This lady was so unbelievably unprofessional. I told her I couldn’t find the place and whoever had answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up and she immediately was rude as well. The place smelt awful and the owner was so unprofessional and so beyond rude I NEVER recckmend this place to anyone. As I was walking out I was stopped by a lady and she let me know that people have gotten staff inside so I am so BEYOND HAPPY THEY TREATED ME AWFUL or who knows what infection I would have left with.

A couple of notes about the location: it is located on the second floor of the shopping center and is not visible from the front. If you drive to the back parking lot you will have a straight shot to enter the space, otherwise it’s a short stair climb away. Other than a slight bit of difficulty finding the place the couple massage we ordered was lovely. I do wish the space were not in a shopping center but the masseuses were definitely well practiced in their craft and asked if pressure levels were correct. Slightly oily by the end but it is a massage, right?

I will keep this short. I was forced to add a star in order to submit this post... While Garrett is an excellent masseuse, their business practices are shady at best. Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT, sign ANY type of contract or agreement with these people. They burned me for nearly 400 bucks. And, when I offered them an easy out, a way to make their actions right, I was given a hearty, "Piss off" So, my advice is to find another massage environment, one that does not have a heavy cloud of "take it however you can" permeating the walls.

Great experience. Maybe it's just me but my 37 y.o. female wrinkle decreased significantly by the evening. I may be hooked on facials now! Thank you for the great massage and wonderful facial.
