I was very excited when my husband bought me a gift certificate here for our wedding anniversary. I went in to make the appointment and did not have a good first impression. Not that the woman at the counter was mean or anything I just got the "you don't belong here vibe" I was nervous about going to the appointment after that. It was my first time getting a massage and Daniel was great! He made me feel welcome and was very professional. When it was time for the hair the woman who I got seemed very unfriendly from the start. I came in with wanting a pretty big change. I wanted a shorter cut all one length. As soon as I told her that, she said that is so not in and I wouldn't do it. In the end she suggested taking a little length and adding lots of layers. It did feel lighter and has more volume which is what I was looking for. During the 2+ hours of the appointment I tried to make small talk and still just felt the unfriendly out of place vibe from her. She was extremely friendly with other clients coming in so I did take it personal and get the "you don't belong here vibe again" 24 hours later I am just feeling sad about the experience. I still feel like I wanted a shorter style and am left feeling like my money was wasted. It's not that the cut and color were not done well, I actually love the color just wanted something shorter. The most she said to me was was at the end trying to get me to make a six week appointment, which I did not do. Overall disappointed with my experience. The other stylists seemed extremely friendly which made me even more disappointed that I did not find someplace That could become consistent.

This salon and spa is the jewel of Gwinnett. I was given a recommendation to see Cathie and I was thrilled with her knowledge and skill. She talked to me about my hair challenges and explained why I was having such a hard time with my hair before she made recommendations for what would look good on me. I love my hair naiw and I love the salon. Then I got a tour and fell in love with the spa! I already booked a facial and a massage and cannot wait to get back int there and relax. What a lovely place.

Ok, so I went to get the cbd massage & facial not knowing what to expect... I called them before I got there to get more details about the massage. The receptionist was polite and shared with me the description of the services from the menu. When I go there, the massage therapist met me, went over some questions and took me to the room where he described in detail the service. I had a choice of a 30 min or 55 minute cbd massage. I chose the 55 minute to get the full benefits. I have bad knees and was interested in some pain relief. The massage started with hot towels place on my back, knees and feet. The cbd oil was rubbed on these areas and followed by a relaxing massage. I immediately felt a overall calm all over my body and I almost felt asleep. At the end of the massage he used cupping to drive the cbd oil deeper on the areas I had asked him to pay more attention. I never had cupping done to me before, but to my surprise it felt great. The facial too was incredible. CBD and honey were used at different times on my skin. The treatment was extremely relaxing smelled delicious and left my skin radiant and moisturized. At the end of each treatment I got an unexpected drink, a shot of water with eatable cbd oil. I felt calm, relaxed and pain free for the rest of the day. I highly recommend both treatments and will go back for more soon.

Always such a great experience at Salon Greco! Melissa dyes my hair every 6 weeks and I’m always laughing the entire time. (If you love Bravo she’s your girl!) Izzy always helps out with the shampoo or blow out and is so sweet as well. I originally found this place based upon how well it was rated when I moved into town and have been going since and would never switch! Never have had service from the other ladies but they are all so nice whenever I’m there and leave their clients looking amazing! Highly recommend!!

I had a hydra facial with Erica. It was so relaxing and informative. Before we started, she gave me an excellent consultation and asked me what I was trying to obtain with my skin. As the service went along, Erica made sure to tell me what she was doing and how I would benefit from it with at home care. It was definitely one of the best facials I've had. Professional & friendly! I’m glad I discovered this place in Suwanee. I got their lunch time hair color and cut (in an hour) and love my hair. It looks healthy, it’s shinny & my cut is sassy! The staff is very knowledgeable , experienced but supper friendly. I even got a hand massage while my color was processing by one of their massage people. I’m going back to try their spa, which looks amazingly relaxing. Thank you for the pampering!

I get a lot of massages but I must say that Gretta is the best I have ever had. The ashiatsu massage was amazing. Greta Uses nothing but her feet to massage you. It was truly AMAZING!! Nothing like I have ever had. You will not be disappointed.

I was in desperate need of a haircut and looked high and low on Groupon for a place that I would actually enjoy getting my haircut at. Salon Greco popped up on the list and after looking carefully at the pictures to make sure it was a place I would not be afraid to walk in to, I bought the Groupon. What a wonderful surprise I got when I got to the Salon and was welcomed by kind people and a beautiful salon. They took the time to get to know my hair and what my normal routine was when getting ready in the morning. I felt pampered and cared for by the personal attention. I would highly recommend them!

