denied service I could have come in and it could have been a much better experience. Or maybe they could have spoken with me to ask how they can improve, or maybe even apologize. I have never been denied service my entire life. No business should run like this, and make people feel this way. **Since i know they read the reviews (obviously) since I couldn't come back due to them seeing my past ones, I just don't understand how every negative review on her involves the receptionist. If you are going to read reviews, use them to make your business better. You have a very rude receptionist that can be causing customer to not come to your salon. Use the criticism to help your business, rather than blaming it on the customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience! I went once before and was not pleased with my hair cut but thought I would give them another try for a mani/pedi. First I couldn't get through on the phone and their mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message, no one replied to my email request through the website. I finally got in for an appointment and they were overbooked and didn't have time to give me full service. The girl who did my pedicure was very nice, but clearly stressed. A different girl did my mani which is clearly not her specialty, it's like they pulled her in from a different station. It showed in her confidence and in my manicure. After my nails were finished they had me wait for them to dry and I was completely ignored and forgotten about. I finally asked a staff member who was just standing around to get my coat and I left. Oh and the strawberries and chocolate sauce with the mani/pedi were horrible! Old strawberries and Hershey's syrup. Gross.

Price is good, staff is nice however after 6 sessions i have only seen about 30%-35% improvement. I thought it should be at least 50% if not 60%. They claimed that machine they have is super expensive and nice but then why is the improvement that low?

I been here twice already. First time, my friend refer me to Allure De Vie, to do something fun with my hair. Which it was the time when they had a great deal on groupon for Ombre Coloring and Haircut. Rebecca, who was the first stylist to do my Ombre did an excellent job. I loved how my Ombre turned out. It was totally out of my norm to do something like that with my hair. And she did a great job. Although, I didn't get a haircut that day (because I didn't want too) with my deal but they gave me a voucher for the next time I come back for a free cut. A few months flew by, so of course I went there wanting a cut and color change. I must say, my visit there gets better and better. I absolutely love the place because the staff are so wonderful and welcoming. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. The person I recommended was not behind her schedule and she took me right away. Amanda, who I recommend, did an outstanding job with the color I wanted. I love the fact that she was able to depict my color choice by just glancing at it once without me repeatedly showing her my photo. She was very thorough by explaining each step. I must say, I love it when the stylist explain to me what they're going to do. It helps me too, to see if the stylist is understanding what I want done. The turn out was awesome! I must say, I never been a red head before but she made my hair color change great! Its natural and looks incredibly great on me! (many friends have complimented me already) I am definitely going back next time I want my color change. The haircut too was great but most importantly, the color made the haircut even better ;) I'm so glad I can trust someone dying my hair now and I normally don't dye my hair. Overall, this place is clean, neat and very cozy! The staff was encouraging towards one another. Which that is a plus in all salon. Everyone all complimented Amanda on her job with the coloring. I thought that was sweet. Definitely a must GO!

I try to make it to Allure once a month for their services. I go for spa treatments (massage, facial, mani/pedi), and a cut/color with Amanda. Their masseuse Magdalena is absolutely fantastic, very accommodating to my needs. The facials are extremely relaxing, the face/neck massage is perfect for tension headaches. Amanda is absolutely wonderful with my hair, and always provides great conversation. The nail services are good, however sometimes they are rushed. My only real complaint about Allure is trying to book services, the phones are always tied up and I have to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment.

The facial was good. Very relaxing and I was glowing afterward. The pedicure was good too. Very friendly woman, though very rushed. The massage wasn't enjoyable at all. I've gotten hundreds of massages before and I have no idea what that was. It was neither relaxing nor therapeutic which was surprising because a massage is generally at least one of the two. I'd go back for a facial for sure!

I've purchased 9 laser sessions at Allure. Every session starts punctually, the staff is nice, and the Spa is clean. When I did my first session I was invited to use private bathroom with shower, robes and anything you need to prepare your body for the lase treatment. Another nice thing are the prices. You can always get a good deal online or at the Spa if you ask for it.

I initially found this place through GroupOn and purchased a laser hair removal package. I bought an additional package, on sale, and have seen some results and considering another one to hopefully do the job and be done. I have also purchased massage packages from them- through one of their sales. (They have crazy sales from time-to-time that are steals.) I have had three different massage therapists, all have been professional and have given very relaxing massages. I really like the ambiance of the spa and people are very nice. Their scheduling is a bit of a process if you do not schedule next visit at time of treatment, but other than that, this place is highly recommended.

