Been going for almost 2 years..everyone is so nice..and makes u feel so comfortable...and for the price u can't beat it..just wish I wasn't locked in to a member ship for a year. But I do like that if I don't go then I can trun a hour into 90 mins and don't have to pay more.

Horrible customer service!! Signed up for a 12 month contract and paid all 12 months. The day after my contract ended they charged my credit card again. Called and told them I wanted to cancel and refund the current charge. They said "Sorry" and refused to refund the charge. I would highly recommend no one EVER sign a contract with this establishment.

I was long overdue for a massage. I have a few problem areas due to past surgery, and wearing my work duty attire. But Ms. Vicky worked her magic and took care of those problem areas. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Never spend your money with this company! I was running late (completely on me), called before my appointment time and had to leave a message, asking if they wanted me to just come late or reschedule. They called back well into my appointment time and said well we'll charge you for the time anyway even though they waited to call me back. This was a gift to me from my children for my birthday. Things happen and I was running late due to dealing with our animals (sorry some things take precedence). The fact that I called well before my appointment time to let them know and they charged my sons card anyway! POOR SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN NO MATTER WHERE I AM! Companies that do this are all about the money and not their customers! There are better message companies in the area that are customer oriented!

I'm a member of Massage Envy for about 6 years. Been coming to the Newnan location since it opened. The staff are very friendly and greet you by name when you walk in (well, the regular staff that have been there). Kimberly is the masseuse I've used for a few years now and she's wonderful.

Do not purchase a gift card from this place. My well-intention-ed mom brought a $75 gift card from the Newnan, Georgia location for birthday. When I called to make an appointment, the attendant told me she had to have my credit card to book the appointment. Why? Just in case I decided to cancel within their 4 hour cancellation window. I requested she go ahead and charge the gift card the cost of the massage. She said that they couldn't, they could only accept credit cards. My question is why do they need to keep my credit card information on file, when I have a gift card? I hope not for fraudulent activities.

Had previously put in a review about them cancelling my appointment at the last minute and every time I called couldn't get another appointment, manager called and explained the situation and gave me an appointment that would accommodate me, made the bad experience right, I appreciate that!!

I have been a member for a few years now and today I received the worst service from the front desk to the point that I cancelled my membership. One of the staff members even came off as combative and I refuse to conduct business with anyone who has such a person representing them. I even informed them that the reminder text for appointments wasn't working and they had no issue stating its a courtesy feature in the rudest way possible. I asked for a manager and she was rude with providing the information needed. I have always received great service when getting a facial or massage but that front desk staff is the worst and because of them I will not be returning!!!

Moved here from Indianapolis. Definitely weak customer service at this location in comparison to keystone at crossing (Scheduling and appointment movements were not an issue at all in Indy. This one rescheduled me due to staffing issues (obviously my appointment was inconvenient to THEIR schedule) and then when I missed my rescheduled appointment by not even a half hour on a 90 minute massage wanted to charge me an entire credit and an additional 20 dollars for the 90 minute upgrade). I am severely disappointed, especially since I enjoyed my experience with my massage therapist in Newnan. After two years of membership I am cancelling due to this particular facility. Shame! Time to find another service.

If I could give zero stars I would. The front desk pressure you into a massage monthly membership that you can “cancel at any time” (heads up you cant) and a month after I freeze my account, they still charge my card even though my accounts frozen and I can’t redeem my message. And when I call them to resolve it, they push me to the side and give me excuse after excuse I’ve called 3 times over this past month now trying to resolve this and give me the refund. And they will “have a manager call me in a few days...” yeah right.. I heard that 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. I feel very taken advantage of.

My massage from Stephanie was great. She did a really good job but it wasn’t a full hour it was 50 minutes. And then when I was done and went to the front desk to pay the lady was trying to get me to sign up for a membership. They are very pushy and all I wanted was to relax after my massage. I really wish they wouldn’t hassle you about the membership.

I have been going to this location for over a year and love it. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and attentive to anything you need. The therapists carefully listen to what you have to say on specific areas of concern and follow thru ensuring each area of concern has been addressed during the entirety of the massage. Each therapist has a keen attention to detail and strives to make your session as comfortable and enjoyable and exceed expectations.

The are some what nice until you want to cancel....they make it easy sign up...but hard to Cx.....Now I feel bad I referred family and friends...I completed my 12 month contract..thought I did the right thing by cancelling a month ahead in person Feb 14,2018 of my next auto payment March.11 2018 however they took out April 11, 2018...the rep Elisha Giusto was rude and short...saying now I have to return in person signed form.it can take up to 10 days to process....I asked her to fax the forms she talked around that...until I was finally stern and she agreed to email the forms......I will be sure to let my co workers ,family and friends know not to use this company or location ......its said when bad front office stafff..give the whole company a bad name.....I just what my refund....j will follow up via Twitter, IG, facebook... with the outcome

When it comes to my self-care, I'm very picky about my massages. The ladies at the front desk heard my concerns and chose a therapist that would fit my needs. They also answered any questions that I had concerning other therapists, membership, and just the overall company. Massage Envy at the Newnan location has great customer service and very knowledgeable massage therapists. Just know what you want when you come in, and they will deliver every time.

Tried this company twice now. First time was terrible but can’t remember what was so bad, but this time was awful. The girl massages two areas, was so rough she basically ran me off the bed and ended up bruising my back where I couldn’t move the next day. Wife and I were also shorted time on the massage, but we were ok because both were so terrible. Higher prices massages are more than worth it. Won’t be back to this company again.
