To clarify, I've never been to this establishment. However, I listen to the radio daily and the commercials are beyond annoying, the voice is equivalent to nails on the chalkboard and the content is ridiculously cheesy.

I am so disappointed in this facility. Not only did I wait for 35 minutes for my appointments but there was also awful customer service. I recently won a giveaway for lip fillers and as an esthetician I have a little more knowledge of how fillers work. Carrie had performed my procedure and told me that she was not going to use a full syringe on my lips because I wanted more of a natural pout. Usually when you don’t use a full syringe you get the opportunity to write your name on your box of filler and keep it at the facility or keep it in general. I had asked the front office lady, I believe her name is Laura if I get to keep my box and she said she would go and ask(when I was finished with Carrie she just walked me out and didn’t say much which was odd- no aftercare tips or anything.) Laura had returned to the front and said that “I was good” and I left super confused. I had called the facility THREE times, once that day and then two days following. The first day Laura said she would have someone call me back and then the next days came with zero response. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with this facility and honestly could never recommend.

I went in for botox between my brows. I me tioned i wanted surgery (lower and upper eye) and was told that i should wait til i am older. That filler could fix my eyebags and botox could lift my brows. I was i formed of PRP which could be injected under my eyes to show me the effects of filler. I was told the price and went forward with all of it. However, i was not informed the prp would he absorbed within a week and thereby waste my $200!!!!! I would have just done filler or even partial which is also temporary, but not a week. In conjunction i spent $300 on botox to no avail. My eyebrows did not lift one bit and between my brows was a little effected, but already wearing off after less then a month! I checked other reviews and sounds lile some places water down the botox. So i spent $500 for nothing. Was talked into more services that did not help me but wasted a LOT of money!!!

I just had Botox and dermal filler done on Friday. For myself, I am disappointed by the current results of my treatment. I have not seen the changes I expected in the areas that I am most concerned about, especially for the cost of the treatment. The staff is very friendly, but I would almost rather have a not-so-friendly staff and good results given the cost. -Michelle A.

I went to Allante Life Med Spa because I heard Darci was the best technician in the state of Idaho. And Darci delivered! She made me feel completely comfortable during my free consultation and recommended a customized treatment plan that would achieve my desired results. Allante Life made it affordable with their in-house financing, monthly special and coupled it with my Brilliant Distinction points. I got treatment on my love handles and well I NO LONGER have love handles. I don't spill over the sides of my pants and I feel confident now no matter what I want to wear. CoolSculpting works and I highly recommend you seeing Darci because I do think the provider makes a huge difference.

You would be very foolish to go anywhere else, I don’t trust ANYONE other than Alante when it comes to my face!!! Seriously , and neither should you. The staff is great while you are an active customer....they failed to notify me when my contract expired and they never charged me...tjey led me to believe my contract was still active, then when I stopped going they informed me I needed to pay $396 or they would send me to collections. They were all (including the OWNER) extremely rude, they refuse to send me a bill, when I did make a payment they couldn't provide a confirmation number and said they would send me a receipt but even that was not followed theough with. As for the actual services...I got laser hair removal every month for almost two years...it worked while I was being treated but now that its been six months...all the hair is growing back. Don't waste your time and money...if you are set in hair removal go somewhere else!!

The people were nice enough. I wanted to get in and out, but the gal wanted to talk a lot. I went in for dark spot lasering and even 2 months later I've seen absolutely zero results. They warned me not everyone sees the best results (there's nothing special about my skin tone, so I hoped that didn't apply to me), but I thought even some lightening would have better than nothing. Super disappointed and out over $200. FYI: Be prepared to leave at least a 10-20% tip, as will be suggested on the receipt.

I can't say enough good things about Allante Life Med Spa. First it is not your average Med Spa, I instantly felt welcomed, relaxed and no pressure for anything! Which in this day was a breath of fresh air. Carrie is one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met and she hires people who are like her, caring, confident and sweet. I went in for a procedure and was told it would take a couple of weeks for the full effects to come through. A month later,only a fraction of the results were visible at all and they told me that happens sometimes and I will have to pay the full price all over again for them to redo it and see if they can fix it.

I've had very noticable bells palsy for 20 years, due to a severed nerve, which eventually regrew but left my face somewhat disfigured. I went to Allante on a recommendation and had 20 units of botox. It has done amazing things for my face and confidence. Just one visit evened it all up considerably! My family and friends have also been very impressed. I'm 60 and so very happy to discover the miracle of botox! It helped me to look my best and for that I'm very grateful. I have been going to Carrie for almost 15 years. And she is an incredible injector. I have seen amazing results with what she can do with Botox. As for her services, I find all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. When reading some of the negative reviews posted, I think that often people are expecting absolute miracles. Carrie only does very subtle work. And none of these services are permanent. You must expect that it is a commitment when doing Botox and filler‘s. It is not a one and done, that is for sure! I I highly recommend Allante Life for anyone looking for esthetics services.

As someone who gets regular Botox, the Botox club that Allante offers was appealing to me. I called and spoke to the owner directly to get details about how the program works. I showed up and confirmed what the owner had told me with the receptionists they took me back and injected me, and after the fact they demanded I paid for what was injected that day on top of the Botox club which was completely contradictory to what to people including the owner/injector had told me. When I was upset because of the inconsistencies, the woman I was now dealing with was very Unpleasent. She went back to speak to the owner who is now nowhere to be found and did not come out to resolve the issue after knowing I was upset. I paid for the Botox I had received and left without joining the club, to make matters worse I started seeing a movement after a month and a half… When normally Botox last me three months..When I told my current injector that, she guessed right away that I must’ve gone to Allante because she’s heard that from multiple people. Save your money and go to a quality/honest injector.
