Went for a massage + facial treatment (package) with my husband for our 1 year anniversary. Massage was good, but Chitose the person that did my facial was unprofessional and rude. I had to ask her about exfoliation about three times during the facial and she said she did it already, and then told me that she would do it at the end. She never did and I also had to keep asking for firmer pressure when she was performing the facial. On top of that she put my neck in a very awkward position - hyperextended and I had to ask for it to be adjusted multiple times, she just did not care. Then she just ended up rushing towards the end trying to get it over with, instead of trying to make things better, I wish I just had walked out of the whole thing, but it was hard to do. On top of that, I came back to the room because I forgot my key and the two therapists were making fun of me. I gave feedback to the ladies at the front desk and got blank stares. Horrible experience, when all I wanted was a little R & R and $500 down the drain. Also, be aware apparently they think that tips are deserved and not earned - so they automatically add 20% gratuity.

Great and relaxing experience. I came for a 50 minutes facial. Service was top notch. - waiting lounge was ok. They offer juice, tea and cookies. Not as extravagant as other places but you're there for massage and not for the lounge. - I love the little details on their service: little cushion on the back of your knees, they can get you heated mat if you're cold, little neck pillow. All of these def make you feel comfortable lying down for an hour. - facial was so good. Gentle massage on your face, relaxing scalp massage and they also gave your hands a massage. Not too firm just how I like it. - skin care products are very light and gentle. I have dry skin and I left the spa feeling very hydrated with plump skin. - if you stay at Sheraton they gave 20% discount. Value for money for sure!
