Unprofessional and unorganized. I planned to have my baby shower here at spa and was rescheduled 4 times. Owner made promises that were not met/kept. This has made my fiancé and I very stressed because now we have to find another venue and redo ENTIRE plan. Thanks for making the last few weeks of my pregnancy extra stressful. Never do business here!

I have called MANY times over the last few months, emailed and texted (per the recommendation of their voicemail) and have not heard back from anyone. No one answers the phone, returns a call or text or email. I have a gift certificate I would love to use so this is frustrating, concerning (have they closed?!) and horrible customer service.

Great! Ask for Shaz, she was amazing.. Years ago my first Brazilian wax was via a Groupon and it was horrible. I wanted to try again and after researching on the Internet decided on this location. Shaz knows what she is doing. I highly recommend her and this location.

Ask for lovely for hair color and haicut, she does an amazing job with hair color without any damage to my hair. I moved to Connecticut but whenever i come to visit my parents i always get my hair done from her.

I loved my experince here. My facial was relaxing and Ashley was very knowledgable on the best skin care products for my skin type. I would definitely recommend this place.

My first brazillian wax was TERRIBLE.... But I knew I wanted to try it again.. So I googled places close to my job and Pure Spa was one of the first results to pop up. I called scheduled an appointment.. The receptionist was very friendly!! The place was very clean.... So when it was time for me to get my Brazillian I was still kinda terrified from my first experience and I explained this to the receptionist and the person who was going to do my wax..... I HAD THE BEEEEESSSSTTTT EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE!!! I'M IN LOVE!! LOL It hurt a little but not nearly as bad as my first time( which was over a year ago)... SHAZ was AMAZING!!! She was gentle and she took her time and she answered all of my questions and she made me feel so comfortable!! I can't wait to go back in 4 weeks!!! Thank you so much :-)

The salon is beautiful and staff is super accommodating. The owner is very sweet and warm. I ended up having the foot and hand massage! This was the most relaxing experience to end my day with. I did my facial with the owner and she was very informative on the type of skin of have, recommended products to use and routine for better skin. I have combo skin and some hyperpigmentation. I have a really pretty glow leaving the salon. My skin feels good and I feel rejuvenated from my two hours spent there. I’m excited to embark on this journey with my unlimited facials for the month. Great price, professional service, clean salon, respectful staff. Great experience and I would recommend.

If I could give this place a zero.. I would! Owner has no clue how to run a business and does NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON HER PROMISES...Very unprofessional and dark dingy salon... Owner is never present when she schedules an event... Very unorganized...her staff is amazing and are willing to sit around in the dark and wait for her to figure out exactly what she is doing... Very unclear on what she is trying to do... But it sure isn't a top notch professional salon.. I loaned then my personal styling tool for an event because they did not have what they needed... The Owner said she would send me my tools... But never did... The Owner is rude and unprofessional to her staff and has absolutely no idea what she is doing... Stear very very clear of this place.. .. It is a waste of your time and money and you will not be happy with the outcome.... Your special day will be a nightmare to remember.