LASER HAIR REMOVAL My experience, I had 6 treatments to remove hair by laser, There is no medical record or computer record so they did not know which treatment or what area of the body I was doing. The laser room is small, disorganized and you may see dirty corners with spider webs. The towels I was given to clean the gel from my body were not clean and probably were used before. There is no doctor to evaluate me before the procedure or during the treatment course. one time the technician burned my skin and I screamed loud. I am not sure if she is certified. The technician does not wear gloves. I doubt they sterilize the hand piece that touches the skin after every use. I was told the session will last an hour, but it never lasted more than 10 minutes, I think they were running fast to treat other clients and make more money. So the area I was treating did get enough laser exposure. Most important, all of the treated hair grew back, I wasted hundreds of dollars, wasted hours of driving back and forth and endured the discomfort of the procedure for no benefit. They never cared sincerely if I am responding to the treatment. I do not recommend doing laser hair removal at this place.

i asked for "an inch off, I'm trying to grow out my hair" they cut off FIVE, they showed me what color my hair would be, which was like a dirty blonde...it ended up being white......and we still had to pay full price. they don't know what their doing, they have chemical peel facials which are horrible for your face, they don't know how to do anything. they foiled my hair with bleach when they could've used lightener and not touched the foil...

I had my first experience at Allure De Vie Salon & Day Spa this past weekend and I cannot say enough good things, from the moment you walk in to when you leave. The employees are extremely friendly offing you coffee, water, tea right when you walk in, I felt very welcome. I had Natalie do my hair color, cut and blow dry. Its always a little nerve racking going to a new stylist for color and hair cut but I was beyond happy. Natalie understood exactly what I wanted and styled my hair great, it was like sitting with a friend talking when she was doing my hair. I will definitely come back to Allure De Vie Salon & Day Spa for my hair and for their other amazing services I have heard about such as a facial or massage :)

I called last week to see if there were any haircut openings (not expecting that there would be!) and was told that I could come in immediately - very accommodating! When I entered the salon, I was greeted warmly, and though my hairstylist was busy, I was given a relaxing Moroccan oil treatment, and my hair was washed while I waited. As for the haircut, it was exactly what I desired. I have blonde, very straight long hair with bangs, and I firmly believe that my hair can look very terrible very easily if my bangs are cut poorly. My stylist trimmed my bangs to perfection on the first try. I honestly think that this is the best haircut that I have ever experienced. I've been in for many services (massage, highlights, manicure), and this experience is motivation for me to return for more. Thanks, Allure De Vie!

Then when I arrived I wasn't seen for another 45 mins. While the stylist was working on my hair the "mananger" told him hurry up we have another client. **Please read this before going** I've been wanting to write a review for Allure De Vie for a while, I don't like to leave negative reviews because I know it affects businesses but I also think customers deserve to know what they're getting before paying for a service. Let me start off by saying that I've purchased 2 packages from this salon with 6 laser sessions each. I've done a total of 11 laser session. The procedure is not pain free like most places like to advertise, it hurts a little but to me it’s always been tolerable. If you're getting laser hair removal on large areas most salons divide these areas into sections with a white pencil and focus on each individual section, Allure De Vie does not do this. I've been with three different laser technicians at Allure De Vie and they all did it a different way which makes me question if they were really trained on this machine or not. They use a Soprano XL machine for laser, though it is a good machine that's very expensive like the owner likes to mention, there are other more advanced laser machines out there, please do your research on the types of laser machines before going to any salon and make sure that it'll work on your specific skin tone and hair color. I still have about 80% of the body hair I was trying to get rid of, this is after 11 sessions. I truly believe it’s because of how the laser technicians are trained on the machines and because of improper maintenance of the Soprano XL machine. I would also like to talk about customer service at this salon. This salon has canceled two appointments on me. The first time was because they had to get a replacement part on their machine. The second time was because one of their employees couldn’t make it in, it takes me about an hour tog get to the salon so I left at 8am for my 9am appointment. The owner calls me at 8:32 to cancel the appointment. I was halfway there. Not only did I waste money on getting two Uber rides but I wasted almost two hours of my time. The owner called me and told me they had left me a voicemail the day prior, the only voicemail I received was one to confirm my 9am appointment with them. She knew a day before that the laser technician wasn’t going to be able to make it and she called me 30 minutes prior to my appointment to let me know. This is extremely unprofessional especially coming from the owner of Allure De Vie. The owner told me she would call me back that day to try and figure out when she could get me in for an appointment. She never never called back. I tried to contact the salon several times to try and get a refund. The manager finally called me back SIX DAYS LATER! She practically told me I was overreacting and tried to justify her actions for canceling on me 30 minutes prior to an appointment. As an owner and manager she should know better! It’s unbelievable that the owner of this business acts the way she does. After yelling at each other for about 15 minutes she decided to give me an extra laser session for free. I would’t go back to this salon even if I got 6 sessions for free. It’s so bad I’m not even going to go in for my last session. Remember that you always get what you pay for, pay a little more and go somewhere else. I have wasted way too much time at this salon and gotten very little results. Once again, please don’t forget to do your research on each salon and don’t be afraid to ask questions before going. I wish I would have done that but I will not commit the same mistake again. Magdalena is a wonderful massage therapist! I felt so relaxed after my half hour massage. I will definitely be returning for a full hour session. The facial made my skin feel very smooth. As part of the spa package we also received a pedicure. Because the spa was short staffed the pedicure felt rushed as she had to take care of me and my sister in a short time. Though she did a fairly good job.

