: I had a wonderful facial Saturday, November 24 with Darien Sam. She is a skilled Anesthetician and has a wonderful spirit and personality. This is one of the best facial experiences I’ve had. My sister had reflexology and massage services and my daughter had a body massage as well. We all left feeling pampered and rejuvenated and will definitely return. It was a wonderful day and a wonderful experience ! --

My masseuse was good but my husband found his didn't customize to his needs at all. He kept asking her to press harder and she would for a few seconds and then would lighten up again. It's a pretty small spa, so it can't provide the luxurious experience it's price tag suggests.

Excellent! I was taken here for my birthday and although it is a very small location, it's quaint, cute, and beautiful. The woman doing my facial was very knowledgeable and once we got down and dirty, I became so relaxed that I almost fell asleep! I've had 2 facials in the past and both were very uncomfortable and painful so this was a huge relief! Now - the massage..I've had many before, but none compares to this one - I wish I remembered the woman's name. Along with the usual massaging techniques, she actually would gently pull on my feet, legs, and arms and stretch/bend them. It was truly wonderful! Their prices are about the average price of any other spa, but the service is way better!

The Spa at Serenbe is a hidden gem. It provides everything you need for a spa experience. I received a facial from Darien Sam and was reminded that a facial is more than just a service; it is an enjoyable experience. Darien is professional, knowledgeable, and has a sweet spirit. She is absolutely the best.