I had an impulse to chop my hair short so i took chance with a Groupon deal while I was visiting Atlanta. I was nervous to make the appointment, the receptionist scheduled me with Katarina (spelling might be wrong), she is one of the owner...and she was amazing!!!!She actually had a conversation with me about my hair before we begin. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she went over my hair texture and how she would cut it to achieve what I wanted. Her style was great, extremely knowledgeable and skillful. The result was phenomenal! I think I have just found a new hair style that completely complement my face. I strongly recommend anyone to try this place out if you are so lucky to live in their vicinity. Thank you!

Cathie and her dream team saved my hair - they literally work magic! Listen, my hair... it's always been a problem. It's thick, coarse, wavy, and frizz-prone. Put on top of that the fact that it was totally fried from a bleach job from another respected, high-end salon (I paid almost $300 for this other salon to ruin my hair). Not only did my hair look like a literal rat's nest, but I thought I was going to have to shave my head, so I avoided going to a salon again because I didn't want that or for anyone to make it look worse than it already did. I took a chance with Salon Greco after visiting their website and reading their reviews on their Facebook page. I was ready for a change! Christina, my stylist, gave me a beautiful, fresh color and sleek cut. I so respect her for being so kind and not making any snide comments about how thick and damaged my hair was, and doing such a beautiful job with it. I felt like a million bucks and didn't think my hair could get any more beautiful. Until... Cathie, the owner, came over to talk to me. She said she saw that my hair was hard to tame, that it was thick and unruly. She recommended a treatment called 'Frizz Out, Body In' for my hair, which is all-organic and lasts for seven months. After discussing the treatment with her, I agreed that it was something that I needed. You guys, my hair is like SILK now. No joke. It doesn't feel like my hair, look like my hair, act like my hair... I mean, really, I thought I was dreaming. I have dream hair now. The texture has completely changed to silky, tamed, GORGEOUS celebrity hair. My friends keep telling me that I have Kardashian hair! :) My hair has transformed into hair I finally love. I HIGHLY, highly recommend the Frizz Out, Body In treatment to anyone who is in the same boat I was in. My life is so much easier now. It styles so easily and dries quickly. It looks healthy! Cathie and her team understand the science/chemistry of hair and color - and they definitely make it a point to educate the clients (I really appreciate this part!). Everyone at the salon is also extremely nice and accommodating. I love coming in there. I will never trust another salon with my hair. This place is the real deal!

Thank you Salon Greco!!! I visited them on 6/5/19 & they seriously saved my hair! I have bleached, chopped, dried, fried, and did just about everything imaginable to my hair over the past few years. I went in last night for a simple trim, and boy did they make me look & feel beautiful! I recently decided to grow out the bangs I've been rocking & dying my hair black and i was finally ready for a simple but bold change. After assessing my damage Lauren recommended an SOS deep conditioning treatment. I'd never heard of this treatment and was hesitant due to the "wonderful" claims, but i was blown away! It's a two step treatment that literally brought my hair back to life! My hair was so soft and shiny, but even after washing it today it's still super soft! After my treatment i sat down & explained that i wanted "Bettie Page" bangs & they understood exactly what i wanted! Lauren trimmed my hair & the owner Cathie even stepped in to trim my bangs to perfection! They both were so knowledgable about the products & how to style my new bangs! I wouldn't trust my new hair with anyone else! I even booked my next appointment with Lauren again! Seriously everyone, go see them they'll take great care of you!

I always sign up for the unlimited plan when it is offered. I have had facials, massages, waxing and hydrotherapy. All are wonderful. I would highly recommend Salon Greco.

Every time I go to the salon for my hair appointment, I am treated with so much warmth and genuine kindness. My daughter, husband and I go to this salon for our styles. Both of the stylists we use (Olga for Ken, Brittanie for my daughter and myself) are super sweet, funny, professional and extremely talented. They take great care in "studying" our hair, head shape, and listen to our experiences. Our cuts look great and when it grows out, it's "tamed". I generally get mine colored in some pretty wild colors and it always comes out spectacular and I am always getting compliments. I've even had the opportunity to refer someone looking for a stylist that can cut pixies well. Overall, we, as a family LOVE this place.

As far as my chemical peel the service I received was great. It was the appointment that I originally had with them that was the problem. It was one of the first days we had bad weather and I was told when I confirmed my appointment that I would receive a call if they were to close. I drove an hour to get to the appointment since no one called me to let me know they were closed. They had my email address since that is one way they confirm appointments but no one bother to send me an email regarding the close. I also called the main number and it seemed business as usual with no mention of being closed. There was another client there as well who had an appointment and had not been notified as well. That is poor customer service - someone should have contacted all of their clients that day to let them know they were closed. For that reason I will not go back there. I also wrote them an email and no one responded to my complaint which I also find irresponsible.

