Bought a Groupon, they automatically include 25% tip on "regular service." Basically, my tip was more than the service I bought. False Advertising. Not OK. Cancelled my appointment.

This is the worst hair cut of my life. Pictures with the purple flower on the face show how my hair was before and after. I showed her the picture of the desired cut and let her know I wanted it a bit longer because I wear my hair natural. 1. The shampoo massage was very hard and painful. My head is actually bruised all over today from how hard she was “massaging” my head. 2. I ended up with a thin lower layer for length and a 2nd bulky shorter layer. 3. She left almost no “longer” hair on the front right side of my head. Just one tiny piece. 4. She overused the thinning shears and then just randomly cut out tiny chunks with the regular scissors all over. I am shy to question the technique, but because of this random hacking, my curls won’t form cohesively anymore. 5. I only came here because my friend got me a groupon for my birthday so that I could have a nice experience. The groupon was fully paid for, yet I was still charged $25.12 additionally for “service charges” which didn’t include any form of tip. 6. Last complaint, the tiny salon room was cramped and so hot that I was sweating the whole time. Please, don’t get your hair cut here.

Front desk was very helpful and had us checked in early. The massage was everything we expected and they were very attentive to your needs. They have great Groupon deals too!

Husband and I had a couples massage. Was not impressed at all with my masseuse, she seemed to be in a hurry and was not conscientious of when she was moving my blanket around to get to certain areas. Almost a bit inappropriate actually. Was not relaxed at all, and she used so much oil and lotion. Salt lounge was just salt lamps and low dimmed lights with a few chairs inside. Honestly my money would’ve been better spent elsewhere. Was really disappointed with this. Also with their failed mention to tell me they added a 20% gratituy charge that’s mandatory. This was made after we booked and no one had mentioned this until we had to pay. Debbie called the next day after this review and apologizied for my experience and refunded me the 20% mandatory charge
