Amber does an excellent job. She is very knowledgeable and has a lot of services that she has become proficient in at her spa. Personally I have had laser hair removal in multiple areas and though it’s not like laying in the sun comfortable, she is patient and tries to help you to be as comfortable as possible. If you get lazered you have to expect some discomfort no matter where you are. I have experienced a facial and observed eyelash applications ,via my daughter, also. Though I’m not a great lash candidate myself she was a patient instructor to those she taught (she charges an excellent price for certifying to do lash extensions) and is willing to help even after you have finished. I have worked at multiple locations with Aestaticians and appreciate the friendly comfortable atmosphere that Senza has to offer. Amber tries her best to take care of clients and those who work around her.

I had 6 laser hair removal treatments in Utah before coming here. The laser was always set too high for me to hold still when lasering sensitive areas, even on the rare times she adjusted it. I left my 6th treatment with several burn marks (even after she turned the laser down) that are still healing a week later. She is not very methodical, so I have many missed patches, and I felt one of the machines that I used for half my treatments gave me zero hair loss. In fact, I felt the hair grew back faster and more after using that machine, although she consistently told me that was impossible. She did match the price the place in Utah charged, but I think I would have had better, less painful, results continuing to drive there.

DO NOT GO TO AMBER! If I could give a negative star review I would. I was going to her for a brazilian laser hair removal session and she snarkily said "God you have a low pain tolerance!". First off getting your privates zapped is really painful. Second I had been in pain already from a car accident and she knew I had so it wouldnt have taken a lot for me to be in a lot of pain. Third she should've kept her opinion to herself. No one wants to be spread eagle on a table getting zapped and being judged. Dont go to her!

Simply called to ask to speak to the owner, and she picked up and said "This is the owner and i'm in the middle of work, thank youuuuu..." then proceeded to hang up. I was calling to let them know there were 2 men spray painting the back of the building, obviously the owner has 0 respect and knowledge on how to handle a simple call, or simply let someone get their words out. I understand that you get busy, but being snarky and acting like the world is supposed to bow at your desires is a little much.