During one of the unlimited spa treatment months I splurged on went surprisingly well. I booked hydrotherapy, facials, and treatments on my first choice dates with no problem. Let me tell you about my amazing "Girly Day" at Salon Greco!!! It started with a 1pm mani-pedi from sweet Grace. This lady nearly put me to sleep in her chair massaging my legs and hands, while delivering the most flawless mani/pedi I've ever had! This lady is the "Earth Mother of Paws". Honest! Then it was off to happy Emily, for a 3pm hair cut and style. Again, I fought off sleep while she massaged my scalp in the shampoo chair. But talk about an artist! This gal thrilled over the google photos I brought to help her transform me. She took "before" photos of my hair. Then off she went - energized, inspired, and totally driven to create the look I wanted. And when all the snipping was done, I was a new woman. The "after" photos she took were amazing! I think I've finally found my beauty hide out. What a great Salon Greco "girly day"!

I had a really cool stylist! However, when I got there I was told no bleach was allowed from the groupon purchase (was in the print they stated). I went back to see if that was true and there was no such thing in the "Fine Print". The color swatch looked similar but the next day it was a whole shade off and I had corrected it (myself) with box color... Huge bummer....

I have thin hair that is very fragile. When I had surgery about 10 years ago, my hair began to fall out. I was quite upset. But then, I found Cathy at Salon Greco. She saved my hair. I continued going to Cathy for about 5 years when we moved about an hour away. So I began to go somewhere else. Well after 2.5 years, my hair began to fall out from overprocessing. I found Cathy again. She had moved her salon much closer and I've been with her ever since. What I love about Cathy is her honesty. This was my first time going to the salon. I went in for a gel polish. The salon is very pretty and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were professional and friendly. The spa area though a little cramped was very nice. I was very disapointed with the selection of gel polish. There were only a few colors and they did not carry OPI, which I love. The dryer that is used for the gel polish is outdated. There are newer safer ones that cut back on the UV rays. I would like to continue going there for my nails since it is so close to my house, but I really hope they update their manicure items.

Found Salon Greco through Groupon but will definitely be returning despite its considerable distance from my home. Today I had a manicure and pedicure with Grace, who did an exceptional job. She really took the time to care for my nails and cuticles, then did a meticulous job on the polish. Everything was hygienic and the private room was attractive and relaxing. Those quick, cheap services at the nail salons on almost every corner don't even come close to comparing with the level of service I received at Salon Greco.

With Melissa and the staff at Greco, I actually look forward to my visits. Melissa is a problem solver and always knows what to do to address any challenges I’m having with my hair. I also appreciate that she stays current on trends and can offer ideas when I feel like making a change. She’s realistic about what will work for my specific hair type and is conscientious about taking approaches that won’t cause damage. They all work together as a team to make sure you have a positive experience - Olga has jumped in to fix a crazy cowlick I get on my bangs more than once, and Izzy is fantastic as well. I went to Salon Greco yesterday for the first time and had Julie do my color. I have to say that she was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I wanted for my color and made suggestions on the best way to accomplish my vision, and I'm so glad I listened to her advice. My color looks fabulous and my hair feels silky and shiny. I already made my follow up appointment with her for six weeks out and I'm thinking I'll make an appointment for a cut in about 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend the salon and Julie especially. It really is amazing how good you can feel when you have great looking hair!

My stylist, Munal, is amazing. I've only been to her once and immediately get her talent tight away. She is super personable, explained everything she was doing along the way, and end result was exactly what I wanted. I look forward to seeing her again and just may use a couple coupons from my new client packet since she does it "all" at the salon and spa. Salon itself was nice, modern, updated and top of the line equipment. All that.. And not too pretentious to be on Groupon!! I can't speak for any other stylist but get a groupon.. See this girl.

Disappointed. Hair Cuttery quality with salon prices. I asked for a bob with the hair underneath slightly shorter and I got the exact opposite. My hair is longer underneath and longer in the back. There is nothing more frustrating than knowing you're going to have to pay to have your hair fixed somewhere else.