EVERYTHING was superb. My daughter and I frequented for the VERY 1st time and I am looking online NOW to set up an appt. The facials were excellent. So refreshing and relaxing, we fell asleep. The massage was great as well as our pedicures. We were served champagne in the waiting room with a fireplace. VERY relaxing atmosphere. Chic, classy, grown and sexy. I posted pics of our visit on my facebook page along with the address. My f/b friends were VERY interested and impressed. One mentioned she gave a spa party at Allure De Vie once for a special friend. I recommend anyone should try it. Great service and DEFINITELY relaxing atmosphere. Well worth it.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL. I can’t speak for other treatments but this is the the biggest scam at this place they are so quick to take your money on groupon without any type of professionalism or results. I went to SIX sessions, and EVERY TIME it was a different experience. There were 2 different people that did it at separate times depending on the day I went, and no communication between them. This caused inconsistencies in the intensity, in the time spent in each area, and the quality of their work. I was left with patchy hair regrowth (which I know is normal but there were literally whole sections missed every time). Every time that I came and told them I didn’t really see results they tried persuading me that this is how laser is supposed to be.. by the last few sessions I had very slow hair regrowth, and about 3 months after I finished my 6 treatments ALL MY HAIR GREW BACK AT THE SAME SPEED. There is NO change in hair regrowth at all. Still have to shave every single day like I did before this, but now i’m about $500 short. I have witnessed the receptionist LIE on the phone to a customer saying she was new and didn’t know something very simple when I know she’s been working there for a year and I have seen her know that info with me. I have been rushed at appointments because they put them back to back so that they can make as much money as possible without caring about the quality. It felt unsanitary when I was there because there is no way they were able to clean everything as fast as they were having people in and out of there. Overall, DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME AND DO LASER HERE. You have been warned.

Unprofessional staff,terrible costumer service!!!If I could leave negative stars I would!!!To start from the beginning when I was purchasing the laser hair removal treatment I called salon directly on a Groupon add they gave me ‘great deal’ over the phone and I payed 6 full body sessions($700),they sad they will call me to book the appointments as soon as they process my transaction,they didn’t call me I was calling them 3 days in a row to try to get appointment for something I already paid! When I finally got the appointment and went there for my first session at 9am,when I walked in lady that later introduced herself as one of the managers rushed me into treatment sad we don’t have time to go through paperwork they are so busy and booked for a day ,we ll get to that after.They took me into a small room that had a bed and some old looking machine,and the lady that was performing my treatment sad when I asked how long she was doing treatments,that she is usually front desk but that she also does treatments(was very confused that they had receptionist performing treatments with laser).I had several tattoos all over my body and she at the end of the treatment mentioned oh I didn’t know u had tattoos we have to cover them during the treatment with the towel and she cover mine on the stomach but first part she started was my underarms and I have both my sides covered in tattoos and they were not protected while she was doing my underarms.After the treatment my tattoo on my side-boob started burning right away and I called salon,they told me that is normal,that night my tattoo got red and it was very swallow,I put some aloe vera on it,but next morning it started pilling and it looked like keloid scar.I googled that the same laser machine that removes hair also is used to remove tattoos,I called the salon again spoke to the same Menager she sad that she spoke with the girl who performed my treatment and she didn’t go anywhere near my tattoos and that probably all of that is because my skin is sensitive .I went to see a dermatologist and she sad that that part of my skin was directly in contact with laser,I called them again they sad there medical consultant will call me,nobody called back,I called again they sad to send pictures and also told me I signed waiver that they are not responsible,I got very mad because nobody explained anything and I haven’t signed anything or was warned about any of the staff before treatment.Called again several times for refund on the treatments and it has been 2 weeks I didn’t get a call back or a refund. Please if you want to go somewhere just pay maybe even more but don’t go there to b scared like this for the rest of your life!Part of my tattoo is removed now!

3rd visit. I have been to the spa for a spa day with my mom about 1.5 years ago and we had a great experience - great massages, facials and manicures. Today I had the best hair color, cut and oil treatment ever! I have never been this happy with the way my hair turned out - Danny is fantastic. I will be returning for sure! The only one thing I could add that I would think would elevate the spa would be to upgrade the plates and cups. But that won't stop me from coming back. Thanks! I was introduced to this spa through a friend of mine. I live near Brookfield Zoo so this is a bit of a hike for me .This spa can compete with the best of them; it is excellent! It has a very serene atmosphere, the entire staff is very personable yet still highly professional. I am treated like royalty and I just love it. Ask about their special package for 2 with half an hour massage, half an hour facial, a mini pedi topped off with champagne and strawberries!

This is my second visit to the salon. I had an hour massage, half hour facial, and manicure. Each experience was wonderful.This was the same package I purchased the first time. Both experinces were wonderful. The staff is experienced, and very friendly. The changing and waiting area offer a very soothing atmosphere. We just bought a group-on for my daughter. She's away at college. We bought this as a gift when she comes in for the weekend. I highly recommend this salon. I will definitely come back!
