Amazing place!! I was welcomed very nicely and quickly escorted to the massage area even within a short notice. My therapist was friendly and since I usually need a stronger touch, I’m usually picky about my reflexology but this hit the spot. The area was easy to find and for someone without their own transportation, it was even easy going on the public bus and it was right next to a bus stop within an one minute radius. The massage area is clean and the music is just so soothing and really what I just needed after a long day of traveling and work. There are massages a plenty in LA but for my Honolulu getaway, Sakura is going to be my newest go-to place from now on. The prices are reasonable too! I think for that, it's enough said ✌

I just went here for the first time today. The spa is very small and quaint with an amazing view. You'll get a tough and thorough foot massage while peering over Ala Moana and Magic Island. The staff is incredibly friendly and take their work serious. For me, finding the right pressure is difficult but they made it easy and really worked out all my kinks. Their $80 two hour deal is amazing and I have yet to find anything remotely similar. I have a very high recommendation and will sure be back again!

I am a contractor, so I have chronic neck and shoulder pain, and my feet always hurt :-( I have been coming to Sakura spa for 6 months and have never had a bad massage! The owner Yaya, and her sisters YuYu and Lily are very professional, experienced, and exceptionally skilled. They are happy to take walk-ins, and have never turned me away even with just a few minutes notice. They always give me a full hour, and sometimes even a few more minutes! They've never shorted me on time or effort. All of the other massage technicians are also skilled, both male and female. I think there are about ten in total. The spa is exceptionally clean, the sheets are changed after every client, you can see the massage therapist washing her hands after every client.. it's obvious they take pride in the cleanliness here. I have very sensitive skin, and I've never had a reaction from the oils they use, or the liquid they soak your feet in. The business is located in the Century Center building, on the 30th floor. The views are awesome. They will give you a parking pass when you enter the complex, and with validation you just have to pay $2 for parking in the structure. They give you candy, a glass of water, and a sincere thank you when you leave. If you're looking for an awesome foot massage, this is the place to go!

What a fantastic experience and Tom and Allen were amazing. The view at night was a surprise and beautiful. After all the hikes and outdoor activities my friend and I decided to do some well deserved massages. We called the day of and made an appointment for that evening. The phone was always answered immediately when I called with some questions. They did put us in the same room for a couples massage which was funny for us, but did not mind at all. Finding the way from the parking garage was a bit confusing, but we followed a friendly couple to the lobby and back up to the 30th floor on the main building.

Well I seen this place thought I would give it a shot. Called and Set appointment up for 5:00 pm. I double checked the price over the phone. Got there about 450pm. They sat me on a bench seat while they talked in another language about what to do with me. Then a lady came with a clip board and asked which name and number was me. I told her none of them. The talked awhile longer and then about 510 they put me in a room. One lady come in and have me a price $5 more than they confirmed. I asked and she assured me it was the price she was giving me. The older massage lady came in and started the massage about 5:15pm. First 30 min was a great massage. Even though the door bell and the excessive talking in the other room was annoying, she did well. Then the last 10 min she was I assume listening to the other ppl conversation and honestly was just sitting there with her hands on me and no movement. She then said she was done. So we started at 515 ended about 552pm. This was supposed to be a hour massage. So I got dressed and had already paid for the message. Then she said she deserved a tip. I explained the price and the time and she continued to be firm I need to tip her. Being a gentleman I did tip for a hour long massage that lasted 40 min(10 of which was zero massaging). I will not return.

The staff at Sakura are the best! Yaya and Yuyu give the best, most thorough full body massage. They can go deep and hard when needed and accommodate to gentle and relaxing in areas that need a lighter touch. They understand human anatomy and are friendly, caring and professional. The BEST part is the full body 60 minute massage is only $50! That is $10.00 cheaper than most all the places in Century Center. All the other places charge $60.00. Lili and Lu xi also does a very strong massage if you’re into hard and strong massages. They always give me a complementary bottle of water after the spectacular massage. I highly recommend Yuyu or Yaya, don’t let their petite stature appear to be less strong. They are both strong and give a deep massage.

Absolutely great place to get a massage. My group of 7 guys did the foot and body massage. They took a couple of us to do the foot massage first which is done with everyone in the main room. Then they took the rest of us in individual rooms to do the body massages where we later switched off. The massages were so relaxing a few of us fell asleep during them. Would 100% recommend

The Chinese therapists are legit; the place is clean, and I feel very comfortable and relaxed during the massage. I rate it four stars because it is a great deal!

First time coming here and I wasn't sure what to expect. The price was really good but that sometimes comes with subpar service. That is not the case here. Great views and a wonderful 2 hours of relaxation! One hour foot massage and one hour body massage for only $80? I could get used to this! Didn't get the name of my foot massage lady but she was great. The body massage was by Lucy and she was awesome! Highly recommend! Would give 6 stars if I could!

Not the easiest place to find. Parking was 2$ charge and like a maze to find the specific spot assigned to the business. Really strange set up in a converted condo on the 30th floor. Felt pretty shady. I got the massage and foot 60 minute combo and it was only an ok massage.

Awesome massages at a great rate! I go here weekly because of old sports injuries, and the team is all very competent and friendly. They have three girls and three guys on staff and you can get an excellent full body or foot+leg massage. The staff is Chinese and some speak only limited English, but the rates more than make up for it. I highly recommend Sakura!

I was unsure of what kind of place this was, but once you get inside the actual room (after ringing the doorbell), it had an amazing view. I originally went in for a 60 min ($35) foot massage, but switched to a body and foot massage 60 min ($45). It was totally worth it. I went with my cousin and we got shown to a private room. We enjoyed our romantic couples massage. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Honolulu.

