I went here for a full leg and bikini wax. I will never go back and I do not recommend it to anyone. The esthetician double dipped in the wax. I didn't feel comfortable enough to tell her I wasn't comfortable with that and thought it probably wouldn't be that big of a deal. Boy was I wrong. I have a rash up and down both of my legs. My bikini line is still very sore 24 hrs later. On top of that she was no where near thorough. About fifty percent of the hair on my thighs is still there. Of course it is all on the back side of my thigh so I didn't notice right away but it is obvious to my husband. On top of all this I have bruising. There were times that she didn't hold the skin very tight and boy did they hurt 10x more than the other strips. Not only that but those are the locations that bruised. My legs look terrible and they aren't smooth. Basically it was the sloppiest job I could possibly imagine, not worth a third of what I paid.

Sage day spa was soooo relaxing. My mom and I went in for a facial. They have a cute sitting room with light refreshments and the facial rooms are delightful. With calming music, relaxing lighting and our facial techs were superb! We look forward to coming back and enjoying some of the other services they offer!

The girls in the back that did my massage, facial, and nails we're super nice and did a great job. The receptionist however was super rude. She was not helpful and looked at me like I was stupid the entire time I was there. Overall it was a good experience....but they should consider training the receptionist to be kinder.

Although the facility was clean and the girls were nice, the service itself was not good. I got a manicure and pedicure and the lady who provided the service was very sweet and I can tell she was trying but it was the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I would not spend the money to come here.

*update) I contracted the spa through Facebook and the owner was so amazing. She addressed all of my concerns. She was highly professional and understanding. She fixed my issue fairly and with respect to everyone. I have never experienced customer service this great. I will be you g back just not for a Brazilian was. I received a Brazilian Wax and aromatherapy body scrub. The body scrub was amazing and i felt wonderful after. The wax was very poorly done. I have strips and clumps of hair left behind. Spent 2 hrs plucking the remainder and still haven't gotten them all. Not even close. I'm very disappointed as this was my first spa experience and the wax was the reason i went. The body scrub though was amazing.

Sage Day Spa is the place to go if you need to feel relaxed, comfortable, and stress free! I've gone there for two facials, a pedicure, and a massage, and they were all divine! The lighting in the massage and facial rooms is relaxing, the music is beautiful, and they use wonderful creams and oils on your skin. I always have Jackie do my facials and massages, because she is very professional, kind, and does a wonderful job. Every time I have a treatment at Sage Day Spa I leave in a wonderful mood, completely relaxed.

I got a weekend warrior massage from the therapist Nicole. She worked out all my knots and was very pleasant! The facility was clean and perfect temperature. The variety of teas to drink and oils to select from was appreciated. I felt pampered at Sage Day Spa!

I loooove this place!! This is a perfect way to relax. I also love their packages. My favorite one is the hour long facial, hour long massage, and 30 minute manicure & 30 minute pedicure. I mainly get facials just because I have skin that's terrible, and every time, my skin comes out glowing and feeling better than ever! They are so nice and sweet every single time I go. This really is the best spa in the area.

I scheduled an appointment for a spray tan a few days before my wedding. I’d heard good things about this spa so I decided to go for it. I’ve had spray tans before and thought nothing of it. I exfoliated and showered beforehand and wore no lotion or perfume or anything to my appointment. The girl that did my tan was very nice and seemed to know exactly what she was doing. She told me I could monitor the color throughout the afternoon and rinse off in the shower when I thought it was dark enough. So about 4-5 hours after I got home I rinsed off and came out of the shower EXTREMELY streaky and splotchy. I was shocked so I called the salon and they advised me that I should use the exfoliating things they had given me to try and exfoliate the tan off. I jumped back in the shower and scrubbed with the exfoliators for 20 minutes. When I got out of the shower I realized that they had literally rubbed my skin raw. I now have giant sore, raw, open wounds all over my hands and forearms where I was trying to scrub the streaks off. I called the salon and they told me they’d give me my money back. The service was $30 but I had given the esthetician a $10 because at the time of the service I felt like she did a good job. I just went to pick up the cash and get my money back but they informed me they would only be returning the $30 for the service and not the $10 tip because that had been given to the esthetician right after the service. She was standing right there and did not offer to return the tip to me. So I 10/10 would not recommend this spa. They were rude, entitled, and even when I showed up with sores on my hands from trying to fix a mistake they made, they did not attempt to fully refund me. Horrible experience.

