The staff were amazing! I had laser hair removal done and have a fairly low pain tolerance. An appointment that should have been, at most, 10 minutes, would sometimes last 20. The staff would make sure I was comfortable and if I had to stop for a minute between sets of pulses, they had no problem with that. They would let me sit with the ice packs on for quite a while when I was done, and even gave me a couple to take home with me. Oh, and the results were wonderful!!

I will never go back!! I did the laser hair removal many years ago and had great results. So then I went back for cool-sculpting...NO NO NO waste of time, waste of money, waste of energy!!! I saw absolutely NO results at all, even though everyone kept telling me I was a perfect candidate for it and the sales person said they would give me a free cycle so a total of 4 cycles, then when I get there to do it, the girl said "no you only need 3 cycles, but you'll have 1 "free" left over, so if you want to pay for another one then you can do another treatment." Wait...I'm already paying $3500+ for this, which was very hard for me to do in the first place, but they had a good sales pitch, now they are trying to talk me into more... I wish I would have read more into the reviews before doing it, I just thought they were better than this. The staff I did deal with were all very nice, but looking back, I can't help but feel it was all fake just to try to get you to do more. I will Never go back to them for anything!!

Alicia, one of the laser technicians, has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to be sure that I am getting my most troubled areas treated. I am having my upper lip and inner thighs treated, and I would most certainly return here for any possible future treatments that I would have done. Very poor. U need two things to get good results, white skin and dark hair, I've got both. After 8 treatments I've only seen a 20% reduction in hair under my arms and my chacha. For $4000 I'm seriously not impressed and infuriated. They say u will never have to shave again in their advertisements but they can not get rid of the blond hairs which are left. so you are always going to be left with fuzz. Seriously! I came in and payed $4000 (of which full price without the 45% discount would have been $8000) to be left with fuzz instead of what i was promised, a hairless body.

Staff is friendly and courtious. The pricing that was explained to me during my consult was different than what was explained being taken back for treatment. Communication between departments is poor. I was told one thing and charged another. Had I known the final expense from my original consultant I could have done other options cheaper.

I get not giving prices over the phone but when someone won't even give you general information because she "doesn't have access you that information" that is pretty frustrating. If you're running a one day special and it's already 6 in the evening it would be nice to have a general idea in Price before driving across town in traffic. And if the ONLY person that has access to prices is busy then that probably isn't good business.

I went for a free consultation. While there I let them run a credit check to see what financing options I qualified for. A few weeks later I received a credit card from them in the mail. I did not request or authorize a credit line to be opened. Also, their prices are over twice as high as other places in Boise. They charge over $10,000. Other places are in the $750 to $3,000 price range.

I am very disappointed in this company! I had the coolsculpting done in September 2016 and was very excited to see what the results were going to be. So I went in for my 3 month follow up in December to find out that my before and after pics were the same. I was told to come back in a month because results could take up to 4 months before you see anything. I went back in January 2017, and the results were the same NOTHING!!! I am very angry that I paid almost $7000 for a procedure that I did not even lose an inch off the areas that I had done. I called the Boise location to see if they would be willing to wipe the balance that was left on the account (after I have already made several payments), and I was told there is nothing that they are able to do. I will never refer anyone to this location EVER. And they don't realize I had a few Ladies at my church that was waiting to see what my results were going to look like, so they could go and get the same thing done! My husband is so upset that he is thinking about getting a lawyer because businesses should not be allowed to rip people off like this. Way to lose out on more customers and more money Ideal Image

I will revise this pending my 3rd attempt. My wife used my debit card with my name on it in my account to set up monthly monthly payments I am okay with paying just not with auto draft I told them I can only pay at the end of the month as child care mortgage and car come before hair removal. I have called in November December January told each time my card would be removed. Its much more of a pain for me to cancel my debit card for their mistake. In January I was assured that my csrd would be removed. I even offered to pay manually since she told them she would. Come Feb they drafted the money I was to use on a different bill. Every time I call its obvious that customer service comes second. I was told I would be called back. We will see. If my charge is not reversed ill be taking more action. $45 a month for 6 months. Not acceptable.

