I love coming here and working out and then going and getting a deep tissue massage. I've found one of the best masseuse's every. She is hands down the best and I always try to get a couple of massages with her while I'm there. The facilities are pretty good, I really enjoy the steam room. Definitely worth checking this out.

Could not be more disappointed from my seriously expensive day at the spa. First time here and expected more of a 5-star experience than my introduction to the spa with a couple of hotel guests on a "tour of the property". I found myself on my own after that to get my locker. The steam room didn't work and when I finally got it to turn on the noise from the steamer sounded like an explosion! There was no spa staff to speak of on site. The young woman who did my facial tried but I felt like she was pitching the products the whole time. I was just hoping for a little peace and quiet. After the spa service, I met my husband at the pool to have lunch. There was no one there and one of the other guests said they had been waiting for 15 minutes to order lunch. I went back to the main desk to ask if we could have lunch at the pool. The hostess at the front explained that they were "very busy" and she could radio someone if I needed to order. I went back to the pool and eventually, a not very friendly young woman, came and took my order. She was in quite a hurry and I had to insist that she go take the order for the other guests as well. Food was delivered. It was adequate but not great. The pool attendant never returned and after and hour, my husband and I decided to leave, but we had the outstanding bill to pay. We continued to wait and then finally decided to pay at the check out. This is where my 2 star experience went to a 1 star and maybe even a zero as I explained to Tara that I just wanted to pay my pool bill and finalize the spa tab. Tara said I would have to pay at the pool. I explained there was no one there and so she said she would have to radio the woman to come take my ticket. At that point I suggested I just give her cash, with the hopes that she could turn the ticket in. I explained to Tara that I was really disappointed and she explained that they were just "really busy". There were 3 people at the infinity pool during my stay. It was clear upon check out that I was very disappointed. Once staff realized that I was disappointed , they turned a blind eye and discontinued any conversation with me. Part of my disappointment is that this whole experience today is so "NOT MAUI". I have enjoyed incredible experiences at the Fairmont and at the Grand in Wailea, so I know 5 star service and really appreciate when someone treats me well. I'll never go back and would suggest that if you have made it through this review you think twice before going to this spa.

Great Spa Experience.But needs to inform the customer when they are carrying out renovation.While using the spa the renovation in the shower area was being done.This is dangerous where is the health and safety.!!!!!!

Needed 5 minutes to have someone take off a no-chip manicure and cannot get in for three days so far. Have travelled all over the world and have never experienced anything like this! AND we are staying here paying $$$$ for our room.

Great experience!!! I would totally go back. It's a première expérience from beginning to end, top to bottom -- all-around immersion into a world class treatment (ambience and facility). I went for the Awa & Cacao cocoon and the caviar facial. I'd definitely go back either for those same treatments or for something different. Nothing can beat getting pampered in Hawaii.

An outstanding facility in a spectacular setting, the service at this spa is nonpareil. From the moment you are greeted to the moment you (regretfully) depart, someone is always discreetly nearby to make sure your experience is the best possible. I enjoyed a ridiculously luxurious 90 minute facial and the best manicurr of my life, thanks to the expert ministrations of the highly trained staff. I would rank the outdoor facilities and gardens at a 10/10

Rosy did my massage and April did my husband’s massage. Have to say Rosy might be the best masseuse I have ever had and he literally thought of everything down to the tiniest things! Aloha to you both and thank you! Five stars for sure!

This Spa is amazing, the staff was so friendly and great, I want to give five stars but the prices are seriously ridiculous. Their therapists are probably getting cheated in gratuity overall because the prices are so high. Greed at the top affects the hard working men and women that make the place run. Best massage ever but the prices need to be adjusted lower then definitely a 5 Star.

My daughter booked a massage for me at the Kapalua Montage with Renata....she was wonderful! The massage was outside in a cabana with the shuddered doors open, soft music with a waterfall outside...everything was perfect! I would highly recommend!