I want to preface this review with saying that I did not actually get a massage here, but I bought a Living Social deal for my parents to do a couples massage. I called on a Thursday to book an appointment for the upcoming weekend. They had availability, so that was great. However, as soon as I mentioned that I had a deal, they said that the deal is not valid on the weekends (it doesn't say that in the fine print in the Living Social). Ok fine, so I made it for a Friday. I then told the lady that the deal wasn't for me but it was a gift for my parents and it happened to be their anniversary, and if they could decorate it in some way, shape, or form. Again, she said no because I had a deal and they could only do it if I had paid in cash. Seems to be they really frown upon people coming in with deals, so be warned! Update - ended up canceling the deal because there was a shooting in the building the night before of the schedule massage.

The foot massage was good (because we were in need) and the fully body massage wasn't bad. They advertise $50 for a 40 min massage with a 30 min foot massage. They chose to do the body massage first which wasn't our choice but somehow "accidentally" did a 60 min massage which raised our costs by $40. This felt like a hustle, especially when "the muscle" was at the door to oversee the transaction at the end. I'd recommend going elsewhere for a more professional service.

Felt like cattle call. It's on a high floor of a building in a small hot room. The place was full. Even though I made an appointment, they took a walk-in before me. I kept looking at the address to be sure I was in the right place because I don't begin to understand the good reviews. My experience was downright terrible. They were pushy and unfriendly.and the "massage" felt like a bored person was absentmindedly brushing their fingers over thw same spot on my leg ober and over. Torture. In an already hot room, hey put a cloth over my eyes and a sarong over my body, after 10 minutes I felt feverish and ripped the cloth off. I told them it wasnt working for me, so they sent me to a private room where a guy gave a drop more pressure, and kept saying Ok? OK? OK? like a repeted mantra, but his hamds were off my body more than on. And then they charged me for both terrible experiences.

I recently had a body massage at the brand new Sakura foot spa. It is located at a nice and comfortable location. But the real treat is the massage itself. My masseur's name was Andy. He gave me a very relaxing massage with good pressure. I felt renewed at the end of the massage session. The new facility is clean, the service is friendly and professional, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this new spa!

Staff was very nice and soft spoken. Very professional as well as they listened to what you wanted and did their best to follow your preference. I was only slightly. Dissappointed because the I thought the 30 minute foot massage and 40 minute. Body massage was all done on the chair (with a bucket to soak your feet) but this. Was not the case. Massage was on table laying down and then foot massage was on the chair but no hot bucket of water. No biggie though. Recommended if you want a massage with some high views.

Ask for Nicky. She uses very good pressure(4months ago). After using Sakura for several months now, Nicky ( favorite) no longer there. I tried 2 other masseuse/masseur there with subpar results in comparisson to Nicky. After weeks of untreated suffering pain, I called back to schedule someone different. This time they gave me Tina. After 20 min. with Tina,I opted for the 2 hr body massage because she is as strong as my favorite Nicky. I'm going to schedule again for next visit. I recommend Tina for pain relief.

The place was great. It’s up on the 30th floor. You have to use certain elevators that bring you up there but it’s not hard to find. (It’s clearly marked 24-40) You knock on the door and we were welcomed by the people. Just make sure when your doing a reservation you clearly say your number and have them repeat it back to you, because they base there reservation on the phone number. Me, my fiancé and mother law got a great foot massage for 35 dollars for an hour per a person. It was really well done. They started with a shoulder and neck massage and then work on the feet. I was really happy with the massage and the people were nice. It did get busy so make sure to make your reservation.

Was able to get a same day appointment for a full body massage. Sakura was much better priced than most of the options I researched and oddly enough had better reviews. I was pleased with the service. My massage was relaxing and professional. The overall aesthetic was strange to me...Reminded me of a large apartment repurposed as a massage salon. The large windows provided great views of the city. I'm thinking of going back before my return flight!

I’ve had the foot massage and combo foot/body massages here. Environment is comfortable and staff are very friendly. Lili does a great job! Easy to find location with a great view of Waikiki. Motorcycle parking is free and located in the back of the building, the parking attendant will guide you through.

It's a Nice, Clean, Relaxing place to be. I've been going weekly for a while now and the massage has been helping with my sciatic nerve pain in my right leg. Definitely easier to sleep at night throughout the week. I highly recommend Lili, she finds and loosens the knots from neck to toe. The pressure is just right for me, but if you can handle more, just ask or she will ask along the way. Also her face massage is short but awesome, the pressure of her thumbs going slowly across my forehead sheds the week of work stress away. I haven't done the foot massage yet, but the reviews are accurate according to friends of mines that have gone, I'll try it one day, but for now I enjoy my massage sessions with Lili. It was easy to get appointments, the parking is $2 with validation, and you get seated almost immediately once you arrive. I had a foot massage with a very nice woman named LUCY. She asked me before she started how much pressure I wanted and took care to make it hard enough that it was relaxing and not painful. I would come see her again because she was awesome! My friend had his massage by ALAN and he too was great! I think we'll be making this a regular thing

The foot massage was excellent. Had guest in town and after a week of hard tourist activities they begged for some spa relief! The price was good at $35 for 1 hour. Parking is provided if you ask! Be sure to validate as you leave and parking is $2. The rooms are comfy, nice atmosphere and music. I have fibromyalgia so massage is not always comfortable for me but Lucy was very gentle. Re booked for couples massage with my husband and we equally enjoyed that. $50 for an hour full body couple. Bargain. Great place will be making this a regular habit!

First time coming to Sakura and it was aaaaamaaaazing!!!! Linda, the lady did my foot massage was pretty awesome. She made me fall asleep lol the hot stone right before the massage ended was the icing on the cake! Will surely come back here! Must try!