I have been very satisfied with my results! I do meet the requirements of dark hair and lighter skin and my results have been awesome! I’ve completed 5 of my 9 treatments and there’s no hair left!! The staff is always so kind and helpful! I’d recommend them to anyone!

I went on for a consultation, they said they needed to run a credit report if I was going to finance the procedure and pay over time. I decided the next day to cancel the appointment I had made for the procedure, and two days before the appointment something told me to call and make sure it was canceled, it wasn't. Five days after I was to have the procedure I got a bill on the mail for the total amount of the procedure, when I called to clear up the mistake, I was told I would not get a refund that the contract I signed was a nonrefundable contract and the total amount could only be credited to my Ideal Image account to have other procedures done. WHAT????? Total rip off!!!!!! Greatfully I have a Wonderful husband who doesn't take crap off anyone, after a few minutes on the phone with them I got my refund. Terrible place, only wants your money.

BEST. DECISION. EVER. Let me tell you why. I'm a welder, i work 50 hrs a week. I don't have time to maintain my lady parts. I'm also older and wear one of those 1950 Marilyn Monroe bathing suits- so really, I dont need to shave the whole area, just the thigh part (but still an option if you need more than the thighs). But, at 60% off with super easy financing (several options) and a LIFETIME GUARANTEE-- you would be crazy not to try it. Amy was so nice, i felt so comfy with her, and so polite. I finally did something for myself. It's cheaper than smoking. It's cheaper than you think. I dont smoke, if you did though, it's 5 bucks a pack, thats 150 a month,... the monthly cost for this is less than 1/2 of a smoking habit for 1 yr. That's just to give you an idea how affordable it is.. But you gotta act quick! The 60% off won't last forever! Do it for you. I smile every time i think about it! Good Luck!!!

WORST EXPERENICE!!! I went here about a year ago and did cool sculpting I spent $2,000 and noticed no difference. I went back for my follow up pictures where they tired to say they saw a little difference. The consultant Amy said if I purchased another one she would give me 2 free. I agreed. I went in for my appointment they had me pay and took me back and then told me they could only do one because they didn't have the necessary pads for the other 2. I was already annoyed because I had took off work for this appointment to do all at once when they could have easily told me that over the phone and not have me pay first then tell me. So after doing the one Amy said she would call me no later then Wednesday and surprise Wednesday came and no call so I called and spoke with another lady she said the pads did come in and she scheduled my appointment the following day. I then get a call latter that day saying they needed to cancel my appointment because they actually didn't get the pads so she said she would call back later. Again no call so I called and they again scheduled me for the following day. I then got a call that day from Amy saying she had to cancel my appointment once again because she scheduled someone else at the same time as mine. I asked why they keeping canceling my appointments even after me paying up front she was EXTERMLY rude to me and said "look I didn't have to give you 2 free you either want to schedule your appointment tomorrow or not". I only purchased the 1 again due to her saying she would do the other 2 free. Needless to say Amy was very rude, unprofessional and not only that you get NO results from the cool sculpting they do! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

Ideal Image has been fantastic about getting me in immediately for my appts, completing the work scheduled and getting me right back out. As a woman that USED to be able to grow a decent goatee over a long weekend, I REALLY appreciate their services!!!! The only drawback is that it is very expensive. No more so than any other laser hair removal establishment but the service is just expensive.

Had consult appointment based on doctor request. They called several times to confirm date and time and importance of being on time. After waiting 17' past my schedule a tech stated it would be 20-30 minutes longer. Boy it must be nice to do your when you want, I should change jobs. I can say the folks at silk touch were very polite and punctual.

I got the full treatment on laser hair removal on my face and I do not recommend it to anyone. I was ok with the price (even though it was Very pricey) because I thought I would get the results they advertised. Still have hair even though I have gone through 2 extra treatments. There is a slight reduction, about 20%- that's not what I was promised. If you are ok with that then it's the place for you. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
