I was at Class Act (which is a 5 star business itself) getting my 3 pups groomed, and the little lady from Wellness came in to see Ann. Ann told her about my father (he has advanced dementia and COPD) and I was stressed beyond!!!! So, the little lady gave me a neck massage. A WONDERFUL neck massage actually. Very very awesome thing to do. I can't thank either one of those AMAZING ladies enough. Marlene

The massages were enjoyable until Theresa made jokes about the scars on my back on numerous occasions... I figured at first it was innocent curiosity, to which I didn't respond to. However after the second and third attempt to ask about something that was not in ANY way medically related to the massage, and quite obviously something I refused to talk about just tied my heart into knots and quite frankly hurt my trust. It would have been one thing to gently ask.. But these comments went much farther than that. When I didn't respond with anything, snarky comments like "Hmph, must have been a bear, right? You been fighting bob cats too?" were said. And it stung for the fact they were insensitively called out and pushed in conversation. At first I felt assurance and security with my massages, but regret doing so for the remarks made about my body. If you are going to have a business working on people when they are exposing themselves to you, and in a venerable state, do yourself a favor and don't joke about the scars on their body. Or anything for that matter..