The receptionists are very polite and professional. However, I was not pleased with my service. Luckily, I bought a Group On so I did not pay full price. The Group On was for a manicure and pedicure, but I only received a manicure due to time constraints (the manicure took 50 minutes). During the manicure, the technician cut my finger pretty bad, so redeeming the pedicure was not really something I was interested in doing although the receptionist asked if I would like to reschedule the pedicure. Despite this experience, I did observe women who recently got their hair done which looked amazing. I would perhaps consider getting my hair done there based on what I saw but do not recommend a mani or pedi.

I have seen Greta for Shiatsu massage twice. She is the best masseuse I’ve ever had, and I don’t think I can go back to deep tissue now that I’ve had Shiatsu. This type of massage goes just as deep (if not deeper), but is not painful like deep tissue. After deep tissue massages, I always felt groggy and had a headache. When I leave Greta, I feel energized and refreshed.

She is so talented, thoughtful and knowledgable. The only other service I have tried is a pedicure but I am certain that all of the services they offer are first rate.

Cannot recommend this place. I made an appointment a few weeks in advance. Confirmed my appointment leading up to it. Showed up on time, filled out the required paperwork, went on a tour, etc. Only to find out my stylist was running 15 minutes late. I was asked if I wanted to wait or reschedule. I said wait since I blocked the morning off for that appointment. 15 minutes goes by and I'm told it'll be at least another 15 minutes until my stylist arrives. They asked if I'd like to wait or reschedule. At this point I think it's a sign to leave. I left and never heard back from anyone there with an apology for your inconvenience, or could we offer you a discount on your next appointment or a free product. It was not a good first impression.

I am a regular of their spa -- and I LOVE their massages. The spa section is a smaller area on the side of the salon with individual rooms, I wouldn't give the ambiance 2-thumbs up -- but I can overlook that because of the quality of the massage. Be sure to ask for Daniel T. I have tried different types of massages (Balinese, Thai, "hilot" or a Filipino massage) and Daniel's massage type is pretty close to those top massages and almost always I end up asleep on the massage bed. This is my little treat every month and I always look forward to it.

I purchased a coupon on groupon on Octorber 3rd 2013, it is $29 for a haircut and scalp massage package (up to a $103 total value); Shampoo, haircut, and style (up to a $75 value)Deep-cleansing scalp massage (a $28 value) I do consider they cheated on their advertisement. They did shampoo and hair cut. I asked them I did not have any scalp massage, the lady said the product has peppermint smell is the deep cleaning, and I sat on a massage chair is their so-called deep cleansing scalp massage.

Customer service at this salon is amazing! I am very hesitant about trying new salons because i have naturally dark brown hair and I like to keep BLONDE highlights in it not orange, caramel, or the several step process most salons try to convinc me it will take to reach the pretty ashy/platinum blonde shade I want. Only because their stylists are either inexperienced or are trying to rip you off by having you come back to them seceral different times over the course of a couple of months which is actually worse for your hair. Any reputable stylist/colorist should be able to take you from the darkest brown to the lightest blonde in one session with beautiful natural looking color and without damaging your hair. If they tell you otherwise RUN the other direction. Your hair will go through several colors of the rainbow and several appointments and your credit cards with be maxed out once they are done and you will be left broke with severly dry and damaged hair. Salon Greco knows exactly what they are doing and I did my research on them before booking an appointment. Prior coming to Salon Greco I used to get my hair done by a local stylist who has now become a stlyist for the stars!! He has done hair for Nikki Bella , WWE DIVA/JOHN CENAS GF, Miss Teen GA and several others. So, needless to say I know what I am looking for and talking about when it comes to coloring my naturally dark brown hair that always pulls red or brassy tones. He was the first to be honest with me and I am glad I stuck with his advice when searching for Salon Greco. Corey did an amazing job!! I will be going back to her in a few months when i need my roots done NOT BECAUSE SHE COULDN'T GET MY HAIR THE SHADE I WANTED

However, after reading such good reviews about Salon Greco on Next Door, I made an appointment with Cathie on a Sunday at noon. First of all--Sunday? I love that! Secondly, Cathie (the owner) was GREAT! She took the time to really talk to me about how I wanted my hair to look and feel, how it would look with my complexion and face shape, etc. I walked in with blonde/brassy hair that was fried and felt like cotton candy. It was terrible. Cathie not only added beautiful highlights and lowlights to my hair to make it look pretty and more natural, she gave me a great cut and did a SOS conditioning treatment on my hair as well. I walked out with beautiful, natural-looking blonde hair that is soft and silky! I'm so happy I went to Salon Greco. I will definitely be going back!

