This was my first time visiting this salon and I always support local businesses. On my lunch break I usually walk past this place and see no one being serviced so I figured I'd stop by on my off day for a Mani/pedi, lash lift, and brow shaping. I was excited to try a new local salon. I told the young lady what I was looking for and she was very underwhelmed to have a potential regular client. She asked me which "one" I wanted I proceeded to ask if there was a menu I could look over. I'm assuming that there isn't because she just went into saying in an extremely monotone voice " there's one that just a cut and color and one with the cuticle cut"... That's LITERALLY all she told me. I know I probably looked quite perplexed then as I'm about to ask another question she cuts me off and says "and you have to make an appointment anyway" Now I can understand having to make an appointment but the salon was dead and it's 2pm on a Tuesday. This girl was very rude and off-putting I wasn't greeted she didn't smile once and obviously didn't care to put in the smallest effort for a new customer. Really the only thing the salon has going from them is it looks clean. But if you want client retention you have to have quality customer service. I was ready to spend my money here but was swiftly rejected. Guess I'll keep my business here at ProNails. They really do have THE BEST pedicure in the Norcross area.

I have been searching for a new, safe, clean and satisfying place to get my nails done, and the search is over! They are very affordable, they use liners and they sanitize everything. They are so attentive and courteous, I will be coming back! :)

I want to say thanks to Natasha for the amazing work she has done on my nails and eyebrows! So to give context to my story, I have been a nail biter for as long as I can remember.. I do it subconsciously when I'm reading and/or working. As such, sadly I have really stubby fingernails that are not aesthetically pleasing at all. For my best friend's wedding that's coming up, I thought I needed to remedy my nail situation as a bridesmaid. I called ahead and made an appointment for gel manicure last week (please make sure to call ahead!) and headed to the salon today. Natasha paid so much attention to my really stubby fingernails to make sure they look good. Then she meticulously applied and shaped each fingernail for gel so that my hands/nails actually look feminine for the first time in my life! Honestly, going into the salon I wasn't even sure if gel would even work on my nails... And I ended up walking out with the best hands/nails I've ever had! I also had my eyebrow repaired today. This place is amazing for threading! I was very anxious about getting my brows done especially because we've probably all been through a botched experience at least once in our lives and know the misery of growing hair back. Anyway, I was a little bummed that it is actually a bit far from me but I come to find out that it is SO worth the drive to Norcross. The ladies are sweethearts and ask you beforehand what kind of shape you'd like, they measure it and showed me before they even took one hair out. Natasha was really sweet the entire time. I am so happy with my nails, eyebrows and my experience here today.

I made an appointment with Natasha after checking out the Instagram pictures of eyebrow design, gel manicure, and eyelash extension. Natasha is really sweet, super friendly and really tries to do her best to make her customers happy. I wasn't convinced in what colors I should choose, so she made sure to show me all the pictures of different colors and designs. Andrea did my eyebrows, she took her time with the actual design on my eyebrows, she's meticulous and her work looks absolutely amazing. I'm so happy with how fantastic my nails and eyebrows look, I can't stop looking at them! I'll definitely be going back to see them again when these grow out :). Thank you again Natasha and Andrea

El Eyelash curling vale la pena, el diseño de ceja también, cabe mencionar que solo te atienden con cita y eso te hace creer que está repelerlo de gente pero no es así se toman su tiempo, pero es demasiado exagerado pasar 4 horas por pestañas cejas manicura y pedicura, en manicure y pedicure reprobado completamente, las sillas están muy incómodas el agua está o muy fría o muy caliente se tarda demasiado y ni si quiera es algo que quede bien. Todos los precios publicados de promociones no los respetan por que el tinte de pestaña te lo cobran extra, si quieres gelish o French es cobro extra (se entiende pero si valiera la pena) así que no confíen en las promociones porque acabas pagando más dinero del planeado. La verdad no es recomendable el servicio.

They were very rude being my first time there. They made me feel like my ethnicity does not belong there. I try to ask questions about their prices ... She gave me attitude.... Then when i sat down to get my toes file ... She hurt me! Product are very cheap but charge you eyebrows for $26 !!!! Lol. The worst place i ever been too. Ill stick to Polished Salon.

I have been coming to them for the past 6 months, every two weeks to do my nails and eyebrows. I am extremely meticulous about how I like my nails and eyebrows and I have never found a place who did them right until I found them. I decided to give them a review because I have been treated very nice, they deserve it and now they are like family to me. BUT, when I open the page to review, I am amazed at how people have so much time for nothing productive and such bad energy to talk bad about such amazing, hard working and quality people. Everyone is entitled to their opinions but sometimes I wonder what's inside their rotten minds and souls, if you have nothing nice to say, then don't say it at all. These rotten people don't understand that when you say bad comments about ANY business it hurts the business. I wonder if these girls have so much hate inside them, lack of love or affection or maybe they are just sick in their heads. Honestly if you don't like a certain business because you are entitled, rude, uneducated, no manners and ghetto then DO NOT go to that business. ANY business. Simple. If you have something bad to say, go get a journal and write your feelings or read a book and expand your mind, maybe it will help you become a better human being. Either way, I recommend them 100% ONLY to those who are respectful, kind and educated, and know how to be part of a supportive community. Otherwise STAY at home and do it yourself. :)

This was the worst pedicure and brow waxing I've ever had. My foot was cut a few times during. Then the brow waxing and tinting was a joke. They wax your brows with you sitting straight up which is more likely to lead to mistakes which it did. They waxed a chunk of my eyebrow out and then tried to tint to cover it up. And had the nerve to miss hairs around the brow bone area. Then they filled along the brow line with a concealer pencil that had obviously been used by multiple people. This is unsanitary! Waxing and plucking the brows can break the skin and to reuse a pencil between clients without at least sharpening the pencil is unacceptable!!

I found them on Yelp, and I couldn't be more happy with their service. Originally it was a gift surprise for my BFF since her birthday is this month and I know she is trying to find an amazing service in Norcross but no luck. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule for the last minute and worked overtime for us! Thank you girls!

I have been in twice. The first time was for eyelash extensions, brow shape and manicure. Natasha did a wonderful job on the eyelashes and eyebrows. I was not pleased with the manicure. The next visit was for a mani-pedi. I again was not happy. There are very few options offered for the nail services, like designs. I will be going back for the eyebrows and lashes however I have found somewhere else for my mani-pedi.

I bought a gift certificate for my wife's birthday, the girl in the front was very informative and helpful. After my wife came back from her spa day, I could see that she was really happy, she told me that they took her time, they were very friendly, the establishment was clean and that she would like to return. 5 stars and recommending this business.

i am going to give this new company 4 stars. the service was great! they took time with each request. they take appointments only which is great. in love with the fact that there was not much talking at all. my toes and nails came out great. if i could say anything would be the company will need to invest in better equipment for pedicures. the machines used was not tbe best includung the massage chair. but over all i would go again if lived in the area!

Don't even bother! I went in for their mani pedi for $20 as advertised. It took them an hour and a half just to do my manicure and then when I sat down to do the pedicure I found out it was Express pedicure which only consist of them putting your feet in water filing your toenails and cutting your cuticles anything else is extra all together for the service I got it took two and a half hours then the next day my nails were chipped and I have gel polish on them.. I will never be back and this place is not going to last I highly doubt they're even license

I was there for 3 1/2 hours to get something I got done at the walmart salon for less than an hour. I do not think the older lady there knew what she was doing. My nails came off after exactly 3 days. Do not recommend this place at all.
