Not very good communication. The last few times I've gone, they've underestimated their wait time just to keep me in the door. "15-20 min" is really 45-hour wait. The fumes in here are also very strong, poor ventilation.

I've been looking forward to trying out this salon for weeks considering it is close to home. Upon entering the shop I was not greeted by either employee even after looking up from what they were doing. Eventually the man working meets me at the front desk with a frown asking, "how can I help you?" I asked him what time they closed and asked him if something was wrong due to the attitude / tone of his voice. He responded with, "we close at 6, but I have someone coming in soon." It was very clear that this man was not interested in helping me as a new client nor interested in recommending I come back another day. Put high expectations on this place, but at least there is a salon down the road by Publix (passion nails) with better customer service!

Nice salon but no callous removal unless you pay $29.99... Way over-priced!!! I won't be going back. I pay for great service but won't be priced out for a marginal service that comes with a reasonable ($22) price range.

I've been going here for about 3 yrs now. Service is getting poor and Heineken has gotten extremely moody. His wife is awesome but speaks little English. I went in this week, there was another lady waiting in front of me so he asked me to come back, The other lady said she was hungry so I could have her turn which was so nice of her. She left and I got my nails done. I asked if I could also get a pedicure and Heineken said there was no time. HOWEVER, another lady and her husband came in & the husband was seated immediately for a pedicure. The wife was waiting for her nails. THEN the other lady who graciously gave me her turn came back-bear in mind Heineken KNEW she was coming back and should've kept her spot but NO he didnt so she said she would come back Sat. I found that to be horribily unprofessional not to mention rude. If it wasnt for my Mom and my Aunt, I would never go back. He apparently doesnt take appointments bc I told him Mama & my Aunt would be in Friday at 2 and he frowned and said have them call first. With nail salons on every corner in this town, I would think Heinekin would want to step up his service. Personally, after today, I am going to find another place to go.

Went for the first time here today. Got a mani/pedi for my 6 year old daughter and a full set gel/pedi for myself. All for $105.00 (without tip). They guarantee their work and did a REALLY nice job.