When I got there, I wasn't on the schedule for the date. come to find out they had made the appointment of 1/11/14. They wanted to give me an appointment for 12 or 2pm. WTH? This was my first visit to Salon Greco for spa services. I was a little surprised by the atmosphere of the spa. There were a lot of employees standing around so there was a lot of noise from them. Spas are normally very clean and this one wasn't dirty but just not in the condition that I was used to from other spas. The massage room was a little unusual in that it had a furry type of blanket and face cradle. It was just different compared to the spas I was used to. The employees all had piercings, tattoos, and unusual colored hair so it had more of a punk rock theme. Not my type of spa so I will not be going back.

It was okay. I did the special Sunday deal, two services for $99, which is a great deal. However, my massage therapist was 20min late. That's fine, I understand it happens, and he apologized multiple times. But then he didn't give me the full time. If I was late, I don't expect the full time, but when my therapist is late I do expect the full time. It was a good massage though. The hydrofacial was great, very knowledgeable esthetician. The whole atmosphere of the spa was nice but small, since it's part of a salon/spa. I mentioned that I was cut short on my massage and the receptionist said she couldn't give me a discount since I already am doing the special. I understand that, but I wish they would have done something to make that situation right. So overall not super impressed, but not also not completely disgusted. A mediocre spa experience.

I went to Greco Salon for the first time to get highlights, a hydration or shine treatment, and a style. I was disappointed with my stylist's coloring job. My hair is light brown with honey-colored highlights that needed touching up. I asked her to match the color. When she finished the highlights, I looked like I had a blond helmet on my head. To fix the color she had to put a lot of low-lights in my hair, which darkened all of my hair. I left without getting my hair styled. The highlights/lowlights that I had were ruined when I went to Greco Salon, and I'm very disappointed with the treatment. I won't be going back or recommending the salon,

Over the past couple of months I’ve NEEDED a massage after waking up with shoulder pain where I could barely move it and leg pain where it was difficult to walk. I was able to get a same day appointment and have a massage by Greta. Both times Greta listened to my areas of concern and pain. I walked out of the salon both times feeling like a new person. She knew exactly how to get the pain to go away and increase my range of motion with no pain. And as a bonus she shared some exercises to help prevent this for the future.

Way overpriced. There is one layer on top of my hair that is choppy and way too short, it just stands out from the rest of my hair. The whole haircut was almost 90 dollars! I said I wanted the layers to allow me to still braid my hair but there’s no way I’ll be able to braid my hair for atleast a year. I have to heat style my hair every day, which is way too much for a teenager to be doing. I know what good layers are like and these are definitely not good layers.

I had a massage by Rickey and I highly highly recommend him if you are looking for a massage therapist. He gave me a per-workout massage, and I felt great for my workout and the rest of my day.

I come in every so often for eye brow waxing and they do it as quickly as they can and don't take the time to get it right without mistakes. One of the stylist got the hot wax in my hair and had to basically rip out. I am never pleased when I come here. I would especially not come for hair appointments. Cathie was the best stylist and colorist I ever had in the Atlanta area - bar none. Under the skilled leadership of Cathie and Olga, they grew their salon to be awarded Best in Gwinnett. People would regularly stop me and ask who styled my hair and where I had it done Because the color looked so natural, they were shocked to find that I had it colored as well. Cathie is an absolute artiste when it comes to color. I was sad to leave that great place when I moved to Florida. I highly recommend both Cathie and Salon Greco.

I had just come from a place down the street where the massage therapist that I had made an appointment with never showed up :( It was my day off and I was so disappointed and a bit frustrated about that situation. To make a long review short I was asked by Patrick, the owner, if I would come in and let them do balayge on my hair as a model, never before dying my hair (I'm 26) I reluctantly said yes. On the day of my appointment I was extremely nervous but was welcomed with warm smiles and friendly faces, which helped calm my nerves. Izzy was my hair stylist and she did an amazing job, she was so sweet and professional! I explained that this was the first time I've ever used harsh products or chemicals on my hair but she assured me that everything was going to be fine and went through each step of the process with me and let me know what each product was that she used. To make a long review short, I absolutely would not only return to Salon Greco but also recommend them to any one looking for a salon! Not the fastest but definitely the best! I booked hair removal with Erica. It was my first experience there. Very affordably priced and a very relaxing ambiance. I booked online, which is a must have for me. It took an hour and a half, which is 3 times as long as the other waxing sessions I've been to but Erica is very thorough and detail oriented. She did a great job. I will definitely be back.