I went in for a brazilian and full leg wax. I will never go back and I don’t recommend Sage Day Spa for waxing. Here’s the Reader’s Digest version of what went wrong: - Improperly painful experience - Esthetician failed to trim hair that was too long to be waxed (ouch!) - Double dipped the wax - Reused the same wax strip an unreasonable amount of times - Didn’t press down on the strip sufficiently to prepare for the pull - Didn’t hold my skin taut when pulling (ouch!) - The supervisor had me confront the esthetician afterward instead of handling it herself - Didn’t offer any compensation for the unpleasant experience or try to keep my future business in any way The longer version: My esthetician was very nice, but didn’t trim any of the longer hair before starting to wax. She double dipped the wax and reused the same wax strip way too many times. I understand the need to ration out their supplies and be cost-efficient, but you can only reuse a wax strip one or two times before it starts catching and tugging very sensitive skin. She also did not press very hard when preparing the wax strip before pulling, nor did she hold my skin very taut, leading to an even more painful experience. On top of this, when a wax experience is almost through, the esthetician will usually “clean” the area by placing and pulling a used wax strip repeatedly very quickly to make sure all the hair is removed – this was how she waxed most of my legs, short bursts of reused wax strips. I’ve never had such a painful experience and I’m no stranger to waxing. It’s reasonable to expect waxing to be somewhat painful, but this was so much more painful than any other I’ve had - ever. I had to ask my esthetician to stop and only do a half leg instead of full because I couldn’t handle it anymore. When my waxing was through, I asked if I could pay for just half the price of my originally scheduled full-leg wax, rather than the full price of a half-leg wax because of my experience (which I relayed to her in a whisper so my esthetician wouldn’t hear and be offended, I know she didn’t mean any harm). The receptionist went in the back to call the boss to confirm if the discount would be ok. When she came back, she also brought my esthetician with her and said, “I’m going to let you two talk while I take care of this other customer.” She then left me on my own to awkwardly confront my esthetician who had just spent over an hour with me and tell her the situation, even though I had specifically not brought it up during my session (I didn’t feel comfortable correcting her technique, and asking her to stop half way through my full leg wax should have been sufficient). I was so incredibly uncomfortable and stammered out my main concerns with my experience. She was very kind about it, but I felt like I was left to on my own to tell her everything she did wrong and, in a sense, train her. When she left, I told the receptionist I really did not appreciate being ambushed and forced to confront my esthetician who had not meant any harm. It turns out the boss had told the receptionist to bring my esthetician out to speak with me. They then, did not allow the discount I requested (or any kind of incentive to come back again - coupons, samples, etc.). As a customer, I was not responsible for training the esthetician - not my place at all. A boss, manager, or trainer should be the one to correct mistakes, not a customer – especially when it made me so uncomfortable. I was very unhappy with how the situation was managed and will not be returning.

I had such a great experience here! I was very nervous to get a wax after an awful experience at a different salon, but I can say this was excellent. The service was great, the staff was friendly and they took care of me. This is the place to go for a wax (of any kind) in Rexburg

I am absolutely thrilled with the haircut I received at Sage Day Spa!! Honestly, this was my 3rd place to go for a haircut and I was really disappointed in how the previous 2 salons handled my hair, especially their service. This Spa not only made me feel important, but I had the full attention of the stylist. She not only nailed the haircut that I sought for from a photo I brought in, but she gave me additions to my hair that I didn't ask for, but made my hair exquisite! I will for sure be coming back to this Spa and I know I finally found my hair stylist :)

I loved my experience!!! I had a facial and eye brow tint. My brows look amazing. The staff was friendly and helped explain all of the services they offer. Brittnie did wonderful! Loved the atmosphere as well. A great way to relax!

I previously had a somewhat negative experience at The Sage Day Spa. I wasn't happy with the service I received. However, after speaking with a manager everything was taken care of, and I was very impressed with their customer service and the way they value their customers. Definitely recommended. They sell baremineral products which I personally like and noone else in the area sells them (that I know of). They provide services for both men and women. Their facility is also very tasteful in decor and ambiance.

My go to place for regular massages! Jackie B is an excellent massage therapist and gets deep for relief of tension. Front staff is also friendly and welcoming. Have also had facial and pedicures here over the years. Clean, relaxing, and inviting place!

I really enjoyed my time at this spa. The services offered are nice and reasonably priced. The spa is peaceful and nicely decorated. Both ladies who helped me were kind and professional. Brenda gave me a wonderful prenatal massage! I would for sure recommend seeing her for any massage but I felt very comfortable that she knew what she was doing as far as dealing with pregnancy which made it easy for me to relax. Danielle gave me a super cute hair cut and style and a really nice pedicure. I will for sure be returning for another relaxing day here.
