This was a surprise Spa Day from my husband for the both of us. We enjoyed a full day of total pampering and relaxation. The service and staff was superior. This was both our fist time going to a spa but it will not be our last. I would highly recommend this Day Spa to anyone looking or needing to unwind and I will be going again.

This was my second visit to Scarlett's Day Spa. The first time, I had a facial and a massage. The second time and most recent, I had a massage and a mani pedi. I did not enjoy the massage either time I went. whatever technique they use, it is not comfortable for me, especially when going over bony areas like your shins. However, the facial was great and very relaxing. The mani/pedi was also very nice. The woman did a great job and she was friendly. The problem was, they booked my massage for after my manicure and pedicure so 2 minutes into my massage I was already worried about the fact that my manicure had been messed up from how the sheets were placed under my hands. That was very disappointing and by the time my massage was over the manicurist was already with another client. I hope that in the future they will take my experience and help others by scheduling the massage first and manicure and pedicure last. The massage I had on my most recent trip was exactly like the first one. It was uncomfortable, and since I was worried about my nails, I found it even harder to relax. The atmosphere of the spa is very peaceful and calming, and for the most part I enjoy my experience overall. I will think twice next time about doing a massage though.

My wife has enjoyed three facials here, and finally convinced me to try a ninety-minute massage on the last visit. Reagan was terrific! I asked for a theraputic, deep tissue massage and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I can recommend this place without hesitation. It has a yester-year historical feel, replete with antiques and Southern charm. The business has plenty of parking on premises, so there's no need to pay for parking around the square.

Wow this little hidden gem!!! The staff was so sweet and accommodating. Let me say Regan was an absolute delight...her hands were a God send and the scalp massage was a must have. I will definitely be back to visit her. I was scheduled for a body wrap afterwards. My only gripe is having to go to another room. I was sooooo relaxed I didn’t want to move. But I was given a robe which may not seem like a big deal but I didn’t have to ask for a bigger size or try and hide my goodies while in transit. The body wrap was with Amanda who was super sweet as well. I only wish the scrub included the décolletage. I am super happy with Scarlett’s Retreat and have already scheduled my next appointment.

My absolute favorite spa. I came here on 2 different occasions. Once for a couples massage, another for a massage and facial. Each time I’ve been here my massage therapist was great. They cater to your specific needs and take their time. My esthetician (I forgot her name) who gave me my facial was thorough and gentle. It's 11:10pm the night of my services at Restored Aesthetics and I purposed to write a review before I went to bed. September 27 is my 31st wedding anniversary. So my husband and I had couples-massages. The "aesthetics' of the retreat was everything I hoped it to be. It spoke to all the emotional needs in me. The front desk clerk...stellar! The greeter who prepares you and leads you to the waiting room...warm! The technicians who preformed the massages....truly, truly, professional! What matters the most is that Restored Aesthetics 'does what it says' and - for a small moment transports you to a sweet, peaceable place. ...for that I say thanks!

Old south spa experience! Its like you stepped back in time enjoying a spa day as Ms Scarlett O'hare would. I had the 1-hour facial with Diana Doss, she was well experienced as an licensed asethician over 25 years, and recommended the right treatment for my combination skin. Lovely the products (ALL NATURAL)!! Deep cleansed my skin and hydrated my face giving me a bright dewy, beautiful glow! The facial was accompanied with and soaking foot bath, neck, shoulder, arm, foot massage and hand treatment. They served light refreshments upon entry and exiting. If you want something different, other than your typical cold and sterile looking spa..this is the place!

Scarlett's Retreat provides consistently great services and friendly, professional staff. I have had several types of massages, facials, scrubs, skin care and even a tub ritual there and have never been disappointed. The interior of the building is beautifully decorated, well kept, and creates a relaxing atmosphere. Prices are generally reasonable, and the more expensive services sometimes are part of a special that makes them easier to afford. I appreciate that during my last two services, the masseuses recommended stretches to help with my problem areas as opposed to being offered various products. They are also supportive of the community and participate in charitable functions/ donations.

I use to love this spa but the services aren’t as good as it use to be in the past. The prices has went up and the experience has went down. I spent over $200 there to wait an an hour on services. Before you could dress out in a robe and soak your feet in a rose petal milk bath but i didn’t receive this service on my last visit. Overall the staff is friendly but the experience has changed

I went here for their special they’re having this month. My facial and massage were pretty good. Everyone was so kind and I only had two things I want to mention. The location of it is a little inconvenient (because the square gets SOOO BUSY all the time, plan to leave 20 minutes earlier than you think) and I’m surprised there’s not more soundproofing done. If I’m paying over $100 for services, I definitely don’t want to hear trucks, horns honking, or people’s obnoxious music while I’m trying to relax. That would be my complaint. Like I said, everything else was good. I would go back again.

DO NOT COME HERE! I am not usually the person to write reviews about business however, I felt the need to warn other people of the atmosphere this place has. At first it was very nice, welcoming, and calm (as any usual spa would be). After filling out the proper paperwork I sat down in the wait room and waited for 45 MINUTES. As I was approaching the bathroom I scent of human feces was creeping into my nose, then when I opened the bathroom there was human feces ALL OVER THE FLOOR. It was the most DISGUSTING thing I have ever seen at ANY public bathroom. Walmart bathrooms are better maintained than this. The situation gets even worse because I noticed that the bathroom door started to move by itself and the sink started to pour water even though I did not turn on the knob! It was the most terrifying experience of my life; I almost dropped my $400 Kate Spade purse on that nasty, smelly floor. All in all the experience was more or less traumatizing , especially the unexplained bathroom situation. I was told by one of the employees that the house had been built in 1827 and instances like that (paranormal activity, not the smelly bathroom I hope) happen quite often. I do not recommend this place to anybody. ESPECIALLY after what I had to go through.
